I have purchased glasses at this location three times now. Every time the process was easy and smooth. Could not be happier with the help I received today. Pleasant and efficient. When they are running a sale you can’t beat the price .
I had a great experience at this Nashua store on Wednesday. The receptionist was friendly and my consultant was helpful in replacing a pair of sunglasses that were so uncomfortable. She was also very friendly and knowledgeable. I’ve been going there for the last 10 years and service was good but this team was exceptional and thought they deserved a great review!
No wonder this store has the worst reviews ever. I booked an appointment and I received an email confirmation as well as a message to confirm my appointment. But when I reached there, I was told that there is no appointment with my name and was turned away instantly. I provided all the proof of booking and they still didn’t act and were not even apologetic about their system glitch.To store: No one is free to drive back and forth to your store. It is your glitch and not the customers fault. Have a sense of customer service.
I made an appointment to be evaluated for contacts, after the evaluation they told me I couldn’t get the contacts until I had taken a class on insertion and removal. I have had friends in the past get contacts for the first time and I’ve never heard of having to take a class, but I agreed anyways. They told me they would call me to set up an appointment for the class. I then waited two months without hearing back before I called to ask what the update was, they told me the system was down and that they would call me back in a few minutes with an update. I didn’t hear back for another two weeks. Finally I get an appointment for the class and go in, the lady sends me home saying my nails were too long to take the class. Why would nobody mention that there’s some sort of restriction on that before I came in, especially since they had nearly THREE MONTHS to let me know. I will not be coming back here again.
I bought glasses at VisionWorks a couple of years ago. The frames I got are probably the most comfortable frames I have ever had. I went in to have the lenses replaced because my prescription changed, I was told that they cannot replace the lenses and that I would have to order new glasses. The receptionist didnt even look at my frames. I call BS, you can make lenses for new frames but not my current ones. If she looked at my frames and said that they are unable to replace the lenses because the frames are old maybe I would have bought her BS story. I have a large following on social media and I will be asking people to share my review! A joke of a business!
I made an appointment here and then I looked at the reviews on the same day (wanted to cancel), but I decided to keep the appointment. My experience was definitely pleasant. I saw Dr. Patel and she was super nice, the ladies who set me up were nice as well. I took a star off due to the fact that they won’t use the eyeglass frames I have supposedly due to covid but I contacted another local company who will assist so it’s unfortunate I have to go elsewhere for that but otherwise i had a good experience.
Kristine was a wonderful help, and so (I think her name was) Felicia! I broke my glasses and they were able to squeeze me in for an eye exam, and Kristine was very patient with me in trying to see how much different glasses would cost.
I went in to have my glasses tightened and the scratch on the lens fixed. The heavy set women with glasses couldnt have been more rude. She told my the lenses are no longer under warranty and closed her computer, and said have a nice day. What? she didnt even give me any options to have the lens fixed!! She was miserable and very unprofessional. I had intended to to schedule an appoinment for my exam until I was poorly treated. Visionworks, your employee is loosing business for you!! Seems like Im not the only one to have encountered this unpleasant employee.
Awful awful awful!! Worst experience ever! Unprofessional staff!! Made glasses that doesn’t fit.. took wrong order and made me wait for a month to get the glasses I ordered for only to get some misfit glasses that gives me headaches. And yes I am not a new glasses user. I wear glasses 18 hours a day for last 21 years. Avoid going to this visionwork at your best!
Doctor (Dr. Lisha Patel) and staff could use some training on customer experience. I had an appointment at Daniel Webster store and was told that the appointment had to be rescheduled upon arrival. I can understand that things come up but the blatant lies and arrogance was too much to put up with. Started with one of the staff members approaching the guy helping us at front desk saying doctor wants to reschedule while not paying attention that we were literally standing there. To justify rescheduling, they first tried to blame me for arriving 3 minutes late (yes, 3 MINUTES). When that did not work, they blamed me for not providing insurance details (I have had enough appointments to know that it takes no more than 5-10 minutes and I completed the online form with the remaining details anyways). As that did not work either, they mentioned that they notified us via email and phone (both of which I never received but there was no point asking them prove that anything was sent). We drove 20 miles to be treated like this, my advise for Any customer who prefers a decent customer experience would be to start by avoiding this store and signing up as a patient to Dr. Lisha Patel. I have to give this 1 star since 0 is not an option.
Walked into the store and there was only two customers sitting down having their eye exam. I told the lady I only wanted to browse around and potentially purchase a pair of glasses. She then told me they are at their max capacity. How? There is literally no one shopping. Way to make a sale! That lady just didn’t seem to want to work. Visionworks, seem like these reviews are about the same lady. Please do something about it! With this being said, I purchased the best pair of glasses with excellent customer service from Lens Crafters right after.
First time I went to Nashua NH Visonwork Store last week, I used to buy glass at the dr office last 15 years no issue just want to check Visonwork i thought to try out, Nashua Visonwork Experience is so bad, when you enter into store we get awful welcome, everyone knows in pandemic how to social distance with the new cdc rules with vaccination they treat like suspect they say not to touch do not down mask when your are wearing glass etc, that is also some what acceptable as a store policy, but they not show any interest to sell glass and explain first time i seen a rude behavior, After i came home check the reviews that explained i am not first person to experience this 80% of them already respond but not sure what company does to rectify this.

We walked in just as the store opened and we’re promptly greeted and helped by the Associate. She was courteous with us and the other clients coming in the store and asking them to wait. Our frames could not be fixed at that store, however we were offered a solution and I’m thankful for that.
I had scheduled an appointment ONLINE for 5:30, and had waited 2 weeks to even get this appointment. As traffic was bad, I arrived a few minutes after 5:30. The lady checking people in was extremely rude, and said I only had 15 minutes to have my exam done, and pick out my glasses. After explaining the long wait of getting an appointment, I had asked to see if I could reschedule something, out of courtesy for her, even if it’s at a different location. “Late October” was the next appointment, and the receptionist continued to say that the store closes at 6:00, and that “since you were late we don’t really have much time” was her response. After trying to reschedule this appointment, the receptionist said she needed to get her team out the door by 6:00 because “she has plans tonight.” It was only when I said that I was leaving and wouldn’t be returning that she offered to stay.This was extremely unprofessional, and did not represent any sort of good customer service. I felt like I wasn’t welcome, and even if I was a few minutes late, I still should have been helped, regardless of the personal plans the receptionist had. This is her job to help people who walk through the door, not turn them away. I highly recommend not coming here due to the unfriendly environment.

Get ready to be angered by the obese woman behind the counter! She is very loud sounds like a robot who could care less about anything. My glasses fogged up temporarily and while trying to clear them while wearing my mask she loudly stated sir yuor mask has to be over your nose at all times!!! I tried to explain but cut me off! and said i had to leave! So I did angrily!!! Really vision works is this rude womans behavior what you want representing your business? The other guy there also a large guy but a very personable person! You should rethink their positions!!! He was pleasant and she was definately NOT!!!
I had a great experience at this Visionworks. Excellent customer service. Lisha and Sean were very professional and helpful. Dr. Liaw was great. My glasses fit amazing. Would highly recommend.
I specifically bring my whole family to the pheasant lane mall to see Dr. Liaw and him ONLY. He is absolutely amazing! Very knowledgeable, polite and patient. I trust his judgment and expertise over any eye doctor I have seen. It can get very busy at this location and the front staff can be a little dismissive but mostly its to move service along. The ladies at the front desk are always very pleasant and dressed for the holiday!
Lisha assisted my husband in placing an order for glasses today and she was very helpful! She held a favorite pair of frames aside for him the previous day, which he appreciated! This morning, she explained all of his options very fully and completed the order. We are both very pleased with the service at Vision Works and look forward to receiving the glasses!
This place is horrible. I will never return. I had very specific questions regarding my son and getting him glasses, because he has a stigmatism,Poor vision, and needs progressive lenses. The assured me that they could do it all and there no need to worry. I was concerned because this was the first time we were getting “real” glasses and not mirror flex, he has had glasses since 18 months, so we are not new to this process. They sold us horrible glasses that broke In the first week. We came back and asked to have them fixed and they said we picked out the wrong glasses. I explained “we” did not. You picked out his glasses because we had no idea what he needed and asked specifically for help. The said he should have not picked out child glasses. Again He is 8, your staff picked them out not us. We gave them the benefit of the doubt and had you pick out new adult frames. 2 hours later we seemed to have a good fit. Fast forward glasses are late coming in, there is only one pair and my 90 days is almost up so there is no way we will actually end up with any glasses with warranty. So I asked for my money back and then they left us sit for an hour and would not help us. seriously what a joke.The lady that gave us a refund was the only polite person in the store.
Some lady answered the phone and was very rude. Pushed me off and was in a rush to hang up. I was looking reschedule my exam, i already have my glasses and the people Ive worked with have been great. But this experience was uncalled for. At this point i still cant use my glasses. That have already been paid for and i don’t know when i can go in for re-examining.
I had an appointment with Dr. Liaw and he used a new machine that actually takes a picture of the inside of your eye without making you blind for the next two hours. This was great.. Nice and easy. When I received my new prescription, my new glasses were ordered on the spot and in within a week. They fit wonderfully and I have received multiple compliments on them.Thank you to the team.
I appreciate the associates taking their time explaining and guiding the customers in their glasses selection. I also like their vast selection of frames.
I bought two pairs of glasses about 6 months ago. I wound up not liking one of the frames and the store replaced it without an argument. Today I broke my glasses and Don replaced the broken frame right away. Very professional and helpful.
Ive gotten around 10 pairs of glasses here and they were clear that if I didnt love them, come back within the month and they would replace them. I was curious about progressives. They gave a detailed explanation of the different fields of vision, pros & cons, and encouraged me to try them and exchange them if I didnt like them. As I use glasses mainly for reading I didnt like the small area for reading, so feeling guilty, I brought them back. They were really nice and switched them for bifocals which I love! They have replaced 11 month old glasses that were scratched by my dropping and stepping on them. FOR FREE! Their prices are the best, selection fantastic, and I have never seen them be less than wonderful with anyone I love this place, dont believe anyone saying anything bad, Hours cant be beat, prices the best, staff are all friendly and helpful.

Girl at receptionist desk ran the wrong insurance and I waited 45 minutes for them to tell me I had to reschedule after they finally realised I was in their system after they initially told me I wasnt. Dont go to this vision works theyll waste your time.

I want to thank Lisha, the General Manager of the Pheasant Lane Visionworks, for working with me on several occasions to make sure my glasses were perfect for me. What impressed me the most was her kind and positive demeanor. She made my problem her problem and worked with me to make sure I had the style and fit that I needed. I made an online appointment due to my glasses breaking for the Pheasant Lane location. My appointment is supposed to be in a little over an hour from now. I just got a call from them that they need to run my insurance before I get there (Ive never had an issue with the other location Ive gone to before moving). So I called back and was told that Tufts isnt open today and therefore Id have to pay out of pocket and take it up with them for reimbursement. I asked why I wasnt told before an hour before my appointment and she said its just an extra step that the customers have to go through for this location. I said I would have had no problem, but I was never told anywhere when I made the appointment online that I needed to call with my insurance information. I said I would have to cancel the appointment then bec the only reason I made the appointment was bec my glasses had broken and I didnt have time to try to get my insurance to reimburse me. She goes ok, bye and hung up on me. I cannot believe the level of disrespect that I just encountered.
Poor customer service.This is my first pair of glasses which are progressives.The eye Dr mentioned different options but was not willing to explain the differences and what might work best. When dropping of glasses to be repaired due to a defect lens I mentioned it was difficult to see the computer screen, met with blank stare and gentlemen offered no options. Plenty of qualified places. Dont waste your time with unqualified staff who offer poor customer service.

I got one regular pair of glasses with progressive lenses and one pair of sunglasses.(I paid for price of the best lenses )I feel satisfied with regular one . However, manager and opticians cant figure out why I couldnt see well with the pair of sunglasses. They told me that I had to wait for 5 days business to order new lenses. I waited for 7 days business, but they didnt call me. Then, I called them. Saleman said that I was sorry I forgot to talk to my manager. Next two days, saleman called me and told me I coud pick up my sunglasses.One more time, I couldnt see well in distance and both sides of highway. Manager blamed I cant wear sunglasses with progresses lenses. I went back and forth this store four times. I have no words to describe how I get upset with manager and staff at this store.Finally, I returned this sunglasses to other store. They just looked at my receipts, they said that why that store didnt order my sunglasses with progressive lenses which are the same quality as my regular one.Those are reasons I rate one star for this store. I feel that I was cheated. Manager and staff dont respect customers.
Took over 27 days to get a single vision pair of glasses delivered, still dont have my glasses, very slow. Even with the salel price they still cost over $800, better be worth the wait

Awful customer service. I’ve waited well over a month for my glasses and when I called and asked when they would come in they told me they don’t know. I need glasses for my job, this is unexplainable
