The doctor was very nice and helpful. The only issue is that they violated federal law under the ADA and segregated me and my service dog

I took my lady friend there to have a quick procedure done, the place was extremely clean. We were there approximately 45mins. They cut a spot off her tongue and gave her a rx 4 pain and we left. I hope its not cancerous

I wish I could give him zero stars!! This guy hurt my dads ear and damaged it. To this day, my dads ear still has lot of issues because of this lousy doctor. Where did this guy get his degree from?!

Absolutely not! Waited an hour and a half for a follow up for him to come in the room and tell me he did not have any of my test results from 3 weeks prior. Told me to hold on to check on it, left the room for 25 more minutes (at this point had been 2 hours) and still cameBack with no test results, no answers, no nothing. I left. I drove an hour there and home for this appt. Woman who works front desk had no mask on! The assistants seem to be random people who do not seem to have certifications or proper training. The girl literally took my blood pressure with a big coat on. Don’t waste your time.. if you have the insurance just go to Vanderbilt! This place was a waste of my precious time for 2 months! There are other doctors and assistants, it’s Nashville people.

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Mark Williams for approximately 5 years. Never once have I been dissatisfied. I rate him a 5 for the following reasons: — facilities are always clean— very professional and friendly atmosphere— minimal waiting time— knowledgeable and highly intelligent doctor— positive caring attitudes of both (dr. & practitioner)

Arrived for surgery at 1:15 for a 1:30 appointment. The door was locked and lights were off. We called the office number and reached the answering service, which said that they were just late from lunch. We waited for half an hour, and they never came. At 2:30, we received a call from someone at the office who said they had finished clinics early and decided to go for a surgery will not be rescheduled.prolonged lunch, apparently forgetting surgery that was scheduled for 1:30.

The surgery scheduler is never there and they don’t have anyone backing her up when she’s gone. You get put on hold forever and the phone rings over and over with no answer. If you leave a voicemail, no call back. They also said my name wrong even after I corrected them and I don’t even have a hard name to say so there’s no telling what they called people with hard names. The wait is always forever long. They sent my bills to the wrong address that I haven’t lived at in forever. I don’t even know how they got that address it’s so old. I went to get a second opinion and the doctor showed me the ct and explained everything in such detail. I felt heard and understood in way that I never did there.
