Made appointment to get oil change and tire rotation. Took car and only waited 45 minutes and they were done! Nice!

Waited in front of service advisors desk / office for 20 minutes until I had some greetings / help. Employees would just pass next to me without saying a word to me. Wont be going back to that dealership. This is the 2nd time that this has happened to me. Wanted to give them a 2nd chance, but again they failed.

Great service and very good price for oil change! I made an appointment and it took about an hour and 15 min. It is a bit longer than I am used to but all staff were really friendly. It could be nice if they have a break room that offers drinks of some sort but I didnt mind. Overall good experience, Ill be back.

I was here about a week ago I had only complained about the wait time because I had an appointment however they made me wait over an hour which I thought defeated the purpose of even having an appointment. issues with them other than the ridiculous wait time. But apparently I have to answer in a way that they want for them to post my review on their website

Very busy, can get easily lost in the repair area if you are not aggressive. Definitely ask for help. Have to have recall services done, gave me a general answer for length of time. So left car and awaiting call to pick up.

Terrible business, its not clean or customer friendly. Definitely go elsewhere if you have a choice. Staff just walk by customers, no eye contact or offer to assist. In the future will avoid this business unless it is a last resort. Two stars is only for convenient location and easy access from nearby freeway and streets.

Honestly the best service experience Ive had. Friendly and quick. I first got here and there was few cars before me for service as well but they got it done fast other places would have been way longer wait.

Awful, horrid place. A total rat nest. Stay away from the following sales sharks: Marvin Morales, Graciela Aragon and Andy May. I went there with a Costco Auto Program referral but they intentionally ignored the procedures, refused to show me the Costco Auto Pricing even after they were placed in notice and attempted to push a fake final pricing using my own email Andy had asked me to forward to him. If after reading this review you still decide to visit them and get ripped off, dont say you havent been warned!

They showed us around. Then showed us around some more. Nobody showed us discounts or talked about what they could do for us.We looked. We saw. We kept moving and bought one at the next place. Offered us as close as possible with$15k discount if MSRP. Whoop!If they have what you want Im sure they are great.

Came in to get a vehicle. Everything was good and dealt with. Get a call 2 weeks later, need to resign the paperwork. Come in to do that and the interest rate increased 5%. Deal with that then get a call saying they screwed up the paperwork so need to come in and sign it again. Now the payment goes up $50 a month. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH PERRY FORD EVER.

Over priced service...still waiting for service on my airbags. Will never buy a vehicle from this Dealership again. I could have got the same service at half price at Jiffy Lube. I will avoid this Dealership for future service even though I still have a warranty with FORD on my vehicle. Have a loud ticking noise in my vehicle which they did nothing about...my vehicle used to purr now it sounds like a time bomb...Paid almost $500.00 to get transmission oil changed and tires rotated...what a RIP OFF.

Purchased a 2018 F-150 a year ago from Perry Ford of National City. The lift kit they installed was improperly done and caused 1,500 in damage to the truck. I contacted the dealership about the problem and the damage it caused my truck, it only has 26k on it. They will only will cover some not all even though it’s under warranty and the damages could have caused me to wreck the truck or worse. Don’t by a vehicle from them because they don’t stand by the product and will do everything to avoid fixing it.

I go in to buy a mustang and the sales person, all nice and welcoming and then waited and waited to finish the deal...sales person blame the wait on finance and finance the opposite eventhough they each other cross the room. Junky and lowest of the low experience. Never recommend...stay away from national city Perry Ford

If I could turn back the teaTime would ..... buy a car here ... my story is sad. It turns out that it was my first car that buckled and well they gave it to me for not having credit at 23.4 interest and 7 years to pay it, I mean, I am paying more than 44 thousand dollars for a car that when I finish paying it will be worth only 3 to 5 thousand dollars ... thats not all the bad thing the following year that they drugged me with this car and I thought that since I bought it here and was punctual in my payments, they could change the car because my family grew in numbers and my babies and I needed more space, you know the stroller the two baby carriers the diaper bags etc etc ... I said ok I am going to change it because they are my car dealer where I buy it from ... well it has been 4 years and the same excuse ... not now I qualify so that they can change my car ..... to get high and get rid of you, yes, but no more, you are looking for something better and they refuse to change it ... they know they sell crap and they dont want them returned so well, I already learned ... no more ford and much less a focus
