Absolutely the best place in the area for computer repairs. They work on Apple and PC, and both laptops and Desktops. I have had them do custom builds by their partner company GT PC. If you want the best gaming rig in town I highly recommend you setting up a consultation. They also can replace cracked laptop screens and broken keyboards. They set me up with an amazing work from home setup for doing computer aided drafting at home. I now have a setup with 8 monitors.

The only place you need to go.After coming here lost and beyond needing help. I was taken care of emidiatly. My only problem was getting ahold of them. But that was not there fault. It was problems with there phones. I recommend just stopping by and they will take care of you. There friendly customer service is beyond reassuring. They got me a quote but it was out of my budget. It was reasonable but out of my budget. After asking for the final price he said no charge and let me walk out withe pc.After about a month later I realized I was missing about 12g of ram after going in he new what I had and got me what was mine in seconds.Extremely trustworthy, Excellent customer service, Perfect reliability.Thank you.

Ive been struggling to find places near me in town to simply get parts for my PC. I go into here a week ago (its a mess, not like how you see in the pictures) and they have no parts that I need. He says he can get them for me in a week. They are a little more pricey than other standard stores but for the convenience I will pay. I try to figure out when my part is coming in and it is almost impossible to get anyone to answer the phone and when I finally get someone they have completed forgotten that I needed the part to begin with. And claim they used them all in gaming PCs the same day they got them supposedly. Then again try to just sell me a prebuilt PC. DINT WASTE YOUR TIME EITH THESE GUYS. Just shop online

Mother put laptop in almost 4 months ago. Still to this day, havent heard from them. Was told itd be done in a few weeks, its now been 4 months. Called and was told the information on my computer was being transferred to a different hard drive and if I didnt care about it then I could come get it. These people are very unprofessional. Id never recommend them to anyone. So I will have to go there since they do not answer the phone. If they cant handle the work load then they shouldnt take it on. As well, should communicate if more time is needed.Not even sure theybare even open. Here at the location and they still have toys for tots all on the floor. I guess they not disappoint their customers but they disappointing the kids as well. I just want my laptop back.

Took my laptop there to have the screen replaced. I got it back by the end of the week and they did a good tune-up and virus removal for me too. very pleased with the work!

The work done on my laptop was good. Took nearly 3 months though. Communication with business and customer could be better. Very difficult to reach anyone there on the phone. Get some weird fax ring tone after a few rings. But at the end of the day did get my laptop fixed. And they did offer me a loner. Would get five stars if customer service and length of time to fix laptop was better. Id probably go here again though.

I should have read the negative review before taking them my computer. One the previous negative review was dead on like mike.Where do I start? First they NEVER answer their phone. If you leave a message they DO NOT return calls. 2nd, the store counter is a mess, both the main counter and the other desk. Looks unprofessional! After 40 days waiting, calling I decided to go in an check the status of my computer (INSTALL a HARD DRIVE and OS). When I enquired about my computer was his text book reply did we call you, no never had a reply to at least 20 calls, (CELL PHONE RECORDS PROVE IT). He told me that they could not load the OS because my disc drive was spiting out the disc, and he had ordered (something) to fix it and it will be in by the end of the week. Since today is Monday, I left and came back in 12 days later, one week since the supposed part was due in. I gave him ample time to do the work. So, now its Friday 30 April 1030 am and I asked is it ready, he said did we call you. No you didnt I would like the status, ITS RUNNING NOW AND WILL BE READY THE END OF THE DAYOK, I CANT COME BACK TODAY, ILL BE IN ON MONDAY (MAY 3) CAN YOU GUARANTEE IT WILL BE READY MONDAY? OH YES, GUARANTEE!MONDAY MAY 3RD--Stopped in about 230pm/3pm its still downloading and be the end of the day. I could not wait till his closing time, so I said I will be back tomorrow Tuesday 4 May. I arrived at about 4pm and he pulled the computer off the bench, (same place it was sitting all the time) out front area. He put the screen back on, put the front panel back and plugged it up for me to check. Well it did not work. The Screen showed a FLODER WITH A QUESTION MARK ON IT He wasnt sure what was going on gave me some mumble jumbo as to why its got the error.The real reason, it was reaching for the OS, that he had supposed to have installed 3 days ago. I asked how long would it take. End of the day. Again, I could not wait there 2 hrs. So I left and told him I would be back Thursday May 6th. On Thursday I returned as promised and he said it was still running the down load. About 20 minutes. After waiting about and hour I had enough. Bill me for the hard drive and Ill take it somewhere else to get the job done. Jessie/Joffie not sure of his first official name, LIED every time in went in there. then he said one reason it was taking so long is the where trying to get data off the old hard drive. I told him he ddid nt have to do that and I asked him not to. He said I was the LIAR, but in fact what we discussed, he asked me when I brought it in did I do a back up, I answered YES. I told him it was nt. necessary to save the date because I was linking this computer to my new one. As one of the reviewers stated below, he LIES. I agree and found out the had way. So after dropping my computer off on March 19, I left his store on May 6th. thats 49 days to install a hard drive and OS by a Professional I will never recommend or take another computer to this guy. Enter at your own risk. I gave him 1 star, only because this the lowest I could go.

Would not answer the phone from 3:30pm - 5pm during supposed operating hours. Important question and adjustment regarding repair service was not able to be completed because of their inability to answer the phone.Completed the job as requested with good quality.

Cant even begin to tell you how poorly they operate. STAY AWAY. My father in law took his computer in several months after I did and had the same experience. Scroll down...they call people liars in their response...that gives you an indication of their level of professionalism. They make promises that they dont live up to; they dont answer the phone and they dont return phone calls; they give you one excuse after the other as to why your computer isnt fixed and they LOSE parts and pieces of your computer and claim that other things went wrong while they were working on it. The person at the counter was super nice and patient and fixed my issue as soon as I walked in the door. It was minor and easy so there was no wait and I appreciated the kindness and quickness of the service. Very friendly and knowledgeable! I’m sorry I didn’t remember to get his name.

It took about a week altogether to get everything done, which is longer than I would have liked. HOWEVER I am very happy with the job that was done and the overall experience here. I wouldnt go anywhere else!

Good prices, acceptable work, horrible customer service.They have NOT ONCE called us about the work/progress of the two computers I have had them work on, despite them claiming they had. We have had to call them for updates and on one occasion I was put on hold for twenty minutes. I hung up and called back only to get a busy signal even fifteen minutes later. Finally, my husband went to inquire in-person.Its really disappointing, as the guy seemed nice when I originally dropped the units off and I was excited to find laptop repair outside of big, expensive places that are really only interested in units still under warranty.One laptop had a problem after we (finally) got it back the first time. They covered it under their warranty and are working on it again, free of charge. That is good, but with the lack of communication and frustration of getting our computers fixed and returned, paired with less than positive in-person interactions had by my husband (the guy was distracted/ Gave me maybe one tenth of his attention), we will be extremely hesitant to use their services again.

Wish app offers this as a delivery option which is fine but you get absolutely no confirmations of your order going there until 2-3weeks after you’ve placed your order. It’s not PC PROs fault whatsoever,WISH definitely dropped the ball on this idea, my order was over a week late without anyway to talk to anyone... This place is the absolute worst. They lost our laptop and we have been trying to get it back for over a year. They claim it is “in storage” but they can not locate it. Jesse never answers the phone and there is no way to leave a message. Do yourself a favor and take your computer literally anywhere else for repairs.

FANTASTIC experience. The problems I had with my laptop required making some decisions as to if it was actually worth fixing the computer. Hard drive failed in my wifes rig. Got all set back up with a new SSD in one day. They reinstalled Windows on my SSD along with courtesy of installing some apps to help get things moving, like anti-virus and word processing. Been running smoothly for three months now. NO PROBLEM! Back up your files in a second place!

Brought my Lenovo Flex 2 to be fixed. Its been almost 3 weeks and my laptop is still sitting there. They havent answered my calls and every time I call they tell me some B.s. thats happening like oh its on this percent, or Im waiting for this to happen. They never have called me once, Ive wasted the gas to go there 3 times already because its the closest place that fixes computers and its already a 20 minute drive. Horrible customer service. Extremely slow. Every time I call they tell me they will call me either the next day or the day after and they never do. They still havent told me how much its going to cost. Im never taking any electronics here again. Its a waste of time and money.Edit: its now been 3 weeks exactly and nobody has answered my call in an entire week. I call every day its open numerous times a day and nobody picks up the phone.

I called Jesse the owner dropped my pc off one afternoon and it was ready before lunch the next day. Fast repair,trustworthy,and helping a local business instead of the big box store. Jesse fixed my Moms iPad! It works great now - and cost far less (about a third of the cost) than Apple would have charged to replace it (they wont fix them at all). Plus it was done very quickly. Yay for fixing, not having to trade in! Also cost less than his worst-case quote. Thanks Jesse!
