I’ve had this business work on our computers for a number of years. They are always very professional and honest. They will tell you right up front what needs to be done, and what doesn’t need to be taken care. Then let you make the decision. They have never led me in the wrong direction. Most recently repaired our computer after it crashed.

Took in a new laptop to have information transferred from the old computer. I not only had that accomplished, but with a new battery and new hard drive, old computer was saved. All computerized sewing programs are still accessible and do not have to be reinstalled and recreated. Netpointe is also willing to answer questions in a way that is easily understood for the lost, like me. I have also used the life perserver option for them they installed on my home screen in the past.

Dont return your calls and when I did get ahold of them said I should try someone else? So thats what I did.

The service at the shop is amazing. Was able to get my computer back the next day and its running faster than it was. They were able to get all the viruses off of my computer. Awesome prices as well. I had the option to remove viruses or reinstall Windows for the same price. Would recommend for anybody with computer issues.

I initially took my computer to a competitor, but they were awful! I went to Netpointe and they went above and beyond the call of duty! Kyle spent time diagnosing the issue. Even though it wasnt cost effective to fix it, he gave me lots of information and spent time making sure I understood the issues. I would totally recommend Netpointe for your computer needs!

I have had my lap top to Netpointe three times over the last several years. I managed to go places I should not and they have always saved me. I have and a virus and they completely fixed that. The on button broke they fixed that. Last visit was just for general clean up. They are very knowledgeable, not overpriced. I recommend if you have any problems to contact Netpointe.

Not an honest business! I took my laptop to Netpointe to be repaired. They called me a few days later and said my hard drive needed to be replaced to fix the problem. They reinstalled windows and replaced the hard drive. He called and told me the computer was fixed and ready for pick up. I picked it up, got it home excited to give this newly repaired laptop to my daughter. Turned it on and the keyboard did not work. Confused- I went right back up there to the shop telling him that the computer is not functional and not all the keys were working. He told me he had no idea then said they had to use an external keyboard. He said maybe I needed to clean the contacts under the key pad and I that could look up tutorials on Youtube. He never offered to fix it or told me in advance it wasnt fully functional. Picking up a still broken computer was devastating. So I dropped off a broken computer and picked up a broken computer. This is not a reputable business. Their mission statement is to provide first class service. Far from it- I trusted this company to repair my laptop and am very disappointed. Dont trust this business and waste your time and money.
