The service is great! The place was packed but I waited less than 5 minutes in line. They took maybe 10 minutes to trade my phone with all the information and contacts switched for me. I would definitely be back.

Always amazing service, the employees always have the answers I need, even if they need to research it for me. My Dad FINALLY bought a Smart Phone. The worker was so great. Super patient with him, explaining things as simply as he could and made sure my Dad felt comfortable with his phone before we left. I definitely recommend this Boost Mobile store.Edit: My husband and I, plus my Dad, Will definitely be back. My Dad has been a customer of Boost Mobile for over 12 years. Thats loyalty lol. Since my husband and I switched to Boost Mobile, Ive been so impressed with just about everything: phones, prices, customer service, phone service. Rick took care of my Dad, he left the store so happy with the help he provided my Dad.

My laptop had a touchscreen that needed to be fixed when I got it back the screen was not touch, I bring it back to get it fixed properly and he looses my charger and informs me he can’t fix the screen so time and money wasted. The worker who answers the phones never knows anything and always tells me to call when the owner is there

They are absolutely great they take care of u as soon as you go threw the door there gold is to make there customers very happy Im surely very happy with them 👍👍👍👍

Always fast, courteous and very reasonable. Im super clumsy and break my phone way too often and this place has never let me down. I have a Galaxy and an iPhone (work and personal) and theyve helped me with both on multiple occasions. I would never go anywhere else and wouldnt hesitate to recommend them to my family or friends.
