I went to metro to get a newer phone and Melissa was very nice and professional. She was great, she was knowledgeable and showed me all the options of the brand of phone I was interested in and explained each one in details.She really listened to my needs not like other places where they just want to sell you the top phone, I recommend anyone to go to her if youre a metro client shes awesome. She also transferred everything from my old phone to my new one she took care of everything for me.

Best employees Metro Pcs/T-MOBILE have at this location on Union Street. One employee Meredith stands out. She goes above and beyond to help customers feel comfortable and like they arent having their wallet and bank account taken for a ride. She tells you about the best deals and really tries to help the customer with all their needs. The Union Street location was a great experience and Ill recommend it to everyone I know and hear looking for a phone, phone plan or great service. Thanks Meridith for a great experience!!!

Merideth at the Union St NB location is hands down THE BEST customer serve rep I have EVER dealt with through Metro! This girl absolutely knows her stuff about the phones and their service and always delivers her customer service with patience and thorough understanding with each customer! She put me at ease Even with having no phone for 5 days this chick took a stressful situation and made it into a great experience and I Learned ALOT from her! Metro is lucky to have her as a part of their company because I will without a doubt search her out for all my phone needs from here on out!

I have been a Metro PC user now for just over two years I love it I love the people so far that I have dealt with working at Metro PC very polite courteous respectful they do their job and get it done and thats it you know if you have questions theyre there to answer it and help you get the best deals that you can through them so definitely head on over there
