They fixed my iPad 7th generation when others said you cant replace the charging port on the generation 7. These guys are good!!

10/10 when it comes to this shop. I’ve come here with 3 different phones to get fixed, some several times, and they are always able to fix any problem I’ve ever had in under 20 minutes. I’d 100% recommend this shop to absolutely anyone, definitely reliable and a life saver.

Dont ever go here to fix your phone! I brought my iphone 11 pro back glass to be fixed and by the pictures you can see the Sloppy job they did. They also scratched up the sides, Camera and cracked the flash trying to put the new back on. It is not even glued on right the sides are lifting and the back is bubbly! I paid so much money for this to be fixed. I did ask for a refund or partial refund but I was NOT refunded my money! The (worker) told me to go back and get it re-fixed and I said this should have been fixed the first time given to the amount of money I was charged. He was very rude and I do believe that if I would have gone again the phone would of ended up more damaged then what it already was. I Absolutely DO NOT recommend this place! STAY AWAY!

DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE WITH YOUR PHONE!! I took my childs phone hereTo get a screen fixed..When I got it back the speaker didnt work nor would it make calls.. they fixed the speaker. But the phone still wasnt working so I called my provider to see why.. as they tried almost everything they asked me to take out the sim card.. but would you know it there wasnt one in there ( I figured they forgot to put it back).. these people stole the card and when I called them to tell them it wasnt there they stated they didnt have it after they talked in their own language knowing I wouldnt understand.. I had to go as far as calling the police and they have been notified. Please dont get ripped off as I was.. I would give them no stars if I could..After talking to other people

I had them replace the back glass on my iphone 8, they did that but chiseled the hell out of the sides of the phone, looks awful. on top of this theres heat damage to the LCD behind the front screen (spots under screen). when i brought it back in they said they didnt know what was going on with the spots and to bring the phone back in at a different time. my phone also smells burnt...? DONT bring your phone here, very amateur work.

I brought my laptop in to have its screen fixed. I was told some one would call me for an update within a couple of days..Well that never happened, I called the place a week later to ask for an update. I was told they didn’t have the part and had to order it, I paid a deposit half of the cost of the quoted price to be fixed. Never heard from them again until I called almost 3 weeks asking what was going on.. I was told they needed to talk to the tech that took my laptop, and asked me to call back. I called back a few hours later to have someone leave me on hold for a long time. I called again and spoke to someone who told me he was the general manager and promised me he would call me back the same day once he talked to the tech. Guess what? Never got a call back!! I went to the place the next day and demanded my deposit back and my laptop. This place is the worst!

When I entered the store I noticed it was clean and professional. I was promptly greeted via courteous employee who asked how he could help. After about five minutes of discussion he told me that they could take of Changing my phone battery and also supplying me with a new screen protector. The prices were reasonable and good to his word, 30 minutes later my phone the flu and was running great. Very happy with the service and I would definitely recommend others to use them.

I went looking for a place that would repair my daughters Iphone 7. This was the only business that came up so I decided to check it out. The lady took my phone, came out 5 minutes later and told me exactly what was wrong with it. They were quick and did quality work, took no more then 10-15 minutes. The service was excellent, and the gentleman I assume was the owner was really nice. Im definitely bringing in my sons laptop next. I should add they gaurantee their work for life. This place is amazing! My iPhone was totally smashed and ran over by a car or two. They were able to fix my phone so I could get all my 2000 pictures and my data (that was not backed up) They did it all in less than 2 hours for only 125$!! They are so nice and so professional! I highly recommend this place for repairs! I really thought my phone was toast and my pictures were gone forever but they were able to save the day. I am so grateful for what they did!

Googled a place that would be able to fix my cracked screen for a iPhone 7 plus. I called fast phone tablet and computer fix and spoke with a delightful young man. He was pleasant and helped me within 20 minutes when i arrived. This place is cheap, friendly, clean and can help you with mainly all electronics! I highly recommend- they also give warranty for a year on cracked phones.

I rarely write public reviews, but I feel compelled to share my experience to spare someone from suffering through the same. I made the mistake of entrusting the data recovery from my nonfunctional Macbook. He assured me both that he would complete the recovery within the 4 days I would be out of town-literally promising: On Saturday, I guarantee it will be done. This assurance was the only reason I allowed him to complete the task. I returned on Sunday, allowing him an extra day in case he had a hectic week, only to find he hadnt even started. I called the store every day thereafter for 3 days until he suggested that HE was stressed by my daily veritable pleas for him to complete the job as promised. He finally gave me a new deadline of 2 more days. When the new deadline arrived, he claimed the job was done but he needed to wait until my data was delivered to the store because he had outsourced the project, and that he would call me by 7pm that day. Two days thereafter, he still hadnt called and I finally realized every claim he made was an outright lie and that he would never finish the job-because he wasnt capable of doing it-and called the store to notify them of my intent to collect my laptop immediately. The owner was conveniently absent when I arrived, lacking the basic decency to simply apologize for the undue stress and adverse impact on my academic experience caused by his dishonesty. Ultimately, I-an anachronistically non-techie millennial-googled how to extract data from a Macbook hard drive on a PC and spent literally 2 HOURS completing a task the owner could not finish in 12 DAYS.

WORST PLACE TO GET A SCREEN FIXED!!!!!!!!!!! They charged me $80 to replace my screen on my IPhone 7+ and when they replaced it the display was completely different nothing looked how it should as far as photos that I have and everything looked darker. You are better off going through MR.FIX 100%.

Had my phone for weeks, repeatedly breaking promises about when it would be ready. When they did return it, the stylus was missing. They gave me a spare (not my original). A couple weeks later, I noticed that the back cover of the phone was not the charging back I special ordered and installed. Its a hard to find accessory that I think they deliberately kept. Beware.

They told me to come back tomorrow and it would be done. A few days later it still wasn’t done. And to kick it off my case was now destroyed along with my phone. Biggest scam around!!!

I was having the worst day until the awesome guys at Phone Fix replaced my screen in under ten minutes. They were extremely nice, helpful, and definitely affordable. They even gave me a new screen protector for free!! I was referred to them by the Dartmouth AT&T store on Route 6, and oh man, what a lifesaver. Next time I have a wonky phone Im going straight here, and have already recommended them to my friends :)

I broke my phone about a week ago after a fall, my LCD on my iPhone X had a stripe going down the middle and AT&T didn’t have my phone available to swap out with insurance. Called these guys, and they gave me a quote over the phone. Went in and my phone was fixed in about 15-20 minutes. They even included a free screen protector because it was my first time there which was really nice. I was concerned about the quality of the LCD as Apple uses OLED displays on the iPhone X and they showed me the screen before they installed it to ensure me it was OLED and like OEM standards. Very professional guys that backup their work.The only reason this isn’t a 5 star review is because I can definitely tell the screen is aftermarket, but still a high quality product. The display is slightly raised due to the aftermarket screen including a gasket to keep the phone water resistant which is good for functionality but not for visual esthetics; as well as the display with which you interact with is ever so slightly smaller and more curved making glass screen protectors unusable without a small air pocket at either the top or bottom of the screen. This hasn’t stopped me from being satisfied with my service as they did try to replace the protector for me with a new one at no extra cost. I recommend you visit this shop if you need your phone repaired. They were very kind to me and gave me the best service possible. I’m very particular and picky when it comes to my phone, and I asked a lot of questions and had a lot of concerns which they were very much able to take care of. Great service and would definitely go again
