After clumsily falling into my pool with my Iphone in my pocket I immedialty contact Digital Doc ( on my land line) and asked for help. He told me to make sure not to touch any buttons on the phone and to bring it ASAP to the store. Twenty four hours later I have my phone back in full working condition at the price quoted when I dropped it off. This was fantastic service !

Great place! My iphone was popping off the charger and I brought it in. Turns out it was just pocket lint in the charging port that was keeping my cable from fully locking into place. Didnt change me anything! Honest, knowledgeable staff, 10/10 would recommend to others! Will be coming back here for any future issues with my electronics.

Had an I pad 7th gen with a shattered touch screen. Brought it in to TJ..while it took a day or so longer than expected it was completely understandable due to the condition the screen was in.First, they had the screen in stock... every other store from an Antonio to new braunfels would have had to order the digitizer screen... additionally I had a custom screen protector with anti glare added and out the door taxes and everything. Was still cheaper than everyone else for just the repair.Great customer service, great value on the repair, and probobly one of the quickest repair jobs on an Ipad screen you will find within 100 miles.Great job.

Went in because i was having issues with my surface pro 3 not charging, went in, they quickly inspected the computer and i told them the symptons i was experiencing. They tried there charger and my computer started working again told me my charger was broken and sent me on my way free of charge. Will come back!

I have to say - these guys rock! I have a gaming computer that is liquid cooled. My computer guy in town had it in and out of his shop and never could fix the liquid cooled fan - and nor could he replace it. I was told by that other guy that they did not make that part anymore. The guys here are super helpful, they have been able to fix my kids, wife’s and my own phone multiple times at a fair price and a awesome turn around time. They have fixed our water damaged phones to broken screens, and have helped us with products that will help prevent us from breaking them again. This place did a fantastic job on my MacBook Pro screen repair! I dropped it off on a Saturday and it was completed by Friday. Called every phone repair place close to me in New Braunfels about my broken screen for my iPhone 7 Plus and this place had the best price! The owner and his salespeople have been very helpful each time I have gone there. Several times, they diagnosed the problem or switched out a SIM card at no charge. They were also able to replace an iPhone battery while I waited not more than 10 minutes. I highly recommend the Digital Doc.

I asked if they would trade me my tablet for a phone and the manager TJ said yes and to bring it to his store. Once we took the tablet there he looked at it and said it’s good but that he will not do an even trade and will charge an additional $400 on our end plus our tablet for his phone, while never once mentioning additional money while we had negotiated a trade deal.

Best in New Braunfels! I went to 4 different computer repair places in New Braunfels, trying to get my Samsung Gear S3 Classic looked at. When I came into Digital Doc he was the first one to actually take the watch from my hand to look at it. He gave me a quick assessment even though he said the chances of being able to fix it was unlikely. After about 5min he came back out and the problem I had with the watch was fixed! I highly recommend Digital Doc. I even got a glimpse of his workstation in the back and seen the soldier equipment and microscope he had. With that I knew he knows how to cold soldier. This is very difficult to do. With this equipment and knowledge I know he knows how to work on modern equipment properly.

Wonderful and quick service! Extremely clean and friendly. I dropped off my phone with a cracked screen and it only took 20 mins to get it back in my hands. They not only fixed my screen but also fixed my camera (in the phone), and I didnt even know It was broken! Turns out, the last guy to fix my broken screen didnt put back all the parts so my camera would be black for about five seconds before it allowed me to take a picture. Now its fixed and everything works great. Outstanding service, I fully reccomend!

Digital Doc is the place to go for iphone repairs. My daughters iphone screen completely went out, on my way to the ATT store already thinking I was going to have to buy a new phone I decided to call Digital Doc and see if they could fix it. I talked to Sean and he said sure we can fix it just bring it in. I brought it in and within an hour I had the phone back good as new at a very reasonable price. For starters I am not a direct customer of Digital Doc but from my experience with the owner Curtis, I if I lived in the area I would be honored to do business with such an upstanding establishment. Let me explain...almost 6 months ago my wife finally took a small vacation gettaway with just the two of us and no kids and we choose to stay 4 days in New Braunfels. On the first full day we went to Schlitterbaun and my brand new Galaxy S8+, im talking less than 2 weeks old, was stolen there. I was beyond upset because this phone took amazing photos and videos of my 3 young children and I was so happy to have it. Fast forward to 2 nights ago, I get an email saying a phone had been found by a construction company where it was tossed, most likely because I locked it and reported it stolen, and after not finding an owner through their means, to my blessings, turned it into Curtis at Digital Doc. He promptly charged the phone and sent me an email in hopes of returning it to the rightful owner. I sent a return label and recieved my phone the next day via FedEx. Folks, this phone cost me over $900 with case, which I am still paying for through Sprint and he found ME to return it. I am blessed such an honorable man came in contact with my phone and neither Digital Doc nor himself recieved any benefit from this selfless action. Thus, why on character alone, I would recommend Digital Doc NB to anyone needing their services. It is hard to find such an honorable owner and business this day and age, and again, he recieved no benefit from his actions. This review is the least I can do to help and show my respect back.
