Upset with the fact my screen was black and would not turn on,y tech-savvy son said go to the store, we have insurance. Get there, and find out I cannot be helped, but they give me a number to call. Not happy.Then, when I staye that the industry is really letting the consumer down...I mean, Ive spent $3000 in that particular store in 2 years. Suddenly, Justin asks to see the phone. Chase was assisting. Both nice young men. Brightness setting was mistakingly all the way down. Happy.But, if he had done that first? And, if it truly had been broken, why cant things be handled in the store like they used to be?No, I wont switch, but I hate the way the customer service is dummied down. There were these 2 men and 2 other men.. I was the only customer.I am thankful, but please bring back the days of REAL customer service instead of having to always handle something yourself on the phone...that might not work in the first place.

Let’s just say I walked into “a nearby competitor” with full intentions of starting a new phone plan. They have so many products to push by their corporate offices, they cannot keep up with their current offers deals or packages. 30 minutes later of unanswered questions, I walked two doors down to Verizon (creekside), they answered ALL questions, offered me promotions and had AMAZING customer service. I’m now 2 months into Verizon and I am so happy. I highly recommend to all!

Quick Update...I was just charged $7 for having the audacity to speak to one of their magnificent (and I use the term loosely) agents. They are the most expensive, and now the most money hungry. Please reconsider other options.This is not so much a review of this particular place, rather a review of Verizon in general. It quite literally is a tale of two companies. Their phone service has always been great (although I think the other providers have caught up). The problem with Verizon is their customer service. You will wait for quite some time (our average was 45 minutes for the off-shore Call Center to respond) to speak to a real person who cant really help you with your problem. I say that because they have repeatedly lied to us regarding changes we asked to have made to our account. For example, we were told that we qualified for the Over 65 plan, only to find out sometime later that there is no Over 65 plan, and we were stuck with $105 in data overages. And the kicker is there were no notes on our account about this, and we were stuck. There were other instances about them playing fast and loose with the truth, such as the time we were told not to pay a particular bill only to be taken to collections a month later. Bottom line, please dont trust anything they tell you. Get it in writing. We had enough and left them. Please be careful.

You would think that if you carried accessories for phones you would have knowledge on how to use or apply those accessories. Went in to have a screen protector put on and was all but assured that there would be bubbles that they could not guarantee that they could remove. Was planning on buying other accessories for my phone but when he quickly recommended another business to take care of screen protector, I figured I take my business for everything elsewhere. Cant wait for contract to be up so I can take ALL of my business elsewhere.

Weve been with verizon for more than 10 years and todays visit makes us truely consider to switch to a different provider. Over all the representstiv had a no care attitude and it started with not knowing how to read a military id card for identification. The phone replacement that was promised to us from a our location, was denied by the representstive and we were send back again. Very disappointed by this visit and verizon customer service.

I go into this store about every other year to get a new phone. Was just there and was completely disappointed. Last two times I walked out of the store with working phone. The reps installed any accessories the restored my data and I had been a happy camper. This last time it started with their weird hours. 11 to 7? Even the mall opens earlier than that. The rep installed the screen protector but he made sure that he would tell me that it was not their responsibility. He was doing it because he wanted to do it? Why say anything? I walked out of the store with a 700 dollar phone in a box that they never turned on to even see if it worked, no restore.It took some magic to restore the phone just to stop working the next morning. I was not able to take the phone in the morning because they open at 11 am.I got the phone working. I went by the store and asked why is so different now and they said something like customers complain that it took too long for them to help you walk out of the store with a working phone. Really??? Bottom line is that they don’t want reps helping you when they could be selling. Next time? On line or just different phones all together!!

I place my order online to expedite pickup at local Verizon store, even though I received e-mail saying order was ready, AND ALLOW ABOUT 30 MIN. AT THE STORE FOR SET UP, I was at the store over an hour. The sales person (offer no name, they used to give you a bus card.) knew nothing about it, had to pull items together.Online I was offered Free Eclipse 7 with purchase of smart phone I did not go with but decided to go with it when I arrived at store, which they did have a flyer advertising the promotion setting on the counter, at first he pointed out the promotion to me, then when I decided to go with it after learning more information, the sales person went to the back for a moment when he came back quickly pulled the flyer, and said the promotion was over that day. Quite disappointing, he said the flyer should have been taken down already, I told him it was online just a few hours earlier, he said well the must be behind also. My business will honor anything like that even if it is human error. It is a matter of customer satisfaction where I work. He also told me a line I had requested be canceled was done, it was not. The person on the Real Time Chat told me I needed to call customer service, I did that they told me the line would not be canceled until my billing period was up, make no since, as for the issue at the store, she told me she could not help me.SO MUCH FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!Not even an offer to make it right. Just pay more and you can get it. NOT!!!

Mark was great. He helped me change my plan entirely and searched through all the available local numbers for 5 minutes to help me find the easiest to remember. When he didnt know how to fix a setting in my phone he called another service agent over who fixed it in 20 seconds. Far better service than the places I had to go to in Durham, NC.

Usually I have a positive experience at this store, but this visit today and the one on Black Friday were sub-standard. On Black Friday, they wouldnt transfer my old phone contents to the new one I bought that day. But another Verizon store did. And that other store did it when I didnt even buy my phone from them. Today they told me there were 2 customers ahead of me. No problem, except there werent 2 others in the store. And when one customer left, there were three associates free, and all three went to the back. All I wanted to do was make a payment. Takes 3 minutes. But the free employees chose not to wait on me. I will go back to this store but they are running out of chances. There is another Verizon store for me to choose.

My wife and I went to this Verizon store and were the first ones there when they opened that Saturday morning. I didnt catch the name of the representative who opened the store (mid-thirties, bald), but while he was initially attentive to us for about 60 seconds, he soon cast us aside in favor of getting a sale. My wifes phone had suddenly stopped charging and her home screen was discolored. It was strange. Anyhow, as much as we explained to this rep that the phone WOULD NOT CHARGE even when it would appear to be charging, he didnt take our word for it. To continue casting us aside, he put it on a charger, walked away, and instead continued to tend to another customer who had came in after us because he wanted to sell the kid an iPhone. After he wasted about 20 minutes of our time, he FINALLY declared that it wouldnt charge (really?!?!?!) and passed it off to a Tech. The Tech was at least a lot more helpful and tried several different ways to get the phone charging. It initially started to charge, so we left. About 30 minutes later, we found it wasnt charging, so I returned to Verizon with the phone and spoke with a FANTASTIC representative who I believe was named Felix. Felix immediately began accessing my account information, acknowledged that the phone wasnt charging, asked for my shipping address, sympathized for me having to make repeated trips to the store, and ordered a new phone overnighted to my wife. All of this was done in ten minutes, if even that. THIS is the kind of service were used to with Verizon and we were pleased with their handling of the situation. I would have no problem recommending this store, but make sure to assess whos handling your matters. If theyre blowing you off, ask to speak with someone else.

Several years ago I went to this store and walked out after experiencing inattentive service as previously described. The location is convenient to me so when I needed to replace my phone this week, I thought to try again and am glad I did. Prior to the purchase, I informed Mr.Tom Garza of my previous experience. He managed the transaction in a very respectful and helpful manner. Make sure that you shop on the days that Tom Garza is at the NB store! Kudos to Verizon for upgrading your team in New Braunfels!I

This store is great, the staff will work with you and explain what ever you need understanding about. Can be a bit of a wait at times. They have been able to help me with all my needs each time I have gone here. They helped me with an issue the authorized dealer off I35 near Lows fail big time at. They left me with no answers to where my pre ordered phone was when told to come pick up. This store (creekside) took 5minutes to look it up and delivered it to me right then. Will be going here always from now on.

This is one of those not really a Verizon dealer its a semi franchise zero help they dont care they drop a check all they got to do is stand there and look stupid. If you have a problem with any other phone other than the one that you bought from them hang it up they dont want to mess with it. The next thing is if you bought it from them guess what its not Verizon Verizon will not take care of the problem with it theyll tell you you have to take it back to them this is one of the places you need not to walk away from but run run run because all theyre going to do is screw you why. They have one just like that in New Brunsville at a TA and in Laredo as I said Dont Stop hide run protect yourself because they will steal from you right under your nose they will take your money and charge your credit card more and more and more and say what you agreed to it they also put in it if you buy phone from theyll put the insurance on it with you telling him not to do that amazing isnt it Crooks ta should remove them from their premises

3 months ago I went into this Verizon store and paid my bill and the screen locked and stated if I did not press accept I could not return to my verizon service. I returned to the store to speak with Ignacio and hebstayed to come back later and we coumd speak to tech support. I return a week after this and Lisa Miller the manager and Junior a support rep called tech support and they had me speak on the phone and after 3 hours nothing was done. I work for the military and left fir 6 weeks. I returned yesterday and was told no one remembered me or this situation happening Junior who only seems to be onterested in flirting with the female customers coukd have cared less. Fir the past 3 months i was being charged 7.00 dollars extra for a security service i did not want. This store has terrible customer service and Lisa Miller and that Junior guy give no help to anyone. Larry James Lang.

It took forever to get some service but the guy that helped my friend was really nice and if it wasnt for his suggestion of the drying box at the HEB across the street, we would have had a bad evening because after my friend dropped my phone in the river, I accidently kicked hers into the water as I as diving to retrieve mine off the bottom of the river. We felt like the two stooges but that drying box saved the evening from the death grip of a hormonal woman. Thank you, Verizon man.

I been with verizon for over 18 yrs .. yes 18 yrs, i walk into this store just to replace a Samsung tablet that I lost n try to upgrade from a s2 to a s4 I wanted to pay full retail prize becouse I was still under contract with that line . But i was refused and denied was told that it was policy not to sell a device with out a contract how ever they did not look at my account nor did they try to work with me ..I called customer service to find out the policy and four days later have not receive a call back.. I go into verizon on 46 in New Braunfels Tx and was upgraded right away with out no questions I was in and out in less then 15 min.. with my tablet so if your in the area or live in New Braunfels go there..

Went to this store to upgrade my phone. I was told to upgrade it would be $199 plus the bundling would be included. I got charged again for a Bluetooth devise that I already paid for. Took 3 times of calling Verizon (which they stated the store needed to credit back because they are the ones charging me) and Verizons customer service pushing that they credit me back that double charge. They never seemed to know who we spoke with. Called Verizon again because Im being charged for the purchase of my phone - was never informed by the store that I would get billed monthly for the retail price of the phone (was constantly told it would be $199). The Verizon representative asked if I was shown the payment plan for the phone - never saw it. Pulled the copy up online and my signature wasnt at the bottom which proves they never showed me the break down. They need more training for this store!

Verizon is a joke. they lie to theyre customers. tell them get a phone and one free only to find out your buying both once bill gets to you and its too late. they tell you a phones for free till the bill show up and your paying for it too. say an ipad is free, yet you get bill and your on a 2 year contract for its services. they tell you you can split your bill up and pay it in increments of whatever until the due date. WRONG! you set up a payment arrangement (promise to pay) and what ever you promise and for whatever amount you promise is the arrangement. you get a 250 payment set for the 10th, it needs to be 250 ON the 10th. not 100 the 5th, 50 the 8th and another 100 the 10th. cause itll be a BROKEN promise and youll get disconnected!! pay 300 on the 8th & you STILL get disconnected cause its a broken promise. they set u up to fail. till the customer calls and cusses out agents in billing - they finally are told the truth. the system doesnt understand or acknoledge you paid more than promised BEFORE the due date, all it knew was it expected 250 on the 10th and it didnt get it. the app on the phone is useless. the only thing good about it is you can check your balance, and set up a future dated payment (payment set in the future to automatically withdraw from debit/credit card) and even at that. the future dated payment makes customers believe that by doing so secures theyre services. WRONG AGAIN! it doesnt SECURE services. it DOESNT keep you from getting disconnected. its just what it is. a future dated payment. A PAYMENT DATED FOR THE FUTURE! nothing more. customers set one up. think they are secured. and get disconnected a day later cause they THOUGHT it was a promise to pay. WRONG! a promise to pay and a future dated payment are 2 complete different things. whats worse, is they have any nimrod, moron, idiot worthless excuse of an agent handling bills,payments, and more that belong to customers working for them. theyre rude to customers. dont try to accomodate theyre need as a customer cause theyre late on theyre bills? i can see if its just a customer that started service, never paid a bill till disconnection 3 mos later and wanted every hand me down help line accessible to them cause they are irresponsible individuals just screwing off theyre own credit cause theyre young and know it all. but there are customers

Basically I got screwed by a dishonest business man. do not go to this store! I went to this store due to the fact that it was closer to me than the corporate store. I will never make this mistake again! the salesman I dealt with (I believe his name was Armando or something similar) sold me the wrong phone. I went in knowing exactly what I wanted and told the salesman, he then came out from the back with what appeared to be the phone I asked for. I soon found out by pure accident that it was actually the older 3G model rather than the phone I was expecting (other verizon stores did not even carry the older model anymore) once I found out it wasnt what I was expecting (after I had already paid) he then promised to order me the correct phone since he didnt have any in stock and I was told it would be no problem I would just come in and exchange the one he sold me for the correct one. Even swap I thought because at the corporate store the new 4G model retailed for the same 2 year contract price as he sold me the old one at. So, two weeks later after many phone calls and text messages and much runaround about how no one else had the phone and he couldnt order it for this reason or that and my telling him several different times that I would not pay more for the new phone he finally got the correct phone in and told me it would be the original price I paid. I work out of town so I mailed my phone back to my fiance so she could go switch them out for me. when she got there he charged her $50 more for the phone while telling her it was ok because there was a $50 rebate (there was a $50 rebate on the other phone too) long story short he screwed me and did not live up to his word...
