Ash is a good guy that will do what he can to make you a satisfied customer. He has a very nice selection of sought after phones at reasonable prices. his payment plan options are pretty good and he even provided me with an unlock code for my S6 Active for more flexibility. Will do business with again.
I went to the store a while back to fix my iPhone 5s screen and the battery. The man charged me i believe $125 which sounds great and I was very pleased paying for it and left happy. After a few day the screen was already coming out of place, very poorly done.
What a bunch of amateur turd-lickers! First, if you have problems with your carrier, your cell phone, tablet, etc. DO NOT EVER take it to this establishment. Theyll say one thing and your reality will be VASTLY different. I seriously doubt if they are in business for anything other than being a quasi legit storefront for laundering money. ALL of my data was wiped, and some of the contacts that I had will take MONTHS to restore. Was I contacted about this? Nope. I had photos on there that I hadnt backed up yet. Was I warned about significant loss of data? Oh Hell No. Not one phone call from them to me until they were threatened with law enforcement intervention. Someone, please shut down this scam operation!
Buyer beware. I purchased an iPhone from this business and had many issues with the device. We went back and forth with the guy and he ended up telling me to take it to the Apple store for that I should have just bought a new phone from a reliable carrier. Sorry but please do not trust this establishment if they really wanted your business they would try to help fix problems and not send you somewhere else. I am still unable to use my iPhone that I purchased over 6 months ago from this store.
My family has been using this company for years & have never been disappointed. Ash is incredibly sweet & helpful when it comes to fixing our phones & no doubt always cheaper than going through ATT. As a business owner myself, we always try to support local businesses & Ash makes that easy every time!

Im ashamed to even give this place one star! He ripped me off claiming he would fix my iphone 5c he just made it look pretty again, but all the inside doesnt work. He messed it up, even locked it I had to go disable it on iTunes. Of course he protested that he didnt do it I could tell that he was lying to me by the face that he was making when he was talking to me. I will never take my business there again and I suggest you dont either unless you want to get ripped off
Went in looking for a note 5, said he had one unlocked. Convinced me to go with him because he was a business and anyone off the street wasnt reliable, nor would they give a 30 day guarantee like him. Wanted to charge me 450 but I declined so asked me how much I wanted to pay. I said 350 and he said ok. I would have been better off trusting someone off the street! First problem came the next day when I couldnt send out media mail, make or recieve phone calls, (phone kept using an international code to go out), listen to my voicemail, transfer pics using usb port Bluetooth or any other method, version was outdated and phone would not let me manually update etc.He suggested I take it to att to fix settings, so I did. I was still having problems so I called att, they fixed the voicemail part. Took it into him for the rest of the problems and he said he would contact Samsung and if need be they would send me a new one. Did not give me a temp phone to use in the meantime that he had my phone, said he had no others.Got my phone to me 2 days later and said all was resolved except updated version but I could take to best buy and they could do there. I took to best buy and they updated software. Great I think we are getting somewhere.2 weeks later same problems start happening again....cant send media mail or make outgoing and incoming calls. I message him that at this point I would like my money back. He says he only has a 15 day money back guarantee (even though he specifically hand wrote 30 days and signed next to it) and that he could give me another phone but it would be an additional $100. I explained that it was not my fault he sold items that didnt work in the first place. He asked once more if I wanted the other one for 100 more to let him know so he could hold it for me.Its because of scum like him that intetnationals get a bad reputation. Dont waste your time or money w this scam artist.
One star is TOO much of a rating!? This jerk ASH himself said he could fix my screen and digitizer for 97$ so we did then when we went to pick it up he said it wasnt charging so we needed a new charging port that was normally $60 but he would charge us for 40$ so we did it then when we went to pick it up he said it wasnt charging so he put on a new battery which was normally 40 but he charged 30$ then we took it home and now the phone doesnt charge more than 8% he is a total rip off I could tell when he was talking to me that he was lying but I gave him the benefit of the doubt never again will I give somebody like him a benefit of the doubt!? DO NOT EVER go to him not even for the slightest payment his work is not even worth your money even if its a payment! IM VERY DISSATISFIED AND OUT OF POCKET
First experience was wonderful. He flashed my sprint phone to cricket within 1 hour. Had to return to store to tweak the flash a bit and he did, with no hassle and didnt charge anything extra, Second experience has been awful. the kid at the register is an idiot, and too incompetant to be worth anything, I came to them to have my ATT phone to get unlocked (sim unlock to read a TMOBILE sim card) Went in on a saturday at 2pm and he said he could do it in 24 hours. Made the payment upfront and was able to hold onto my phone while i waited for him to get the code. I tried contacting him through 2 different phone numbers he provided for 4 days. Couldnt even leave a message because his inbox was full. NEVER received a return call. Drove 30min to the store and was told that he went to bank for change and would return in moments. Waited with my kids for 1 hour. Never returned and I had to leave. Still have not heard from him. I WILL NEVER RETURN here and have also told EVERYONE I know about this. 24 hours? Its now been 5 days and jerk cant even return a call....
I bought a phone a week ago from this guy and he refuses to let me return it. So much for being a store you can trust.
