VERY CLEAN AND ORGANIZED. Best Ross I have been in. Havent shopped Ross in YEARS. Went with family that wanted to shop.

Lots of nice clothing and home goods. Less expensive than other stores. Clean store. Professional employees. It was very busy and the line was long but the cashiers were fast, efficient, and pleasant.

Good shopping, fair prices! Staff always welcome upon entering, speak during check out, and bid farewell at exiting. The lines can get long, yet they move at a good pace. There is this boxed water up by the registers that is amazing. Store is clean considering the amount of traffic inside. Not cluttered, there is usually a worker or two straightening up random areas. The dressing rooms are back open, with safety protocols in place.

I love Ross! Never know what youll find.

I can never understand how an employee can be rude to someone they don’t even know and didn’t do anything to them to deserve such service. The lady that was scanning our items is BARBRA. I hope your manager reads this to tell you to treat people with good customer service because yours needs some improvement. She was clearly annoyed that we came and bought so many items. And wanted us to do her job. And also made a comment about feeling bad for having a man wait on us when he wasn’t even waiting for more than a minute! If you’re going to comment about something like that do so when the customer isn’t there. The audacity. Never shopping at ROSS again.

Lady at working by the toys in the dressing room area was extremely rude. My son was picking out a toy and had a few selections out to pick from. She came mumbling and putting them back on the shelf shacking her head. Working in the customer service industry with no customer service skills is mind blowing. I understand her frustration but she was way outta line. I know nothing will be done about my issue but I feel a lil better at least 🤷🏽‍♂️

There is just no telling what random stuff I will end up with when I walk thru those doors. Went in today for a black top and walked out with a cartful of maternity clothes for my daughter

My boyfriend and I love Ross. We go every other day to see if they have new merchandise. Cheap and friendly.

How can you not like Ross? Its in the name, Dress for Less. But the economy is catching up and its Less is becoming more... go often, find hidden gems.

This visit they were pretty picked over, didnt find anything and did not find what I was looking for. But the store is clean and well laid out and pleasant people working there.

Always has great clothes for my boys. Every time I go it seems they just got a delivery. I never find as great of clothes for women.

Great place I love shopping here you never know what you will find. And they always have a great selection of kid and baby clothes.

Id always come in, choose a huge ton of cool clothes, then go try it on, and liked nothing XDNow I cant try on anything, so I chose not to shop there anymore

Ross is a good department store. Its always clean and well organized and there is a good selection of different things from shoes to housewsres, mens and womans clothing and things you wouldnt expect. Sometimes going in there they have sales going on which always helps. There isnt alot of staff on the floor to ask for help at least not when im there. Overall its a good place to shop or just look around ..

The selection of clothing for plus size women was minimal.

Store was good but that Black girl working the Loss Prevention is very rude.

Ross was the right place to go to I found what I needed, cashier the help me was very nice and polite, Ross is one of my favorite places to go to I can always find something that I need, thank you and keep up the good work.

Didn’t have much that I like in large shirts but it’s still a good store.

Good Ross store, good variety only downside is that every time I go it’s kind of messy everywhere. Maybe because they get a lot of inventory? But they always have what I’m looking for 👍🏼

I spent a while going through the tracks. I got two pairs of pants, a jacket, a shirt, a pair of shoes, and two beanies. I went to try stuff on and was told I couldnt take the shoes or beanies in the dressing room. So I left. Of I cant try on the items in front of a mirror, why would I want to spend money on them?

Well organized other than the shoe section. All the employees where helpful and professional.

The store looked like a second hand store, no inventory and no customers. It was sad.

This place is amazing, so many amazing choices of clothes for a cheap price. But customer service sucks, I ask the lady for some help in finding a different size because everything is everywhere, all she said to me is that I had to look for it by myself. I’ve worked in the customer service industry to know this is not the way, especially when everything is everywhere. What’s the point of having workers that won’t help out the customers?

Good material but the customer stomer service was a bad, when I asked for the bathroom, the lady didnt even look at me and said cashier. I had to go to the front of the store and the cashier told me that I had to find the lady in the fitting room.

This place is always a mess . I almost fell down a couple of times trying to look for items . I finally said enough is enough my health is more important and I dont need to fall and break a hip at my age. Drove to the Forum in Selma TX instead.

This was my first time shopping at the New Braunfels store. The young cashier lady really made me feel uncomfortable and unrespectful. Hopefully, they could improve customer service in the future.

This is a very messy store. Cheap low quality clothes. The clothes are often thrown on the floor by rude customers. The employees dont seem to even care that their store looks like a dump.
