So apparently Walmart feels they are almighty. I ordered a product through the app for pickup. They placed the order and put the hold on my account for total amount. 5 minutes later they cancel the order and reason was due to unusual activity. I understand protection protocols and they should have those. The unusual activity I would assume was because of where I live vs where I was scheduled to pickup the product. Like I said; I totally understand trying to be safe and making sure its not unauthorized. Problem is they just cancel the order. No phone call or even an email to confirm. Just cancel and hold on account for total amount remains on your account for up to 5 business days. I have dealt with credit card companies declining a purchase because of possible fraud but my phone immediately rings shortly after to verify. Apparently Walmart doesnt feel that is needed. A big screw you and you will get your money back in up to 5 business days is good enough for them. They cant push the order through even after you speak with them. They just say we are sorry. You can always go to the store and get the items. You know because everyone has an extra $1000 sitting around on top of that same amount on hold on your account

Whoever is In charge of the automotive department needs to be replaced with someone that can manage it correctly. To make a long story short... Dont expect anything but the worst (from this location anyways). And check to make sure they put your air intake box back on correctly. ( your car will sound louder than usual when you accelerate if its not put back on correctly.P.s. Check your vehicles tire pressure because they will add air no matter if your car needs it or not.

I Just went to Walmart to return something from Halloween that was unused and unopened. They said that they werent accepting returns from Halloween. I asked where that was posted and was just stared at with a blank look. Like was was speaking in tongue. Im guessing I was speaking to the manager cause he never said his name or said one word. I asked to speak with the someone else and he said he had the right to refuse any return. I had my receipt and I understand its Nov but its only a 7 days past Halloween. Sure rude service and people . I know remember why I NEVER like to shop here. So going further they need to post a sign stating this especially for the Holidayseason.

I wish I could leave 0 stars. I went in this morning with my son to get a few things. The self check out registers were shut down so we saw register 10 was open and proceeded to go check out. Nobody was at the register so my son asked Tracy if she was open. She proceeded to sigh then tell us to just wait and someone will be right there. We waited and nobody ever came. Tracy then proceeded to tell us she would check us out at the next register. I really appreciated the fact that she was going above and beyond for us. We proceed to the next register and Tracy stated, “you could have just gone to self checkout and checked yourself out” I was completely thrown off by that statement. Especially since she had a gold vest one. How are you going to be a 20+ year associate and just be rude to people. I’m sorry you had to actually work and do your job. I get people have bad days but leave that at home. Don’t take it out on the customer. I definitely will not be returning.

I always get what I need at Walmart. However, I can never get any help when I need it. If you ask someone when you find someone they seem rude and not friendly at all. Could start shopping elsewhere. Dont like shopping at places where people are rude. I am the one spending my money at the store. But if I can avoid going there I will. The shopping experience was terrible. Then you have to wait because only three lines open.

Inventory is noticably low...staffing at registers inadequate

I always love shopping here. The volunteers are so nice to me. I really like giving back also because they are the ones who took care of my mother when she was sick with cancer .free of charge.I had no one else.❤️

This is my local Walmart, and their car care center has improved so much after reopening due to covid. Oil changes are much faster.

Stopped in for a few items, got some groceries, beer, wine, and things for our weekend get away. Needed some lip gloss, had to ring a bell and wait about 3 minutes for staff to come unlock the makeup for us. Find it ironic that they lock up the lip gloss but have way more costly items unlocked. Other than that they had everything we needed, and the line moved quickly! Cashier was friendly, and polite, even though we had 3 separate transactions.

I love walmart now. They have such great deals on clothes that are actually very pretty, the movies are cheap, the shoes and sandals are also priced well. My only issue is the bathrooms are usually really dirty. It also always seems when I am trying to use that one the restroom is closed for maintenance so walking to the back can be frustrating. The employees arent very well informed and not very nice either though. But if you want great deals on clothes, house decor, movies, and jewelry this is the place!

Wally world usually has everything you need. You have choices from low end to a bit more pricy or affordable. A good place to pick up paper goods & miscellaneous items.

Usually great prices, well stocked shelves, and friendly employees for the most part. Cute clothes for the whole family and great gift items. I liked how during the lock down and the height of Covid they had an employees cleaning shopping baskets, it would be great if the brought that back.

Me and my step sis went shopping and we’re really surprised on how big it is.

I almost always find what I need at fair prices. Usually a good selection. My only complaint is that they never seem to have enough full service checkout lanes open. I dont think Ive ever seen more than 4 open at a time (and they have something like 14 lanes). And the self-check lines are long, too

Have been using curbside pickup since it started, Ive been dealing with cancer since January 2020, not having to enter the store and expose myself has been such a relief, and the associates in that area are always pleasant and expedient.

Walmart is fabulous when youre looking for a sleeping bag or inflatable mattress at 10:30pm. Thanks for always being there Walmart!

I am done with the pharmacy here and it’s only at this location!! I called in the morning and the lady said she will have my medicine ready in an hour I came and they said it wasn’t going through and they always say that or either it was blocked ALL THE TIME!!! So they said it’s going to take about another 45 minutes and I had to go to work so they lady said it will be ready for me when I get my lunch at 4:30 so I left work skipped lunch to get my medicine and when I get there they said the same thing as last time AGAIN!!! And said it will be about 20 minutes that I did not have!!! now I have to miss my medicine again because of their mistakes!!!! Worst service around all this Texas area don’t ever get your medicine from here if your in time limits they will mess up all the time!!!!

In and out. I deliver for doordash pick up orders at Walmart. Theyre always kind according and helpful theyre fast and their service is great. If you need something then you should get it at Walmart.

Walmart SC is a great place to shop. They probably have what your looking for. Their meat counter always leaves you looking due to the limited selection.

I purchased meat there about 4 days ago and when I was ready to use it, I noticed green hairy spots on it and it smelled bad. I took it back to the store and was told I could only return it with a receipt or I could exchange it. They didnt have the exact same meat that I purchased so they told me there was nothing they could do. I will never buy meat from this store again.

Went to get two batteries for my 2018 Dodge Duallie 3500 and they didnt appear to have it on their little electronic kiosks device. I then enquired with the Walmart car center employee. He was rude and condescending. He must have been having a bad day. Lighten up, dude.

I found what I was looking for. But when we needed help we couldnt find anyone to help us. It took the security guard had to go and find someone to help us. After buying the ideal we need help to put it on the truck. The person who was to help us took so very long. The was a person passing by help us take care of the problem.

Lately the stock is never adequate. I have been in the store two weeks in a row to get frozen pie crust in the pan. Wanted to make pecan pies . They didnt have any this weekend either. Whats going on .

Bought a Walmart branded Hyper Tough inflator for my low tires. Set pressure and inflated all my low tires to selected pressure its cheap but it works very well!

Staff doesnt know their own return policies and need to be trained the proper edicate to assist their customers, especially when working as a lead in Customer Service. Employees like Noah lack respect for their customers, and are obvious to their frustration with the pressure of a difficult task, even when in the presence of their superiors. Unfortunately, due to lack of professionalism, and dishonesty employees (like Noah) need to consider their line of profession, especially when thats dealing with other people as their customers.Bruh, if you dont like your job, find something youre good at 💯

Most of the staff at this Walmart are quick to help you or answer your questions. Some of the younger yellow shirts seem more wrapped up into their friends than wanting to help so I do go for an older yellow shirt employee if Im needing their help.

Wal-Mart doesnt pay employees enough or take care of them.

They sold us a defective phone and refuse to take it back without the box as if we were supposed to know the device was going to be defective within 2 weeks if paying for it. Then they sent us to sprint and Tmobile stores and each time we were told walmart made the sale walmart has to accept the return now its past 2 weeks and we were told by a manager that the line was cancelled. We called sprint and the line was not canceled we still have to pay for it, they then said again that walmart has to take the phone bc they are the ones who sold it but they keep playing games and wasting our time.

I called pharmacy. They put me on hold for 30 minutes, then Hung up. I would give 0 stars but that option not available.

If you’re looking for great fresh pineapples to sit outside your door in the upright or upside down position this Walmart in New Braunfels is easy to get to, clean, and the staff was really friendly. They had everything we needed for a recent vacation in Canyon Lake. I don’t always go to Walmart but when I do it’s because the cabin we rented didn’t have a coffee maker. They saved the day.

It was fine but the shelves were pretty bare. How can you have no brooms? Or pizza, and no flea spray.

Everytime Ive gone here every worker Ive asked for assistance has been incredibly rude. I went there today looking for an item that showed they had in stock at the store online and went inside to buy it and couldnt fine it. When I asked a group of 3 employees who were talking it took them awhile to even acknowledge me and when they did the one that appeared to be a manager acted like I was just in the way instead of just assisting me. Then when I showed the item I was looking for that showed they had they said the online inventory is never right. Then they proceeded to tell me, without ever even looking up the item, that they probably dont have it. I had to ask them to please check in the system and the lady said that shell just send someone over to the area it might be in. Thats fine but I waited over in the area for 10 minutes and no one showed up. This walmart has pathetic customer service and I wont be returning.

1st time at this location, travelled 22 miles to get a wet vac on sale. The store was super neat! I was greeted at the door warmly, couldnt find the item and an employee directed me to where it was she was eager to help, I went through the self check and cashed out, but it was when I was leaving I got the best, there was a lady who was sitting at the door checking for receipts she was talking to a lady and she stopped and looked at me and smiled and said thank you for coming and your purchase. Now either Im just that good looking or she is good at customer service! I would say she is just good at customer service......lolIm still good looking though.

This is an older walmart that is not very well managed. They have lots of holes on the shelves and they are always running out of shopping carts. About the only checkout lanes ever open are self checkout lanes. I think they need to make a managment change or something. The store is always busy. I only stop here if I have to.

Its Walmart pretty average nothing special or over the top. If youve been to 1 Walmart super center youve been to them all. The only thing that changes is what side the pharmacy is on!

The store was ok as per Walmarts go they did have everything I needed. The employees I know being post covid-19 you take what you can get but well Im you figure that remark out. Price as normal is usually the best your gonna get for the quality (remember you get what you pay for). At least you could move up and down the isles at this WalMart since they did not have freight stuffing up the isles like I have seen at so many before.. yeah I would go back at least for the convience.

New Braunfels Walmart is clean and organized. Fresh veggies and fruit. Meats section is great.

The customer service is awful. It seems like no one wants to be of assistance or is even willing to do so. Another observation is it seems some items are simply on display and actually not for sale. I believe walmart is in need of some serious competition.
