The two ladies at eyemart express were super helpful. I have never worn glasses in my life other than sunglasses and they helped me pick the perfect pairs of glasses. I was treated as if I was a friend of theirs from when I got there till the time I left. Big props to both ladies I will recommend them to anyone needing glasses at a great price.

Well, its day #6 and I still dont have my glasses. Theyve used excuse know to me why they cant have my glasses ready. 1st..machine is broken #2..well take them to Selma store and made them, 5 secs to make them..#3..machine is STILL broken.#4..the guy is walking a girl thru on how to fix the machine, should only take an hour. #5..still no glasses..day 5 & 6..NOTHING!! If I wanted to wait a week for my glasses, I wouldve gone to Walmart, in fact, I think they will continue to get my business! False promises from this store!!

Great service and product. Would have rated 5 stars except when I got home I noticed glue from price sticker on frame, was very difficult to remove. This should be part of the stores process prior to customer acceptance.

I went into Eyemart Express to get a backup pair of glasses. They were ready in 30 minutes on NYE at a great price and I love them so much my other pair, which was much more expensive, is now my backup pair! Thank you Eyemart!

I went to this place because of all the good reviews. Also because I was going to be able to get my glasses the same day. Lie lie lie. I believe the reviews are fabricated by the company which I don’t doubt just so they can ensure a five star rating. My son and I went there, I had brought a frame I’d purchased else where, they said I couldn’t use them that if I did they would probably break. These were frames from another optical shop. They weren’t cheap either. So I had to purchase two frames from them. One frame for my sunglasses the other for my regular daily use. I was told that it would take 10 days for my glasses. Now I came to this business because Every review raved about how fast they got their glasses. Some reviews even described getting their no line bifocals less than an hour. Everyone also rants about how inexpensive they are. Again lie lie and more lies. My two pair of glasses were almost $500 and that was with a military discount. The sunglasses were single lenses and just tinted in a frame that was less than $40. I did get those that day in 1 1/2 hours. My second pair of glasses are no line bifocals with that no glare for night driving to prevent that halo affect from the lights. The frame was $89 yet when it was all said and done like I said the cost was almost $500 and I still don’t have my daily use glasses. It is past 10 days. Like I said the reviews brought me there, however I have found them to either be false and certainly misleading. I’m not happy about the cost and still having to wait when I could of gone else where paid less and know up front I would have to wait for my glasses. I will not be going back and I will be telling everyone I know and meet not to patronize this business. That will be significant for I have been known to be called the mouth of the south. When it comes to recommendations of businesses. The ones to patronize and the ones to stay clear of. Especially when it comes to military active, retirees and veterans. I am still waiting for my glasses!!!

Weve been buying our kids eyeglasses from Eyemart Express for several years now and its always a pleasant experience! Such friendly staff at our local location and they are helpful and so great while working with us and the kids to find the perfect fit, even on our youngest whos only 2! The quality in the glasses themselves is also great. They hold up against normal wear and tear or any mishaps that are common with children. Highly recommend!

We needed extra glasses for our kids and went to a few places in order to get prices and check out the selection. Since we were looking at extra glasses for each child, we didn’t want to spend over $100.00 for each. Eyemart Express had a Back to School Sale and we were able to get each child a pair of glasses plus the warranty for approximately $120.00 total. The staff was friendly and professional. Our glasses were complete and ready for pick up within approximately 30 minutes. We are very satisfied and would highly recommend.

I literally got 2 pairs of glasses (the works regarding lenses—-multiple coatings and polycarbonate on both) for less than the price of one from my eye doctor’s office in NB. I had the first pair before I walk out the door and then stopped by an hour later for my second pair. The staff was VERY knowledgeable and so sweet! It was great to find genuine people who actually knew what they were doing. Super helpful! I will use this location forever.

I went in needing new glasses. I got a 2 for 1 special. Not having insurance makes it hard to afford 2 pair of glasses but, Eyemart Express deal allowed me to get a pair of prescription sunglasses and a pair of regular prescription glasses both wth no line bifocals for around $500. It did take longer to get mine but only about a week. I live both pair and feel I got a great deal. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Highly recommend catching their deals!

This location defiantly warrants a 5 star rating. They accepted my prescription from a different company all together and create my look in Lees than an hour. I got there at 6 and they close at 7. My glasses (2 pair) were made by 630 and it was extremely affordable. For what i would have paid for 1 pair at walmart i received 2. Mind blown. Ill definitely take my family and business there again. :)

I went to upgrade my lens’ to photochromic/ transitions. The tech ended up having to cut three lens’ for my left eye.I left and I still had an issue with left bifocal lens portion but he called me the next day and asked if i could stop in. When i got to the store he had a brand new set of glasses and frames, with my perfect prescription. Yea i understand there was an issue somewhere, But what i want you to take from this review is the point of customer service, outstanding, I also took advice and had another eye exam and two days later went and purchased another set of rimless. Thankyou to The tech and the ladies upfront. I will see them again!!!!!

Super Fast service my daughters glasses were ready in 27 min!!!! Very Friendly they gave my kids coloring sheets to keep them entertained...my baby is 4 so that really helped keep him busy 😉 I will definitely recommend this place and of course from now on will be my place of choice!!!

Despite the fact that the two people working were very busy with customers, I was greeted when I walked in and assured that they would be with me ASAP. Then, though still busy due to customers continuously walking in the doors, they stayed in contact with me and remembered that I was waiting and did manage to get to everyone in order, and in a friendly, efficient manner. They were thorough and helpful, and then, after I left, my glasses were ready in less than an hour.
