Dollar Tree has really steped it up, there are some great items, anywhere else would cost more. They have an awesome crafters section, and lots of storage items. This store is the smallest and oldest in town but they still have some good stuff!

Great store. Always well stocked. They do not have bathrooms open to public during the pandemic. At home is right next door and thier restrooms are open to public. Other dollar tree location on I35 next to big lots has thier bathrooms closed as well but big lots has thier restrooms open. Just putting this out there for an FYI

Not sure why but their shelves were literally empty found 2 out of 7 items I was looking for not a happy camper and the store wasnt all that tidy, I know they are probably short staffed but overall it was just not a good experience

Horrible customer service and very rude manager! I was in the store with my two grandchildren, they are 3 and 5 years old. My 3 year old grandson needed to use the restroom and was about to have an accident. I went up front and asked the manager - Marsha, if he could use the restroom and she yelled out and said no, no restrooms for customers and literally shock her finger at me while she was saying no to me. Like she was saying no to me like a child! So disrespectful and rude. I spend a lot of money in this store and I have already contacted the corporate office. This is not the first time I have experienced horrible customer service at this location. The staff needs to be replaced. I have witnessed the manager and several employees be so, so rude to customers including myself. This is absolutely ridiculous!!!

Great experience as always. The Walnut Square store was clean, clutter-free with friendly helpful staff. I have become a regular shopper in the food isle. Go check put frozen vegetables, Cauliflower rice and Okra. You wont be disappointed.Additionally, fresh new decorative ideas.

Came to this Dollar Tree @ 8:50pm. Store closed at 9:00pm, the cashier already had the doors locked and just standing by the register not willing to open the door and kept stating that the store was closed. 3 other cars were parked in the parking lot wondering if the store was closed. Called the store and the person answered and disconnected the call, and this was before 9pm. Visited this store 12mins before writing this review

They dont have enough cashiers...but the ones who are there are always wonderful!!!!

Cheap on most things. Great place to go when you are in the mood to shop but on a cheap budget

I love the dollar tree! They always have cool quirky things and each location has different stuff.

There was only one cashier and about 5 people in front of us in line with a lot of items. It took a while to checkout with just 3 items. Should have a quick checkout option for less items

Like all dollar trees they need to remodel their disgusting restroom. The store floor is nice. They do need to restock too. They did have a nice selection of items though.

If i could give this store a negative 0 I would. My daughter went in to get 21 ballons for her brothers bday and the mistreatment!! They said in front of all the customers well if it wasnt for this one getting all the ballons (what do they mean this one she was the only black girl!!). One ballon flew up to the ceiling asked well can i get another one the manager said nope im on break walked off! They were extremely rude!!! I wish i could personally and tell them off. Nobody should be treated this way! I hope you all get fired!

They were stocking the shelves and stuff was all over the place. I saw cereal in 4 different places.

Excellent place since new management took over! Cleaned up very well. But other customers, please stop complaining about checkout lines. Its a dollar store. More employees and more lanes open would mean higher prices. If you dont want to wait, then shop somewhere else.

This store is far better than it used to be. It was cleaner and more organized than in the past. I still would rather not see Chrismas until after Thanksgiving. And I refuse to buy Christmas anything except cards until after Thanksgiving. The staff was busy on both registers and the lines were long, but they did the best they could. I still like the smaller store but it doesnt have all the products that the larger store has.

Fun things on every isle. Even got an elf hat. 3 for $1 clothes boxes. Easily enough bows in 2 bags for all my gifts. Every kind of stocking stuffer for the kids and pets.

The store looked great. I dont know if they have new staff or what but everything was in place. My cashier was so very friendly and pleasant. I believe her name is Tracy. Big difference than before.

I like this location. A little smaller than other Dollar Tree stores but they have a nice selection of items. Around the holidays I like to come to this location because they are less picked over. The check out line can back up here.

So you ask, How was Dollar Tree well my reply is FABULOUS JUST SIMPLY FABULOUS, ... I go there with intentions in buying one thing, but it never ever fails I always come out w/more. Life is wonderful with Dollar Tree.

While I understand everything in the store is only a dollar. At the very minimum, I expect friendly customer service. Yesterday I purchased glassware and instead of the cashier wrapping and bagging my items, she hands me newspaper, bags, and boxes so I would do it myself. She proceeds to check out the customers that were in line behind me. I asked her if she were going to bag the items I just purchased as I expected this much from a cashier and she tells me if I need her help I’d have to wait for her to check out the other customers. Totally rude and unprofessional.

Dollar Tree is just fabulous and cheap. Great way to save money.

Great place, great prices, but needs more people at the register. There is always one person checking out a huge line. Be prepared to wait.

I always spend more than i go in for. Its a good store to pick up some things. Just remember you get what you pay for.

The worst mess I’ve ever seen. Shelves empty. Apathetic employees. Slow. Don’t know where anything is in their own store. No sign of management. Exits blocked by empty carts, had to push through 11 empty carts blocking exit from store! Meanwhile 4 employees were very slowly checking out a few customers and two were on iPhones. This store is a dangerous disgrace. NEVER AGAIN!

Nice place for simple decorations. Wish they had more Halloween stuff

Ever since that Dollar Tree came around is the best deal that anyone could have its helpful its close and I enjoy the employees over there theyre courteous to every customer never had a problem.And I always go in with my medical dog his name is Hershey and everybody loves Hershey and what amazes the employees at Dollar Tree is that I speak Japanese to Hershey.

Employees are super rude! I usually love Dollar tree.. Ill go to the one on fm725 where there is actually customer service... Wow!

The younger woman that was working was very efficient and friendly. She had a very nice demeanor as well.

Love the crafts and grabbing $1 books, paint, stickers etc. for my granddaughter.

It was very clean and organized compared to most stores. Also, the staff was very nice.

Best place to purchase household cleansers at an affordable price. Lots of cool items to make gift baskets, Lots of seasonal items for projects and decorating.

Things scattered around the store, pallets, and freight carts are in the way a lot of times causing slip, trip and fall hazards, there never seems to be enough cashiers, and one of the cashiers seems to be in a bad mood all the time, half the time she wont even acknowledge you

First time that I have to give a bad rating to a Dollar Tree store. Very disorganized, full of trash on sidewalk, and trash cans by store entrance overflow. Poor management.

Store is always a mess, and there is always a long line. But I guess thats the price you pay for cheap items.

Be prepared to wait in line for a while and learn to speak another language
