I love this store, they have just about anything you can think of ..Whether your out shopping or just wanting to look around then this is the place to be, more than likely if ur just looking you will probably end up purchasing something cause its loaded with fun things. They will judge you if u have tattoos. They actually accused me of stealing. Even after I showed them I was not stealing they still made me leave. So if u have tattoos dont go there unless u want to be wrongfully accused

The employees seem to be very overwhelmed. This Hobby Lobby has a very uneasy atmosphere that hits you as soon as you enter the doors. I don’t know whether to feel remorse for the employees due to the poor manner of management and chaos or to give Isabel in fabrics a big hug. Three minutes in her presence and I can bet you she’s at her wits end with this place and everyone around her. But who’s to blame her. I myself, couldn’t wait to exit that depressing clutter hole either.

Staff was super friendly. Find exactly what we were looking for and got a1/2 off deal at the register!!! What could be better than that??

Huge store.. just lot is of boxes everywhere. The fall isle could not fit two shopping carts side by side so it was a one way only. They did have a good decor selection.

It was busy,and only 1 register at first but they were quick to get more help. Nice!

Went there yesterday to get 8 different colored outdoor acrylic paints for my sister. The two ladies that helped me find and select the paints were courteous and knowledgeable. Being a man I just go on in and get my stuff. They helped on my way without too much fuss or bother. I have been going to the Hobby Lobby for five years. I have no complaints.

Hobby Lobby is a great store for decorating. It has items that you dont find in other stores. It used to be a mecca for discount coupons, but now offers select merchandise with in- store marked discounts. If you cant find what you are looking for, look here.

Hobby Lobby is one of my favorite places for crafts and decorating. I have noticed over the last few years that its the same decor everytime I go. I have boxes of beautiful items for Easter that I have purchased from them in the past. This time when I went in March 2021 all their Easter stuff look like something you could get at the dollar store. I walked out of the store with nothing. If Hobby Lobby have stopped giving out their coupon codes because they are having financial problems it could be due to the things that there putting in their store that people can get the dollar store.

The employee didnt know if they had a product. And even if they didnt you would think they could Order it for you. They did have a lot of items there . Was wondering when I left was there a nother store that might carry glass sickles with holes in them for wind chimes.

Great model kits, for me. Theyve got a great arrangement for your home decor. Im also keen on the farm animal decor they offer, especially for kitchen.

Ive called Hobby Lobby (twice now) because I dont time things right and am always running late to events. Twice now, Ive called HL for a gift idea, they help me over the phone, leave it at the front counter and I just run in and pick it up. Easy Peasy. HL gives so much grace to us busy mamas and Im so grateful for the help that is sincere and loving. 5 stars every visit!

Hobby Lobby always has what Im looking for and at a reasonable price. I find their silk flowers to be high quality and they have an excellent variety.

Wasnt what I expected or use to when going to a Hobby Lobby.

Employees are more interested in talking with each other than helping customers. Almost every aisle I went down was block in some way with ladders, boxes or carts. The lines are always way too long because not even have the registers are open.

This is my fave store, hands down!! Soo much fun, I have to watch myself or Ill buy everything!! Employees are always super helpful, and I dont think theyve ever been out of anything I needed. Thanks for being a sanity-saver during this pandemic!!

Great selection!

My wife shopped here regularly until today. She was browsing and had some crafting supplies ( mostly paint) in her cart then decided to put the paint back and not purchase. She positioned herself in line to check out the remaining items in her possession. At this time she was approached by the theft prevention manager and questioned about the whereabouts of the paint that had previously been in her cart in front of everyone around her. My wife grew up in New Braunfels and was horribly embarrassed by this unprofessional tactic. I called the manager to inform “her” ( she would not give me her name) about this and was treated rudely on the phone and then she hung up on me. Please consider shopping somewhere else.

Very well stocked but weak on customer service. The employees dont know where items are. On several occasions I had to ask several employees where a specific item was and still had problems finding it. Other than that, the environment is very pleasant and bright.

Service from one rep was great, everyone else was not very helpful. This was added to the fact that I just wanted to get out of there. I bought an item online and I was advised that it was free shipping, after placing the order I realized I was charged for shipping. They did not refund me the shipping so I am not wanting to return to Hobby Lobby for anything.

Its a great place to go for all my crafting needs. They usually always have what Im looking for at great prices. My family loves to look around and find new things to do. Definitely a one-stop-shop for crafts and hobbies.

Hobby Lobby is the king of the hobby stores. This store carries everything from stickers to paint to furniture. It would probably carry the kitchen sink if they knew it would sell. Used their framing department for a glass replacement. The service was very good. We watched as she gently repaired a very sentimental item for us. Her kindness and understanding was very heartwarming. Would give her ten stars. You just cant put a value on human kindness.
