Most of the people who work here are super nice (with the exception of one person who is cordial but not really customer oriented, but that’s not a detractor of my star rating). The most annoying aspect of this place is that they almost never have anything in stock. We’ll always hear “it’ll be a few weeks”, but what? Do you run out of furniture in two days once that shipment comes in?Otherwise, it’s a great store and I’ll always come back for their furniture. I’ve been to other places and this one stands the rest of time. The three stars is due to the lack of overall help when asking questions about products and availability of products after months.I will say that we did finally get furniture, after months, and I’m in love with it.

UPDATE: What difference from my last review!! Total Remodel. If nothing else, I love that they changed the front door. The other one was awful. Cleaner, organized, and furniture is front and center. They seem to offer fewer small items though it may be that it is difficult to take everything in at once.Christmas items 75%off. Love to buy the gift bags now. They are cute and cheap, way cheaper than before the holidays

Very neat and clean store employees are courteous and helpful just dont go there as much as I used to because they have less of a selection of items a lot of Furniture now good place to shop if youre needing the type of items they sell now

Went to talk to a manager about a piece of furniture I bought there during the holidays of last year that broke on me. I was glad that that the manager in charge saw my dilemma and worked out a very reasonable outcome that made me happy, and will keep me a paying customer for future purchases.

Masks are still urged with proper signage posted (on their doors?). One so shop for sure. Next time, Ill make a list. But, theyre mostly organized with furniture in the center and tons for the home, garden, holidays and toys. Everyone is friendly and helpful.

Wow this place has gotten a facelift! Absolutely awesome. The furniture selection is much better and easier to see now. The aisle organization makes a lot more sense and I’m not having to run across the store for anything. The staff is super friendly as always. Checkout lanes are much nicer and easier to fit down now, and the decor selection is more up to date. Love it.

Well, they had what I was looking for but not as exactly what I was looking for. Christmas shopping, I was looking for a small number of Christmas lights, white lights to be exact. Well, I found them but they were in the green electric cord. I wanted the white cord so as it wouldnt stand out to much. They stick out like a sore thumb. Dont get me wrong, they did have what I wanted, but in 200 count lights set. That was way to many. I dont need that. So I have to improvise and hide the green cord. Easy. It wouldve been easier if the electric cord wouldve been white.

Terrible customer service. We wanted to buy an office chair and waited in line for 15 minutes then we were directed back to the register in furniture. Where we were ignored for several minutes and then another gentleman came up and asked if he could help. We told him we wanted to buy this chair he said we would have to wait. As I started to tell him that we had already waited in the front line he just shrugged his shoulders and walked off. Terrible customer service!!!

Looking for gazebos. Nice selection but kinda pricey.

I saw some good sales, store was clean service was excellent.Sadly I hot home and the Pepsi, and Dr pepper they had for .99 showed up at 1.89 on my receipt.Now Ill have to waste time and gas to go back to store for 3.00

It is a big lots. Seems not quite clean but not dirty either. They have some good products for a nice price. The cashiers have always been friendly.

Big Lots is a bargain shoppers fun zone! Its been years since I shopped at Big Lots and Wow! I couldnt believe the changes. Very clean and well kept. Everything neatly displayed. Prices so good that I cant believe why I havent come in sooner. Housewares, garden, toys, bedding, hair and skin products and snack items just to mention a few. Prices great and sales clerks very nice. I make it one of my weekly stops now. If you havent stopped in for awhile or have never been in to a Big Lots store. You might just be missing out on some great buys. Stop in, check out the prices. How could you lose? You might even save.

Havent been to a Big Lots in the Years cuz we dont have them in the city where Im at so I had to drive all the way out over 35 miles to get to one I have forgotten that they that sell Furniture there so it is nice to walk around and look at everything it was clean it was nice I really enjoyed going back to a Big Lots thank you very much Big Lots for being where youre located its a drive but thats okay I take the car out once a week so it was nice to drive out there and get everything I needed to plus some other things I wasnt expecting awesome job thank you

People are very nice I almost lost my phone and they retrieved it plus they are a great store

Good Store to browse, buy and get ideas how to decor your domicile. Easy financing on store furniture. Other items are priced reasonable. Liked the kitchen items for cooking, baking and items for making and ideas of making extra space in your kitchen. Go check them out.

Bought these couches from this store in August and a couple of weeks later this is what happened. Tried contacting support and they keep passing it back and forth to the store. I emailed them twice and still have not heard anything from the district manager. Do not buy couches from here.😡

We had such a great experience! Our BL Service member, Val, was such a great help. I mean we really had some questions and she was working hard to get every one of our answers taken care of. (I did not give 5th star due to the following) However when it came to a young man helping us, before Val took over with our merchandise sale, he helped load our merchandise, he was pretty turned offish. Rough with loading our merchandise. I am not disclosing his name just to give his peers an opportunity to speak with staff just in case he had a bad day, and would like to justify his actions with his next customer. I understand its a difficult time with covid, but being rude is not acceptable. Thank you, Val, for your smile, promptness, kindness and hard work.

Love Big Lots before I wasnt too fond of this store, but with the whole new style to big lots it really flipped the switch. Soon enough I will definitely invest in one of their sectionals they sell here. Kudos to Big Lot execs they should be on the come up with their new moves.

DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE!!!! The furniture they have on display they most likely will NOT have, Nor can they order them from another store OR from the dealer and NO they have no idea when or if that particular item will be re-stocked..They wouldnt even offer us a sale voucher for the sale that was ending for us to get to the other store to buy!! The lady Lauren in the furniture dept. acted as if we were a bother and had a smirk on her face..If I didnt know better Id think she was happy that we were leaving empty handed and disappointed.(as usual) on top of that in a separate incident... the gift we bought from this store for a friend was broke when he opened the box AND didnt operate either!!..It was very embarrassing!! Go to a store that is professional, courteous and has value for their customers because you wont find it here !!

They are remodeling the floor area where the furniture floor sale area will be the focal point of attraction. There are some areas can only fit one cart but the good buys are there. Especially out of season for outdoor activities. Now to buy. Cash registers are easy access now. Just bare with the changes but good buys are there. Good hunting and save.

This store did not make their customers comply with covid procedures. I saw at least two customers with no face mask.

I paid to hold a set of couches that they did not have in stock. I received a text message to pick them up thinking I would get them a day or two later since I was selling my existing couches. I went into Big Lots yesterday and they SOLD the couches that I had to wait 2 weeks for! The manager that sold them was not on duty or I would have confronted him about it. If youre going to sell couches that someone has already put a deposit down, DONT TAKE THEIR MONEY UP FRONT. Terrible unethical business practice but, i guess thats what I should expect from a store run like that....

What a wonderful turn around! Store is immaculate, employees are pleasant, knowledgeable & helpful. Only very important, harsh reality is that there is less of a variety/selection of unique items & international foods. Lots of food stamp staples & cold food items now. That was the very reason why Id go out of my way to shop at Big Lots. Very disappointing.

No prices on the items and prices on the shelf are incorrect. I picked up an item that the shelf said was $3.50, it rang up as $6.50. The register operator thought it was funny! 😠 No attempt to find a correct price.😠 I wont be going back.

Decent prices but honestly you can get better deals at other places, with a better variety. The store was a mess, the furniture area is jam packed and hard to navigate, and the staff pretty much ignores you. I say two stars cause I was able to find something Ive been wanting for a while, but the price wasnt as low as youd expect from Big Lots.

I used to frequent here all the time before they remodeled the store. Now the rows are too close together to pass two shopping carts at the same time, variety is lower and just hard to get around. Workers are friendly and helpful. I wont go now unless I know I dont need a cart.

This Big Lots isnt terrible. I have noticed that there is always a large chocolate football on the clearance endcap in grocery and I swear it has been there for over a year. Never gets any cheaper, hasnt been thrown away. LOL

Customer Service was great, clean, organized store. Accuracy with furniture boxes needs improvement. Especially when the customer doesnt live in town. We got home, started opening furniture boxes when we realized we were givin half the wrong merchandise. We barely made it back before closing time, to return half a bed frame that wasnt what I paid for. Double Check your furniture labels before loading it up n leaving folks.

The managers were beyond helpful! We bought 2 recliners and 1 had manufacturers defects. They were awesome and found another store that had one and replaced it with zero hassle!They also have a great selection! The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because the store is always dirty (needs a good scrubbing!) and it takes forever to check out. They never have more than 1 checker.

Nothing special about this location. Kind of old but it has plenty of stuff you might be looking for like furniture, kitchenware, school supplies, toys, mattresses, etc. No major electronics like television sets or computers. It has fine service and nice employees. No real gripes here either.

I love big lots but...The staff are underpaid and they really show it!. Nice selection of inventory and decent quality. Stay far away from the furniture, its all junk. The rest is pretty much ok.

Poor communication skills, I was trying to buy a couch and was told diffrent things by diffrent employees on the same day as well as a different day. There delivery service also over charges $80 and after 10 miles $1.49 a minute. So I ended up going somewhere else to get a couch. They also didnt have hardly any couches in stock. Shop here at your own risk.

Great foreign foods section. Well, it used to be better before the store began selling expensively priced cheap furniture. I shop less and less because of the furniture being in the middle of the floor.
