When in to get my Bernina serviced. Nice place, staff was friendly and helpful. Less wait time for service. Two weeks compared to Austin at 6 weeks.

The girls are really friendly and helpful but their servicing of Sewing Machines is lack luster...

The staff at Sew Little Time BERNINA goes above and beyond for their customers! I needed a product and when I was unable to get to the shop at the last minute they helped me out by getting it in the mail right away. Thank you ladies!

I originally had a not so great experience with Sew Little Time. But the owner and Manager really took the time and effort to rectify the misunderstanding. It’s hard to come across a business that can handle upset customers well.I took a class with Pam and she was amazing! They are very sweet and helpful and take the time to answer your question. I’m sure I’ll be back for any needs that may come up with my Bernina And future classes as well!

Love these people! I not only use them for my personal needs, but I teach Family and Consumer Science and I use them for all of my classroom sewing needs as well! I personally have 2 massive Brother machines that they serviced even though they are a Bernina Retailer. My school bought Berninas for my classroom and theyre great!

The ladies are super nice but the repair service is not worth your time. Took my embroidery sewing machine in for tension problems. Told them everything I had done to try to correct the problem. They had it for two weeks, charged me over a hundred dollars and still have the same problem. They do not give you any paperwork telling you what they did to the machine so I guess they cleaned it and send it back. So the one star is for the repair service. Not the store.

I took my Bernina in to be repaired. The first time they only cleaned it and did not address the problem I was having. The second time they did the repair but the stitches are messed up. I DO NOT RECOMMEND Sew Little Time for machine repair. Now Im headed into San Antonio to the dealer I usually use. On the positive side the ladies in the shop are very friendly.

Very dissapointed in the service work done on my heirloom Bernina sewing machine ..First of all it looks like they used 3 in 1 oil on it which discolores all the moving parts and after awhile hardens because it is a vegetable based oil and secondly they didnt even address the issue that I toke it in for which was the top tension control would not regulate the thread properly .. I will try another repair shop down the road and see if I have better luck ..

Bought my first Bernina 770 QE here. Staff is helpful and very willing to answer any and all questions. Looking forward to the classes that came with my purchase!

I highly agree not much experience on servicing sewing machines. Im not sure if they dont know how to take them apart or just dont take the time to for a simple cleaning and oiling.
