This is a great store with great prices. They have a little bit of everything you could possibly want. I prefer the store to Walmart believe it or not. Come here or you want me unhappy with the selection or the price. They’re also conveniently located with friendly customer service. They even have a pharmacy in here with good prices. The Best Flower Delivery.Today Toni in the flower department assisted me with a flower order over the phone. She was very patient and understanding. The flowers were for my aunts birthday and I wanted a fabulous bouquet. I placed the order this morning and my aunt received them this afternoon. They were so gorgeous that my aunt called me as soon as they were delivered with happy tears of joy. Thank you for helping make her day special. This is the second set of flowers I have ordered from HEB and you all do an amazing job. Great Staff. Even the delivery driver was kind and helpful. Thank You H.E.B I am in Florida and I really love that you offer delivery service so I can have things sent to my aunt whom is 75yrs old.

The employees are constantly working on curbside orders & are not worried about you. They will nearly run into you with their huge carts if you dont watch out! It was ridiculous. Also, its probably the norm for HEB (I hadnt been to one in years) but its extremely overpriced. They did have a really good crab ceviche that was good & reasonably priced.

My first trip to an H.E.B. store and I wasnt disappointed. My Texas relatives talk about going to HEB so I had to have a look while I was in Texas. The store is well lit and well organized. Prices are reasonable. Bakery items were fresh.

Great store and I always go on Wednesday as the have suchi for 7.00. They have a nice selection.

This H‑E‑B plus has everything I need to live my middle class life and feed my middle class family. Occasionally I buy something finer such as an expensive cheese, wine, or a $30 Charcuterie board and pretend that I am of a higher socioeconomic class that buys groceries exclusively at H‑E‑B Central Market.

Here on another road trip (Washington to Texas and back), so needless to say, weve been through a LOT of grocery stores! This H-E-B plus is by far one of the nicest weve been too with the best customer service! Its clean, bright, and reasonably priced. We were in town for 2 weeks and once we found this gem, it was our go to for fresh fruits, veggies and wine 😉 would recommend 100 times over, very happy with this location and company.

Excellent store with a great meat counter serving USDA Prime cuts. Deli counter has an excellent selection of meats and cheese as well.

Wow! Im not from Texas, I visited H-E-B while visiting relatives. I was pleasantly surprised at the size, variety and offerings of HEB. Only thing that they didnt have on my list was Old Bay seasoning. This is on the tail end of covid 19 so I fully understand shortages. Great selection of everything. Helpful staff, prices were fair.I guess that EVERYTHING IS BIG in Texas!

HEB has amazing produce selections. Ive noticed that some of the staple shelves are low to some not having any stock.

Great store with many pluses. But be ready for a looong walk. About a mile from fruit to milk. Too much junk no one buys in front.

Curb side pick up needs to be simple like Walmart or Target will not do that again and we are missing items get it together

Weve been buying groceries @ HEB since 1977 . . . We started in Corpus Christi & have moved around Texas finding our home town grocery store in most of them . . . This HEB Plus is absolutely wonderful from the selections of products to the friendly service . . . I Love my H E B

We recently had a severe snow storm and all our surrounding stores were completely swiped out of food, including all bread, eggs, & milk... as of today my family was able to finally come out and find these! This location had some of the basic needs.

HEB plus is great. Ive used the curbside option for months now (although I do go inside once in a while because some products I want arent available as a curbside option.) Curbside is very convenient, I always schedule a few days ahead so theres no added charge. A tip: you can put the items you want in your cart and set up the schedule a few days ahead and then checkout. Then you can add up to 20 more items to your order as long as its 4 hours before your scheduled pickup time. You can also remove items from your cart up to 24 hours before your scheduled pickup. Really easy! Only improvement would be if every item in the store was available for curbside, but Im guessing theres a reason for that. I usually plan to arrive early and then run in for the extras, after that I pull over to the curbside parking and get my order. Very handy and saves time too!

Nice spot to shop, but beware... as the saying goes, location, location, location! Hoppin hustling bustling spot during summer tourerist season and on weekends! Stock on certain items takes a big hit at times. Otherwise enjoyable!

I love HEB! The produce and deli department is better than all other grocery stores in the area. The fruit is always sweet and fresh. The fresh juices are amazing. The seafood options are plentiful. Cleanliness of store is excellent and the customer service is outstanding.

Even shopping during rush hour is enjoyable here. All the folks take care of the customers.

A very good HEB Plus. Has everything you cam imagine, a bakery, deli, tortillia, meat & seafood markets. Plus specialties like a large craft beer selection. Great electronics selection, etc

I honestly do like shopping at HEB but am starting to get frustrated with curbside orders. Almost every time we get substitutions that arent even remotely close to what we ordered or just dont get it at all. When they tell us they didnt have it I walk into the store and find it 9 times out of 10. Its a waste of time because I end up having to go in to the store anyways.

Love this place but need you either go early or very late due to lots off people it get jam packed ...

Greatest of the grocery stores. Would have been 5 stars but it seems the things I want to buy are out. Even asked a very nice associate to check the back and they were out of my brand of liquid eggs. Non on the shelf. Also microwave veggies have been out the times I have been in. Overall a very good store.

Sooo crowded and big. Im going back to HEB in Seguin. Much more manageable. Love HEB

This grocery store, HAS IT TOGETHER. Shelves were being restocked in the early morning hours. We were happy to see fresh fruits on display and the old stock being replaced.

HEB stands alone as far as grocery stores are concerned here in Texas. If I were to compare HEB to Kroger, it is head and shoulders above... for any grocery store really HEB is a cut above. It is like comparing Bucees to Stripes...not really a fair comparison. That being said, lets review this HEB against other HEBs. This HEB is above average in every aspect of my experience at HEB. The place is always clean. The parking lot is always clean and orderly. It is almost always very busy but somehow the shelves stay stocked and organized! The service? I have never had 1 single employee speak to me as if I am just a customer...I feel like more than that in our interactions. They always go out of their way to help me find what I am looking for or suggest where to find it if it is an item they dont have. I give the service 6 stars out of 5! Its like they stole Chick-fil-As employees and made them work at a grocery store! I highly recommend this store!

By far the best HEB in New Braunfels.Everyone giving the store low reviews because people arent wearing a mask... wake up. Wearing a mask is not a law. We are allowed to choose. Wear your mask and you will be safe, right??? Social distance ??? You dont know peoples reasoning behind not wearing one. Why even have the “masks mandatory” sign up if there is zero enforcement and about half the people in the store don’t have masks on. Be transparent about it and let people find another place to shop. I’ll be going back to Walmart delivery.

I understand people are unruly but I have personally seen many people in here recently without masks and they should be denied service. I saw a man come in and there were 4 workers right at the entrance who asked him to take a mask but when he refused he was still allowed to enter. H-E-B it is your right and responsibility to stop the spread of this and keep your employees and customers safe.

So this was my first time going to H.E.B plus..This place is just amazing, so much variety and great quality products. The amount of specialty items was mind blowing, especially since I am definitely a foodie and love to try new stuff.. keep up the good work!

Its like I dont even know how to give this place anything else than 5 stars. Sometimes I think hey maybe I shouldnt give it five stars but then I am like theres nothing else I could possibly give it other than 5 stars. Love this store and company. Shop at an HEB when ever I come to Texas. So, wish we had an HEB on the Mississippi coast.

Great selection. Nice wide aisles. But no concern about people wearing masks. Why even put a sign on the door that masks are required when they obviously are not. Why not have special hours for people who dont want to wear masks?

I went to HEB both Thursday and Friday this week.Thursday, both entries to the store had a line that wrapped around the store. I waited 35 minutes to get in! Many shelves were empty, but management had a high number of employees stocking the shelves continuously. As an example: when I got there, no eggs were available, but just before I left, an hour later, I was able to get 18 eggs! Management made every cash register in the store available, including those in the pharmacy! When I left, an employee gave me a rose bouquet, for free, & thanked me for shopping at HEB! Their service & compassion were outstanding!Friday, there were no lines to get into the store! I was shocked: most shelves had food for sale. It was amazing! They must have worked all night restocking their shelves!! Again, a large number of employees were stocking shelves continuously, the entire time I was in the store!At the beginning of the pandemic, I shopped at a Walmart in Arizona. Their shelves emptied fast & no one was restocking them while I shopped. They were out of food for more than a week.I shared that to show a contrast between a company that obviously buys locally (HEB) & one who buys mostly from international companies (Walmart). HEB is an American company with significantly shorter supply lines, who are much better at responding to market fluctuations then their biggest competitors!HEB is the place Ill always shop, because I know I can count on them!

Always my stop for groceries. Never had issues with things being out of stock during normal years. The staff are helpful and friendly and theres always multiple cash registers open so lines move quickly. I can usually find things here more often than other places.
