Very neat, small farmers market! About 40 different vendor with little to no repeat of product variety. Every vendor offers homemade/home grown products like Jams, pickles, soap, food, breads, vegetables, fruits, pet snacks etc. Definitely something for everyone but expect small business pricing and not large corporation.
It was okay. Its just to congested where its at, no room for growth and the parking is terrible.
It was neat prices were fair. The ginger beer is delicious. The kombucha was super tasty. There’s a Caribbean food stand with bread buns stuffed with sausage, so good
Other than the cheese place being mask enforcers or no service, there are lots of great stands and food and crafts. We go often for the fresh veggies and meats from local producers.I like that they have been growing and adding more variety, more people should buy local small business wares.
Great vendors. Really good food and drink. And an Old Coot group you really need to take time to visit.
Love this! I go on saturday and find some really cool stuff
The market is an exciting Saturday event that our family enjoys. Parking along the street is limited, but the walk isn’t too far there is paid parking across the street that always has spaces. There are a lot of vendors; I love the food and kombucha.
What a wonderful experience this was bought some good food
Kids friendly, you can find, excellent goat cheese, bread all sorts, dog treats, kombucha, soaps, cookies, very good quality meat, the best organic tamales, vegetables of course and my favorite of all HAPPY GUT with sauerkraut or kimchee and other specialties to have your gut working good!.Besides the market is a German restaurant, and they have live music. All in all I love to come every other weekend and have a nice shop and walk.
Great market lots of excellent products.
Love the Farmers Market here in New Braunfels, but youd better make sure to pay the parking meter! Unfortunately, you can only pay using your cell phone. Additionally, the company that tows for this lot is from San Antonio, so good luck getting your vehicle back quickly. The photos I provided show the company in question. Be careful when you retrieve your vehicle, as this one was almost dropped twice and then it was dragged across the parking lot, placing large amounts of stress on the driveline as this is an AWD vehicle. The front tires were literally turning backwards against the direction the vehicle was being towed. Fortunately, the woman who owned this vehicle was able to have it dropped right then and there, but she still had to pay the full fees. Be very careful when parking in this lot!
Excellent market with good selection and dedicated farms plus wide selection of other foods and products
Great products from local businesses, every vendor is so friendly and personable
Loved it even if its small, I still loved it
So much cool stuff! This was a great market.
Loved it before covid havent been back since
Very cute farmers market. They are definitely correct about parking. Get there early and you wont have an issue. If you are looking for succulents, they have a stand with a great selection with fair pricing. Also right around the block from the downtown area with plenty of places to stop and eat at or antique shops to keep you busy.
This is a great place to get some fresh ingredients from a garden. Along with some other items freshly made pastries, homemade salsa, homemade jellies and even treats for your dog 🐕. Had a wonderful time.
This is the perfect variety for the hipster like me. Lots of fresh organic fruits and vegetables. Lots of homemade item thats are farm to fork. Loved the different vendors and eager to let you try before you buy. A must for new and exciting items a perfect idea to put on your sunday family friendly thing to do list
Great place to find local treasures from good friendly people with very creative ideas...worth the trip...
Lots of variety and, not even kidding, every vendor we met was incredibly helpful and passionate about their products. We bought microgreens, dog treats, smoked cheese, and a brownie that could only be described as life changing....
Lots of goodies deer jerkey and fresh meat, vegetables and oils candles, spices and herbs.
Personally, I not been to the outdoor New Braunfels Farmers Market since COVID started in 2020. Saturday was filled w vendors as they had been handpicked for the event. Everyone was friendly and explained their profucts. Purchase fermented sauerkraut, New Braunfels honey, and canned pickles but I really didnt want to stop there.Check out the market - Saturday mornings, downtown NB. Mask required.
This place is amazing. Amazing friendly local vendora that will talk with you about the products they sell and not be annoyed if you dont buy. They all have great products and love to support local people. Lovely place to spend the day! Hopefully this Corona virus gets fixed soon so all the vendors with come back. But I thank the ones that have stayed and continue to come!
Great variety. I recommend to anyone.
Oh Soo great. Lots of variety.
Wonderful market with amazing, genuine farmers and quality foods and goods! One of the best markets around this area!
It was fun, and picked up a few things.
Always great at the NB Farmers Market. Rain or shine, I still got farm fresh eggs, some beets, and always Kombucha!
We really enjoyed our experience here. It was raining too. But it was worth getting out. The only part that felt bad was the juice stand with guy who didnt even care I had to ask him if he was the person in charge. He made me feel very unwelcome.
Great vendors and music
Love this location, everyone is so friendly, everything is so convenient where it’s located. Always so clean. Thank you all!
Great way to spend a morning !!!
Cute stalls. Lots of variety. Good some good pesto and pickles.
Love the market it has a little bit of everything, and a wonderful selection. Some of my favorites are duck eggs and drinkable yogurt♥️
Havent been in while. A lot smaller than before, I understand why. Love this place!!
Really cool market. Lots of handcrafted goods and fresh cooked foods. The chocolate croissants and the fried Haitian spring rolls were my favorites but I didnt get to try everything so looking forward to coming back!
We loved this farmers market. It had a good vibe. People were super friendly and they had a variety of produce. We will be back!
The New Braunfels FM has so much good stuff and its getting more all the time! Only concern would be they might need a larger venue because moving around is nearly impossible.
It was great me and my kids loved it. Everyone was engaging in friendly and there were so many things to take a look at and samples to try. I do hope they try to make it bigger at some point due to the fact that so many people were there we kind of felt like sardines. Other than the space issue we had a blast and intend to go back again.
Over priced, several different vegetables when bad in three days. Not lot of vendors and a lot of turisty stuff also over priced. I will not be there again.
Love this market. Were able to get all our veggies and meats.
Worth the trip if you havent already been.
Open aired. Organized. Clean market. Vendors are reasonably priced.
Many local farmers and vendors with great products. Definitely a must-do on Saturday morning in beautiful New Braunfels!
We visited the Farmers Market this past Saturday morning for the first time. The weather was terrible but there was plenty cover so we didnt get too wet. The selection was great and just what you would expect at a nice Farmers Market. Arrive early if you want good parking, I drive a large truck and did not arrive until 10 am. and finding a place to park was very challenging to say the least. I will definitely go again and will plan on getting there a little earlier.
One of the best Farmers Markets weve been to. The selection is awesome. The people are friendly and inviting. Even when we dont need anything I find I enjoy just walking around for the atmosphere! Mike at Soapzees is one of our favorites! Ive been using his soap for 6 years! The peppermint is awesome for shaving! I love the tea tree eucalyptus!
Its a very good time, live music, food, drinks, nice products when not during a pandemic
Good atmosphere, lot of organic items that I can buy.
Love the local farmers market! You really get the sense of the small town, feel good atmosphere. So many fresh vegetables to choose from, and free range eggs, honey, oils, and many other booths to view.
Sage gypsy: handmade jewelry. Good prices. Something for everyone. Under krauses pavilion.
Fun experience.
One of my favourite markets on the planet. get all my handmade chocolates, organic cleaner (work BETTER than chemicals!), fig+🥭 balsamic vinegars, olive oil, soaps, organic produce, and of course, much much more...
Fresh produce! Nice people! Great get away all by myself! Cool place for just people watching! Vendors are so accommodating! Great time! Just keep your kiddos in check, thats why I gave 4stars. Getting ready to go today!
An awesome, diverse, and sweet group of farmers, creators, and sellers. The atmosphere is so welcoming, theres so much to see and try, and no two sellers are alike. We especially love the honey and the balsamic vinegars! Its an wonderful Saturday tradition!
Great farmers market, a lot of amazing local businesses and great items!
Great people and great products and IHighly recommend Pantanga Wilds TeaIts the best.
This was a very nice market. I live in Denver Colorado, I was in New Braunfels about a year ago, the prices were good so was the selection. If any locals from New Braunfels are ever in the Denver Colorado metro area, check out the golden triangle farmers market, its at Broadway and 11th Avenue, directly behind the 11th Avenue Hotel and Hostel. Again, I really loved the New Braunfels farmers market.
Small and quaint. Gives you an opportunity to ask questions of the vendors and to try out some of them.
Unique, relaxed atmosphere and great products!
Small but wonderful way to get acquainted with small businesses in the community! Would be nice for more farmers...more veggies
Love it🙏
Lots of varied products, veggies, sprouts, meats, breads, coffee, etc. Easy parking in lot across the street. Very friendly folk.
Whether you are looking for a unique handmade gift for someone or just need to do your weekly grocery shopping, the NB Farmers Market has an awesome selection of local crafts, foods, and drinks. Just some of the stuff you will find include: cheeses, soaps, seasonal fruits and veggies, kombucha, breads, pasta, skin care, coffee, and so much more. It would take a giant paragraph to go into everything that the Farmers Market provides. Whether you are a local or just visiting NB, the Farmers Market is a great place to hang out with friends and family or even just stop by for a quick shopping trip.
We had such a great time here, such a variety of different things. Highly recommend it.
Small, but still a nice place to get your essentials.
Great products. Must visit.
Great variety of booths! Plenty of produce, foods, products, etc. Very fun atmosphere. People are friendly and itsi a good time. Love trying new things and picking up goodies from the market.
Definitely worth a stop on the weekend. There are several produce vendors with nice local produce. The selection depends on the season, but the prices are reasonable and the produce is always fresh picked and flavorful. There are a few vendors with chicken eggs and even duck and eggs. Theres a coffee guy with locally roasted coffee - highly recommend the Nicaraguan. Theres prepared food and beverages if you come hungry. And gifts! There are lots of cute options for gifts here, lotions and jewelery, plants and pottery and woodcraft.
Very nice small farmers market; completely punching over its weight. Get your charcoal toothpaste, your holy basil potted plant, authentic Indian cuisine, and beerhaus sausage all within a couple steps of each other. If only every town were as cool as New Braunfels.
Lots of great things
Very cute, and it’s great that they actually sell fresh produce here! I went on a rainy day but there were still many vendors. There’s a variety of skin products, baked goods, hot foods, and more.
It was a little smaller than I expected but got what went there for!
Great atmosphere. Great fresh products. Get there early so you can park close. Beautiful area around nice people with nice live music. Make sure to check out the local restaurants and you may be in for a treat.
Good selection of different foods
It was a fun and friendly little place with a mixture of goods from produce to jams to arts and crafts. Oh, and they seem to be trying to push the beer to extend the German feel of it. I will say it is still pretty small for what I am used to, but it is worth a stop for sure.
This is one of the best Farmers Markets I have been to- and I have been to a lot! We love to get baby and go get a fresh coffee from the local roaster at the market, pick up a delicious and huge croissant from Ce La Vie and then stroll around shopping for the veggies we will need that week. Also a great cheese place, local organic meats and eggs and tons of artisan crafts.
Great place to visit..
Cute and friendly. Good vendors. I just wish it was bigger!
Great place to get vegetables. Had items you wont find at grocery store. Baked good available and you can eat lunch there. Must visit lots of items.
This is a great, local, weekly Farmers market. There is much more than produce available, from woodworking to handmade jewelry and live music! Great place to check out if you are near New Braunfels on a Saturday morning.
Very friendly vendors. Dont have to pay for parking! Its nice that all the vendors take credit cards. Lots of fresh produce and even meat. If you want to buy anything then you really need to get there early because things go rather quickly here. Really enjoy the different kinds of places like the Brazilian shop, local honey, gluten free chile noodles, or cactus in a jar. All sorts of things here. The only sad thing here is that the space is limited. This really is a small Farmers Market.
Awesome place to find home made items
How fun!! This was a great way to spend a Saturday morning! Vendors from all around the area bringing produce, milk and cheese, meats, flowers, breads, crafts, and much more! So much to look at.
