My husband is on his second set of Beltone hearing aids and has been satisfied with the brand and services up to this point. The New Braunfels Texas location was very accommodating and safe on his last visit during the Covid. Although today he called needing only the plastic ear piece tips as one of his is damaged. This is the second time the tips have torn. Bad design. They can’t get him in until Monday, not even to pick up a set of the tips to install himself. Maybe needing 5 minutes of their time. He is leaving town this weekend for work for 4 months. No accommodations at all. Just leave town with a damaged ear piece and find another location nationwide. Thanks for nothing, not even 5 minutes of your time.

The employees were very nice at this location and took there time to set up my new hearing aids. I have contacted them since the purchase due to losing my phone the hearing aids were set up through and they walked me through the process of setting up the new phone with my hearing aids. Great employees and great customer service!!!
