They get you in for appointments quickly. The doctors and staff are extremely nice. It was such a wonderful experience getting my hearing aids and they are so helpful and take their time teaching you how to use the hearing aids. I highly recommend this place and won’t go anywhere else!

The whole staff is very friendly and welcoming. This latest appointment was to make sure the hearing aid was fitting properly and not causing discomfort. Estes Audiology was quite the find! The Audiologist, Danica Moore and the wonderful staff were warm and welcoming when we met. They make an excellent team. Danica was thorough in rigorously testing my hearing, explaining the results and providing options to correct my failing hearing. I was shown a few examples of hearing aids to choose from even getting to choose the color (sky blue). Upon the next visit when the hearing aids arrived, she made adjustments to make sure they fit, were comfortable and the sound volume was in the correct range. When problems arose from my insurance company, Danica and Soriya Estes made sure I was happy with the outcome. Everyone at Estes Audiology has been polite, patient and understanding as Ive gone through the process of adjusting to wearing hearing aids. Their knowledge of the products and software tools to set up the hearing aids to your cell phone is excellent. I was never rushed during my visits. While I am still adjusting to a new way of living, I can say that it has been a blessing to get their help and Im glad I chose Estes Audiology & Hearing as my hearing experts. If youre having hearing issues, I highly recommend them.

I cannot say enough good about this doctors office. We brought our 3 year old because she failed her 3 yo screening test. They were so sweet with her, tried different things to get good test results (not easy with a toddler and with tests they need to sit still for). The audiologist, Danica, spent time with us and talked about our concerns and the results. Also, discussed follow ups with us and what to pay attention to in the future.I would recommend this office to anyone needing audiology care for their child (which can be scary and an emotional thing). Absolutely the best experience!!!!Oh and let me not forget to mention they got us an appointment that fit my crazy schedule in a week! We didnt have to wait weeks which was such a relief. None of the other specialists that my little one needs to see can see us this month. All are at least a month out if not more.

Following two audiology tests with both results indicating evidence of increasing hearing loss, I began an intensive online search for audiology hearing centers that best matched criteria my research indicated were important. For example, audiologist certification and training, knowledge of current options, years of experience, courteous and professional staff, and very importantly, continuing care. Dr.Estes and her staff met every criterion. I have been very pleased with my experience with the Estes Audiology Hearing Center and would readily recommend the practice.

These people are amazing and very caring. I knew I had some hearing but until I had the demo hearing aids for two weeks and realized my memory improved, facial recognition, alertness, and overall feeling better.

With trouble hearing conversation at a restaurant or after numerous times being told the TV is too loud I went for a hearing test. The outcome of the test was hearing aides would help.After receiving them I have had weekly apps for adjustments to the aides volume, tones, etc... I can hear much better now.The entire staff is friendly and accommodating. My audiologist, Paige was very professional and patient with me. My first Appt was lengthy and backed up her scheduled Appts. She patiently worked around it.I am pleased with the outcome and highly recommend Estes Audiology and their staff.

I am now 92 years of age, and started getting help from Soriya Estes about the fa month after she opened her first office here in New Braunfels, which was about 10 or so years ago. I have proven to be a real problem for her and all the great people in this field, for years. At no time, have they complained or done anything except to greet me with love and understanding. I truly admire all the people who chose this profession. Until you walk in our shoes, you have no idea what becoming hard of hearing does to us, not only physically but also, mentally. Mentally is something only people having ears like mine, can truly truly understand. It is something that is with you 24 hours a day, you can not escape it. And I want to stress the fact, that I probably have proven to be one of the most difficult human beings with bad hearing problems, any of them have had to work with. We recently had a braeakthru, on a previously unknown fact in my ear canals, that has totally been a blessing to me. I hope now to be able to help them, if needed, to allow them to understand this condition I have suffered so badly from for 10 years or more now. I will gladly do anything I can to allow them to study this new finding them to help others who may have the same problem.
