I Highly recommend Palm Harbor location in New Braunfels Tx. My husband and I has a very sad situation with another mobile home dealership in New Braunfels .When I step in this palm harbor office Andrew greeted us right away with a hello and right away he was there to help us what we were looking in a home, he was very polite and communicative on all the process always and took very serious every detail what we were looking for in a home . I highly recommend this place,If your looking for a home . Andrew did great finding us our dream home and Delena answered all of my questions on our closing date . I will defiantly be recommending them to friends and family .

In my situation where I’ll be receiving a rather large inheritance, but yet I’m still considered disabled and in the end my son and daughter-in-law will be the ones living in this mainly paid for home, I honestly don’t think these are the kind of people who I would ask to work with us. Horrible customer service. Dont be fooled by their sales tactics. Please pay attention to these reviews. No calls, emails, or text back about anything. Over a 5 week period. Apparently to busy to sell a home. Errors on applications, sales person was transferred or fired, and no notification of the changes. Very unprofessional.

Best experience I’ve had out of four companies. The sales rep did want to know my income and credit upfront which was annoying but it made sense when he explained it. It turned out we couldn’t qualify for the house we liked online but he was able to give us options that would work for our situation instead of wasting an afternoon and a bank decline looking at pipe dreams. He was knowledgeable about the whole process from financing to finding land and we are now happy homeowners!

Jacob (Ben) White inherited a bad situation with my file/situation when he took over from another sales associate that was working with me for a couple of months.However, he worked hard for me, was always available, was always very responsive, and was always willing to help with my many questions.I would recommend asking for Ben to be your primary housing consultant when in the market for a new home with Palm Harbor Homes!

This place is not helpful at all, They advertise homes under 100.000, An yet they told me they only sell homes from the 140.000, An I couldnt afford those prices due to my Wife an I are retired & on disability, So needless to say we where very disappointed in what they had to say to us, An they didnt even suggest another options to us,Its So funny, They say dont rent buy here its cheaper then rent, yeah right, I was naver so Insulted, Well I guess its right what they say,ITS ALL ABOUT THERE MONEY !!!!

We were looking to purchase our first home and my parents are also looking. We put down earnest money ($1000) which we were told was 100% refundable if we change our minds. Since we don’t know where our parents are moving to we decided to wait a year, renew our lease and revisit once we know where our parents are. We were told that our refund would be processed and in our account by Friday. We called Thursday to make sure everything was going to be done and thank god we did. Turns out they couldn’t use the photocopy of our card cuz it was too hard to read. No one contacted us to ask for a new photo or anything, so we sent them a new photo and they said they would rush it to be processed that day (Thursday). Now it’s Saturday and we called again to check (throughout this process no one has contacted us, all contact had been us reaching out to them). They tell us that they will have to wait until Monday to process the card and then it will take 5 days to return to our account. We are so frustrated, every time we call someone new answers the phone and says that they can’t help us or we have to wait longer. We’ve done our entire process with the general manager Chad, although he was very nice and professional now that we said we want to wait a year he seems to have just put us to the side to be forgotten about. We can never reach him anymore and when we do he now says he can’t help us. When we revisit home buying in a year we WILL NOT be using Palm Harbor.

Called several times, got transferred several times... to the wrong department. Then finally for the heck of it I got transferred to the secretary? Didn’t know my name, wasn’t even aware of my issue just cold transferee. I guess when the check hits your account we are just a fly on your wall, huh?Bad experience. Terrible service.

Purchased a home from this location almost a year ago and Im still waiting on them to correct all the corners that were cut during assembling in the factory. Poor quality, do not buy from here. They do not return calls or emails.

Delio is amazing. Very professional but also makes you feel comfortable. Goes above and beyond to help you and explain things. Not at all condescending and trying to upsell like some other places we went to. They actually listen to what you want and what price range you wanna stay in.

My wife and I have discussed purchasing a new home. We stopped by to check out the floor plans. Travis Holmes answered all of our questions and then some. Really appreciated that there was no high pressure sales pitch. We will definitely be back.

My husband and I stopped in after work yesterday just to look at some houses. We are planning to buy within the next year or so, so we are shopping around to see if we find any homes we really love and find a builder to work with. This was hands down the WORST experience weve ever had. We let our sales guy know this. He was SO pressed about finding out what our budget was, when we didnt give him a number he basically refused to show us any homes. His reasoning, Well without knowing your budget its going to be really hard to get keys for these houses. For all he knew, we could have money sitting in the bank and we are ready to buy outright.Then when we talked about land, he honestly tried to tell us the market when he claims he never comes to the New Braunfels area since he lives in San Antonio. He tried to only show us land around Canyon Lake, which OBVIOUSLY is going to be more expensive. But still wanted to tell us that was the market everywhere. Funny though how we can find 3-4 acre plots around San Marcos and closer to Seguin for the same price as a 1 acre plot around Canyon Lake.We were stuck in the office for a good 30 minutes, which ended up being the BIGGEST WASTE OF TIME. Didnt look at any houses. After we were told for a 3rd time that he cant show us without giving a number, that was the final straw for me. Oh yeah, he also wanted to throw a number out there for what Clayton would charge for delivery and anchoring.If youre looking for a home, we would recommend Clayton Homes right up the street. They did not ask for numbers. They showed us homes right away that would fit our style. They asked what areas we would like to be in. They would help us find land and set up all other contracts. They made us feel COMFORTABLE and did not pressure us in any way.Stay away from this place.

I want to tell you how very impressed I am with Chad the general manager in New Braunfels! Not only did he help us get into our new home, but he was there for us every single step of the way!! They truly treat you like a part of the family! After our completely embarrassing and horrible treatment by Cliff in San Antonio who all in all said if we didn’t do it his way we would not ever own a home. Then said he was going to tell his financial banking institute to take back their offer and stop helping us fix our credit. It was his way or the highway. I was devastated and didn’t think I was ever going to actually get my dream of owning a home again. Then A couple months later I came across an add from Chad, not realizing it was Palm Harbor again! But he was so different and he was kind and I told him the whole situation and you know what.. he said it’s pretty much black and white.. you can have a home on your dads property but can’t own that piece yet.. so we can do this. Ran our credit, and got things finished, signed and we will have our home very soon! I just want you to know how helpful Chad is and his staff members Kevin and Delio who all helped out in every way possible! Without these amazing people we wouldn’t have our dream of being homeowners come true so quickly! Thank you Chad for everything!! You guys are amazing!!

Delio, was so attentive to what I needed as a future home owner, not to mention he is well informed; And vastly invested in helping the clients find their forever home. We were interested in a home at the Pflugerville location, and stopped by the New Braunfels store to look at their models on the way. We gave James Snider a strict budget and told him we already received a quote for the Arlington 48. James wasted our time, showed us a second quote -much higher for the same home and faxed it to the sales mgr we were meeting to buy the home. James manipulated our honest approach and his position to undercut his colleague and prevented us from buying the home we wanted. James is a thief and liar, he stole our dream and home. We became pawns in his childish game and competition. He is not a manager or salesman. He is out for blood and only cares about his own interest and advancement. If you are considering a Palm Harbor home do not buy from the New Braunfels location!!!!!

If they can leave customers to lock the homes, why cant they leave them to unlock everything? Just give us all your info so we can bug the heck out of you, but you arent important enough today. Sorry not getting our business. Ill go back to get ideas from them, but refuse to buy.

My husband and I were looking into possible mobile homes as an alternative to purchasing a house. We are both on very tight schedules and Sunday is the only day we are both off. After checking the website, I noticed that they were open on Sunday from 12 to 4. We spent the only day that we have off driving into New Braunfels only to find they were not open at all. This was very disappointing will go with another company that doesnt lie about their hours.
