We closed on our home today! Casey was our salesperson, and he was fabulous! Very personable, reassuring and knowledgeable. He was very prompt at returning phone calls, despite the volume of other customers. When we had to do all the paperwork side, we were passed to Rachel. She was most informative super helpful about explaining everything in detail, answering any questions we had. I cannot give these 2 enough praise! They made this process easy and smooth and made us feel very comfortable with this side of the transaction. I would highly recommend purchasing from them, because so far, so good!

I have one star because you can not give less than that. This has been a nightmare experience. The home I saw on the lot was perfect. The same home delivered was a LEMON. The paint was slapped on, the corners of the Sheetrock are uneven, they tape from Sheetrock is bunched up and painted over. Water leak throughout and now the ceiling is leaking and got water all over my furniture. They deleted my last review the website. I have had to report them to the finance computer, insurance company, BBB. I made a complaint last week about the roof and have not heard from them since. It took from March to End of July to get in and then they had to come a work for a week to make repairs. The whole master shower had to be replaced while I lived in the home. They sent a non licensed, non certified individual to install the garbage disposal that ended up knocking power out to one side of the home. This is a horrible place and I do not recommend it to anyone.

Finally got to walk into a well made TINY HOME! My husband was thrilled that we were able to browse all of the units without being followed by a sales person. I wasnt a fan of not having someone present to answer questions. Depending on if they are busy or if you like notbeingbothered, this might be the place for you. The models were great! I want a tiny home and I just might buy one here.

Yes we love our home but the A/C never works 2 years old and having to replace it.. I argued with them about the A/C and know I’m having to replace it 2 years later!!! This place doesn’t back up what they sell!!Yes Caleb sold us the house missing a screen which we had to fix!!! I’m so mad at this place!! 2 years of fighting with the A/C!!!

Within five minutes of listening to the whole spill was ready to walk out. So, what we did. Went outside opened our car and left. Never will be back.

After searching for places to buy a mobile homes Titan Homes actually gave us a chance to actually buy one, but this couldnt be possible without Caleb in the New Braunfels location. He helped us and stay in contact throughout the whole process and even recommended other places and not pushing us to buy the house before looking into further homes, he was very humble, respectful, and communicating with him we were able to build a relationship with him and thats how business should be done. April 2017: As soon as we walked in the door, we were greeted by Vanessa who took us to her office. She anticipated our needs and brought us ice-cold water which was much appreciated since we had just finished walking six miles. Vanessa listened to what we wanted, showed us a couple of manufactured homes and a park model. They werent what we were looking for, but she and Caleb wanted to work with us to find the right floor plan. We will be going back to work further with them on a manufactured home that is right for us. Titan Factory Direct has very professional sales associates.UPDATE: August 9, 2017--Back in April, we had stopped to look at a number of manufactured homes at different dealers. All were pretty nice. We had one home we were interested in buying elsewhere. The salesperson said he would call us back with a price on the home. A week went by. I called back and asked for the price. No one ever called us back. Our search led us to Titan Factory Direct.When we stopped in at Titan Factory Direct in New Braunfels, we were warmly greeted by Vanessa who took us back to her office. She listened to everything we wanted in a home, took notes and then showed us around the lot. We wanted time to think about our purchase.A follow-up call was made to us within 24 hours. They asked if we had any questions that they could answer for us. Because of their desire to work with us and because they called us back, we decided to buy our home from Titan Factory Direct.We were impressed by the professionalism displayed by each staff person we met: Curt, Caleb, Rachel, Nicki, and Joseph. They were patient with us as we worked on the design of our single wide. I think we ended up with ten revisions to the original floor plan.Both my husband and I are very impressed by their customer service skills. We highly recommend them.We signed the contract for our single-wide manufactured home in mid-May with expected delivery around July 1. Because of the July 4th holiday, we pushed back delivery to July 7. After all utilities were hooked up, deck built, and skirting put on, we moved in the weekend of July 28. I started my experience with one rep who told me we could use my land that is paid for as a down payment, my credit was fine and I gave them 1k down payment. Then she left the company and I ended up with Hunter. When I contacted him, I informed him that I was recently divorced and my credit took a hit and my income was from disability and alimony. He ran my credit and told me I was good as gold and set a meeting up. At the meeting he told me the exact opposite of what the previous sales person said. My land could not be used as a down payment, even though it was paid for and septic would not be rolled into the loan. Then he informs me I cant get approved. He thought I left and I actually heard him whining to another sales person about it....What happen to Good as Gold. Thanks for the BS you guys shovel out to your potential customers.

I called and scheduled to meet with a sales consultant, we met right away and discussed budget and picked out a beautiful home. I had some difficulty with the sales consultant and ultimately they left the company while I was trying to pay my down payment. Once I got a call from HUNTER, the process moved really quickly! He helped me get into a nice community and right into closing! Then I met the wonderful RACHEL and CALEB to seal the deal! Rachel moved fast to get contractors out so I could get into my home as quickly as possible! They were spectacular and now I am a FIRST TIME HOME BUYER!!! Thank you Rachel, Hunter, and Caleb! And the rest of the Titan team for making me feel welcomed and acknowledged every time I came by!

We went into the sales office today and despite a mask mandate nobody wore a mask. Sales person walked out with us to show us their tiny homes. We asked if he was going to wear a mask he said he didn’t have to. He continued to show us tiny homes without a mask disregarded the social distancing and speaking right next to us while we tried to step away with our mask on. Blatant disregard to our health and well being. We will never ever go back to this obnoxious business.

I hate when I know what I want and I know what I have and people try to talk me out of what I already know what I need. This is the 2nd Titan Factory I visited. Not as bad as the first, but dont try and finance me for something or talk me out of the financing I already have in place. Geesh!

BEWARE THIS PLACE. They are great sales sharks and then there is NO customer service or satisfaction after the sale. There are dozens of issues with the way my house was installed and I have contacted them many times and have basically been ignored. Our home was delivered and installed around Christmas 2018 and you can absolutely tell that the team who set it up (which they ironically call the red carpet team— nothing red carpet about the experience) rushed through everything in our home in order to be done for the holidays. Poor workmanship, poor service. We majorly overpaid for this home and they can’t even bother to put it together correctly.Here are just some of the issues we are dealing with:1. The grading around the house wasn’t done correctly so water pools up around the home which will of course cause damage eventually (which they don’t seem to care at all about). That is the contractors fault but THEY contracted Alamo so I consider this their fault.2. The siding on our home is completely crooked, it looks like a circus fun house.3. Nothing on the house is square. All of the trim and cabinet doors are crooked.4. The sliding glass door and the bathroom vents had water leaking into them and into our home when it rained within a few months of having the home because they weren’t glued in properly.5. The paint job was sloppy.6. None of the plumbing was glued as it should’ve been.7. The AC had twice as much Freon in it as it should’ve so it didn’t work properly AND we found out they didn’t put an AC filter in so we ran the AC an entire month with no filter.8. None of the doors seal shut very well and all of the locks have already broken and we’ve had to replace them because it’s such cheap quality. Also FYI if you don’t replace the locks to your home they keep a copy and the maintenance has a copy so you could have strangers with access to your home. They did NOT make us aware of that.There are so so many more complaints that we have but this just gives you an idea. Everything was done POORLY. Nothing is constructed well, so don’t believe their lies about that.Our home is from their “Champion” factory line, but honestly their customer service at Titan is so awful after they take your money and run that I would be willing to bet all of their homes are poor quality.DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. Don’t say I didn’t warn ya.

What a joke! Misrepresentations and bad sales tactics. I urge u to go somewhere else. Bought a home here and very dissatisfied. Home is nice but had nothing to do with titan. I honestly don’t see how the process could be more difficult. Worst case scenario. Wasn’t worth the stress.

It was a very fun and informing experience. I met with one of Titan’s sale representatives, Dave. He was very polite and very knowledgeable about their product. He answered all the questions I had, and gave me extra insight on Titan’s homes and what I should expect from them.

My husband and I looked at EVERY mobile home dealer in the area...several times! We knew everything we wanted in a home, and we did our homework. We werent looking for the cheapest home we could find, we wanted QUALITY above anything else. But of course, we wanted a good deal too. When we went to Titan, everyone was very knowledgeable and helpful. Unlike some of the other dealers we visited, they didnt try to sell us a bigger house than we needed. They were also very honest with us about the features we wanted and the monthly payment we wanted to be at. Even if it wasnt what we wanted to hear, they were totally upfront with us about everything, so our time was well spent. Thats another thing I should mention... Curt spent an entire day going over features, answering my questions, and walking through homes with me. Im talking over 6 hours!! At one point, my husband and I were stuck between 2 different houses we liked. Curt and I exchanged countless phone calls, emails, and we went through 10 different revisions of specifications until we got the exact home we wanted! Curt has the patience of a saint, and everyone we dealt with at Titan was exceptionally friendly, and knowledgeable. Curt knew the process from front to back, inside and out, and helped us through each and every step of it. We also had the opportunity to work with Caleb and Harvey as well. They were both down to earth and friendly people. We did our closing with Rachel, who was an absolute joy to spend the morning with! She made the closing light and fun, but was very thorough about the process and contact points of it all. Titan is very lucky to have all these individuals, and Curt leading them. These guys and girls are a fantastic team!! If you are looking for a QUALITY mobile home at a competitive price, Titan is definitely your place!!

They need quite a bit of information, but i do understand why. They have a system that works for them and the customer. They can find what you can afford and show it to you, after all, theres no money in repossession. I absolutely loved my experience with them. Robert Thurman was very professional and found the perfect home for my family. I would recommend anybody looking for a quality home to check them out.

Very nice sales people, however after I confided in them my urgent need to find a home for my father and I and after they pulled my credit which I admit need work I left feeling hustled. They showed me a home in the very back of all the nice homes and told me that this home was my only option. The trailer and that is what it is a trailer wasnt even put together. It felt like a old run down travel trailer with new appliances. I would rather have been told that they could not help me rather than try to hustle me into a place like that. They wanted $5000 down for this place which was worth a lot less and they wanted to charge $50,000 for it WOW! Titan you should be honest, and told me you cant help me. Dont insult me by showing me a house you know is not worth what you want to charge for it just because I may have seemed desperate I was not that desperate. This review wont make it out to the page for people to see but I hope the ones that make decisions at Titan will read it and start a better practice for people that have credit problems. Im still a human. I felt that I wasted my precious time stopping in there.

My husband and I purchased a tiny home from Titan. We went in to take a look to see what was available and were greeted first by Chris Brown who helped us find exactly which home suited our needs. Curt Kucera helped us refine it to exactly which size would work best for us, we ended up getting a 840 square foot home since we decided to add a second bedroom to the one Chris showed us and Curt worked with us to get the payment we could handle. The home is set up on our property and we could not be happier. Titan pays attention to detail which I find so appealing. Everyone who has walked in has fallen in love with it. Most importantly, our son who tried his best to talk us out of buying a trailer thinks it is beautiful. If he approves, I would say, it is a pretty nice home.

We were passing by and noticed the tiny houses and my daughter wanted to take a look we had just left another dealer who said we could not find any unrestricted property in the area. We met Caleb and he informed us that was not true and he would be glad to help us find our home and so far it is going well it is just the beginning of the process but we are optimistic about the possibility we look forward to working with Caleb

I stopped in to check out what options were and see if whatever was available. I am new to the area and wanted to see what they had to offer. Instead of them trying to take care of me or see what my needs were I was immediately accused of being a secret shopper for a different company. I told them I was not and I was looking to see what they had to offer. After a few minutes they got me with a service rep and we started talking about what I was looking for. Instead of showing me any options were telling me what was available they continually ask questions and questions and questions. They were pushing to have a credit check done before they would tell me or show me anything. After over an hour I left because I did not want them to run my credit check until I found something I wanted. I was then again called a secret shopper and that I was only there to eat up their time. I called after I left and talked with the manager who said they swore I was a secret shopper and he was sorry that they got it wrong. I am disgusted by this because I have been in the customer service business and that is not how you treat a customer. I was told by the manager that they would do everything I could to make it right however after my experience I do not even want to go back there to give them a chance to correct it.

Nice people, but didnt reassure me that Titan could get me the home I want, basically told me, they are a factory and everything is assembled the same way everyone, that does not make me feel good, when this is the last home I am going to buy

Trust me folks they dont want me to be posting any pics. However, They promise you the moon once your home is delivered, they will go in and fix everything that shakes loose or shows to be incomplete or broken when you have a chance to get a list of things together for them. Oh and dont worry, The craftsmanship of the homes are top quality.My elderly parents have had nothing but trouble with these people.!! They have been told and told about things that have been wrong with the house and Titan homes or Champion Homes (the builders) havent done a thing to help them. They took delivery of the home in May 2016.Already, the air conditioner has had electrical issues causing sparks and small fire within the house within the unit. The whole reason that my parents bought that home was because their other one burned down to the ground. So you tell me if my parents need to be worried that a Brand new home should have electrical issues? People save your money because not only would you be wasting it on a piece of junk but you will have to pay for an atty to deal with all of this! Which is next on my list! You know that I am talking to you Ryan McClain salesman, Caleb and Curt are general managers. I will be calling my lawyers next and the fact that I have Vin Diesels attys to work with..... well lets just say, you may have to look for another job!Jeannie Vaughn Quinn

Nice people but the home I got from them needs allot of work. I have tried off and on for 3 years to get help, my electrical plugs are falling out of the wall. I call, but all I get is machines.... I leave messages but never get called back. All the lights in the home always flicker. The cgfi plugs always have to be reset. Plus there are allot more issues with NO response from them. But they are extra nice people

We stopped in to find out more about Tiny Homes and how the whole process works vs. building. Hunter Nall at the New Braunfels location was great! He made us feel very comfortable and was very knowledgeable as well as professional and not pushy at all. He let us move at our own pace and we are moving forward with the process and so far so good. Unimpressed. There were 6 people in the office and not a single one took time to help. When I found someone and asked if I could view the homes, I was given a key and had to tour them alone. When I returned from my tour, I caught someone in the hall, tried to ask questions and was given a blanket answer of the website has all the details. WOW! I will definitely NOT be back, despite having found one home that I really liked!

We went in and shopped homes at Titan and it was an absolute joy. Great staff, the sales person was not pushy and the General manager was very pleasant again was not pushy at all! When we decide to purchase a home down the road this is the company we will go with.

From the moment I first called them on the phone, they were friendly and very attentive to my needs as a potential home owner.They were more than willing to let me do a walkthrough of several homes with my 2 kids. They let us take our time and be real meticulous in our walkthrough. Another thing I liked and greatly appreciated was the fact they didnt have a salesperson follow us around and pressure us to buy immediately.

Run beware, promise lies to get homes sold then absolutely no customer service after. I had the Manager laugh when I asked for a completion date after waiting 8 weeks after the home had been delivered. Process has been one of worst from not getting upgrades promised, to lies about financing, to living in hotel for 2 months. Please do not believe any delivery or offline date they give you and dont expect much from red carpet beside being locked out of ur home

I was helped by Hunter at the New Braunfels location recently. I have never experienced worst customer service. He was pushy, slow, and rude. I’m pretty sure he and half the staff were stoned and high out of their minds. Do they not drug test employees before hiring them to help customers make $100K+ purchases?

They dont do any follow ups. The Athens Homes are a great quality home but this particular dealer and GM at Titan are terrible. The GM and salesmen both lied to my fiancé and I then after we caught them in a lie they tried to bribe us not to write bad reviews. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. I know the salesmen that assisted in our purchase has left the company but until that GM “Curt” is fired I will never recommend this place to anyone and if I were the owner of this company and actually cared about my business and customers I would strongly suggest auditing your employees and maybe some drug testing as well. Also to all the salesmen in the office. Learn some manners you shouldn’t be cussing in front of kids, let alone any of your customers. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL!

Well, it started well. We made a deal in February and left a deposit. The house was supposed to be delivered May. May comes around and they tell us they are going up $7500 on the deal because in the nine years Kurt has worked here he has never submitted a deal with this little profit. Kurt said he was not a man of his word and I should have got it in writing. I checked the purchase agreement and i did get it in writing, but at the bottom of the purchase agreement it says this is not a binding contract in very small print. So in summary, DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE. I drove from Houston because of the unbelievable deal they were offering just for them not to deliver on it.

Im very particular about what I want in my tiny home and the sales rep was eager to fulfill my requests as to modifications regarding each home I toured. He answered my many questions about costs, options, floor plans, set up, etc.

In the beginning it was a good experience until all the lies came out at the end I was approved 4 130k they found me some land but when the land property was appraised was not as much they said it was worth he didnt want to drop the price I put a lot of money down the first sales person lie to me about a lot of things so the manager had to drop him and he took over and try to fix all the lies that was told to us but at the end we still lost out on $900 for an appraisal that they try to sell us a house that wasnt even worth that much I will not be referring anybody to this place I knew I should have looked at the reviews. So before you buy land from them they will not tell you that it needs anything as in Transformers electricity sewer all that is not even included in the loan I never bought land or home before so course I didnt know I thought land already had this on it I was naive and never again will I fall

They choose contractors for AC unit and I was told at Titan in NB of 5 yr+ warranties on all appliances and AC..ect. Well my AC unit isnt workin after just 3 yrs. they refuse to give me AC company they used and I have been without AC in July, in Texas for a week now!!

Hated our visit!We stopped in to see what they had to offer. Our visit with Ryan was a bad one! We were walked into his office sat down and started talking about his personal life for 15 minutes. I was ready to walk out at this point. We kept telling him that we just started considering to buy a home. Instead of showing us what he has for inventory he started talking about R.E.O.s and some guy they work with at Lakeway Ventures. I felt it was they work him to get a kick back. He also mentioned that they (Titan) refurbish foreclosures. He was filling out his paperwork asked for our IDthen without hesitation slipped us the credit check paperwork. We refused to fill out the paperwork and reiterated that we just started looking and were working on our credit. He nonchalantly said yes itll run your credit but it wont hurt it. This is for you, so I can help you get to where you need to be. I guess he knew at that point we werent buying anything and he his whole demeanor changed! He handed us the key and pointed us outside. We looked at a model home and a tiny home and we were done! We walked back inside and my husband put the key on his desk and we walked out. That customer service was the worst ever. There was no sense of urgency, no rapport built and it felt like Titan Homes does shady business. We will consider Clayton Homes and Palm Harbor Homes any motherfreaking day!
