I had an excellent experience. I got a4×11 Storage Unit which was just the right size for all my belongings. The rates are reasonable. Also the floor my Storage Unit is on is Climate controlled.

The manager Teresa and Miss Perez were polite, courteous, and professional. They Followed up on every correspondence that was sent to them in a timely manner. No disrespect to anyone but I know this place.. I used this storage for a long time when it was New Haven Storage.. the name has been changed.. the staff changes all of the time..sorry but this place went down.. it had the best rates and rep.. now the staff is never in the office.. the outside is junky and now they ripping people off going into our storage..it’s a inside job.. the rates went up.. it’s terrible.. I can’t wait until I get a apartment so I can move out..please change and get it back the way it use to be..

Absolutely one of a kind!! We run a hospitality company in New Haven and consistently have the best experience here because of the service we receive from Teresa, the manager, and all of the staff.Facility is always clean and so organized. We use storage units all across the country and I have never seen a facility run as professionally as this one, and with such superior service. Would recommend to everyone and especially to any business owner/company.

Very Disappointed, the price should included the mandatory storage insuranceand also the added one time $25 storage processing fee. The 3 foot closet storage space advertised for $28 starts off with it being $66 the first month and $44 there after. Im only going to need it for one month or so. When I drove there the first time there was a clock sign saying we be back in a hour and a half and the door was locked. I came back and they said it was a mistake someone was there the sign was left there from the day before. Smh

StorQuest New Haven is a wonderful storage facility with a range of unit sizes and very affordable prices. The staff are friendly, professional, and supportive. Upon expressing interest in getting a storage unit, I was given a tour of the facility and shown multiple units. You have the option to reserve a unit without having to put a down payment or deposit down. They have multiple dollies and doors/entry points that allow for easy move-in/-out. If you have questions or concerns, staff can be reached in a timely manner. Overall, Im very satisfied. I cant recommend them enough!

Theresa and her entire staff helped us soooooo much and I cannot recommend them enough. They are not only reliable and responsible but also went above and beyond to meet our needs. Teresa helped me secure a storage unit through email. She was very efficient and thorough and made the process quick and easy. The storage unit was for my son who goes to school in Connecticut. My daughter and I recently visited the storage unit to store some of my sons things for the summer. We were greeted by Josh who was extremely nice and accommodating from the start. He quickly gave us a cart to put our things on. He rolled the cart for us as we carried the rest of our things and escorted us to our storage unit. Upon opening the storage unit he decided he wanted to give our space a quick mop up, as he wanted to feel he gave us a 100% clean unit. He explained the hours and how one can access the unit. He made sure to fully explain everything to us and didnt leave until he felt we were satisfied. He was extremely pleasant and welcoming. The facility is very clean and the manager Teresa and assistant manager Josh go above and beyond to make you feel very welcome. It is nice to know my sons things are in a clean space and if he needs any help, I dont doubt Teresa and Josh would help him to organize his unit for maximum efficiency.  I highly recommend Stor-Quest for storage!

I have used Storquest for 2 years and recommend it. The staff is friendly, organized and the building is secure, clean and the right temperature. The location is convenient to downtown and Yale and the pricing is less than other companies.The covered loading area has a variety of carts to load and unload things efficiently - even if it is raining.I recommend it.

I was in town for a quick visit with my kid who attends college nearby, and stopped into StorQuest to take a look at their storage units to plan for move-out in May. The office was busy, but Teresa took time out to show me several different size storage units. She knew exactly what we needed, so I was able to make my decision quickly and with confidence. She was extremely professional and also very kind. I was impressed with her knowledge and the level of her customer services and multi-tasking skills, which is rare to find nowadays. This is a great facility! The price is very reasonable compared to alternatives, the location is convenient and parking plentiful, the transfer (loading or unloading) is easy with 3 large loading docs and numerous pallets, and the facilities are immaculately clean. The climate is controlled and the areas are well lit. Finally, the staff are very friendly and helpful.

I really appreciate the help of Kyle Linehan and his colleague visiting from Providence (Dont remember his name). They were very informative and Kyle was able to help me move to the storage container at such short notice. The free truck service is definitely a Plus. Because of the short notice, I didnt think the truck service will be available as soon as it was, but I was wrong. Being available and Kyle being ready to help out made the whole difference. Really appreciate the help, Kyle! Best storage company Ive worked with so far.

I would highly recommend this place. The staff was down to earth and professional. They showed me the unit I inquired about online as well as a few similar units that were less in cost monthly. I ended up take their advice and saved about $40 a monthly. The building was well-lit and clean. They even made last call announcements letting guest know it was almost time to close. Over all I had a great first time experience here.

It was fast and easy to rent from StorQuest. My questions were answered quickly and I was given a tour. The application was also quick. The staff was friendly and attentive to what it was that I needed. I rented for 6 months and would recommend them.

I had such a good experience with Storquest in New Haven. Teresa and the rest of the team went above and beyond to facilitate my needs, even as I coordinated from the midwest towards the end of my 8-month rental. In all my visits the office staff were kind, friendly, and accommodating. Moving was simple, the facilities are clean, and everything came out of the unit in the same condition it went in. They even helped me when I lost my key. Highly recommend! They are unique in their caliber of service. Id give 6 stars if I could.

I rented a small storage room for my apartment overflow. Sarah showed me a 6x5 unit that was perfect for me and walked me through the paperwork quickly. They also offered a free truck pick-up service that was great and Joe showed up on time so I could move in quickly.

Fast (I arrived and loaded my stuff in under a half hour before a doctor appointment), affordable ($30 a month for 5x5), secure (numerous cameras visible in main lobby, where workers sit). Climate controlled.

Hector, the manager, was extremely friendly and accommodating! The facilities are being upgraded and looks very secure and clean. The process to acquire the storage unit was very easy and took less than 10 min. Very satisfied!!

Don’t waste your time to get judged . Rented for a month had to get my stuff out of that rat nest. The moment I moved my stuff in I’m being brown nosed by rasict persona . Just being curious I asked about a spot for my registered and insured car . Property Manager Mrs . Sarah the liar told it wasn’t any spaces . Maybe she’s blind stay away

I am very unhappy with my experience with StorQuest New Haven, CT. As a customer, I felt that the manager treated me like a burden rather than a valuable customer that would have liked to continue business with them in the future. To make sure all arrangements were in order, before I traveled an hour to the facility, I called the facility. I spoke to the manager and set an appointment. When I arrived at the facility an hour later, I was told the manager had left and that I would have to wait. Im self employed and every hour... every minute costs. If the manager had called me back to reschedule I would have understood. But instead I am standing here in downtown New Haven paying a moving crew to wait. I had in awesome experience the manager Teresa was so delightful down to earth person when in for some prices And she explained them all looking forward to rent with this site.

Our move went good. No problems. But I have a situation, They closed the building at 8:00 p.m. Another mom and daughter was unloaded and their stuff was on the carts before 8:00, the man whose closes the building shut off the elevator so they cant move their stuff up. They pleaded to the guy and he just had a smirk on his face, like he enjoyed it telling them that the building is closed. Bad management practice! They know its moving day from Yale and they probably get lots of business from them, They should be more accommodating whats 20 more minutes for him, they probably argued longer than it could have taken them to move everything. I dont if I was use them again because of that.

Renting a box was fast and easy. The ladies were great and move in was quick. I recommend this StorQuest.
