First Come, First Served seems to be the motto here, so your reservation doesnt hold much weight. They gave the storage space I had reserved away to someone else, and the guy behind me at the counter had put a down payment on a truck rental, but they didnt have any trucks because theyd given it away to someone else. This place is unprofessional and hard to count on.

This place is so downgraded its so disgusting and management is so terrible the place has rats and maybe even roaches these people never give us service they just sit around all day and do nothing when we ask for something they just ignore us.

Terrible service and rodent problem in building

Got the truck in the morning and dropped after working hour for a total of 8 hours, charged me for two days (48 hours). Multiple emails to the company, with empty promises for reimbursement.

The service at this u-haul is fantastic. They took good care of us with our truck rental.
