Excellent customer service. Rep was knowledgeable, friendly and courteous.

As I searched far and wide for great costumer service and phone service I have failed. But after every battle there will be a win. And at end of every tunnel there is a light. I came across a a store that helped me with both, Customer service customer courtesy and great phone service. I came across a young man named Aanas, who gave me the key to the galaxy. He helped me get my new phone, helped me get the right plan and gave me a Samsung galaxy. Thank you O wise one for the service. Thank you mr gate keeper to all the galaxy phones.

Service was outstanding 1 year ago, went back with an issue hoping for the same service, unfortunately I was extremely disappointed. My rep Richie Wasn’t friendly at all and unable to help, I was better off purchasing a phone online. Had to tell him wear a mask couple of times.

Make a long story short Ive had several problems caused by another Att location and they fixed every problem quickly. Very empathetic and easy to work with. I highly recommend this location to anyone. Staff are professional and knowledgeable and will not sell you something you dont want or need!!!!

Easy to see right off of Jericho Turnpike servicing New Hyde Park and the adjoining areas of Nassau County. Parking on the Street is available. Clean facilities. Reasonably priced. Credit cards accepted. We will most likely be going back.

Great store and great customer experience. Nelson the young man with glasses was helpful in helping me set up the phone and teaching me how to use it. They do a great job of assisting customers. While I was getting set I was also watching Chris and Khalid working with customers. Helping them understand Their billing statement, while any other At&t location would just refer you to call 611. These guys take their jobs seriously with the customer service the customers receive from them.

Great location to go to! We were lucky to have the sales person all to ourselves! Newton was a great help! He was super knowledgeable! Super patient and answered each and every question we had! If you ever go to this location ask for Newton and he will help you out! AT&T should have more honest and caring employees like him.

This was an amazing service. I came in to upgrade my phone and came out feeling very excited. Annette was very helpful in helping me choice what to get and what was the right thing to get. I was able to add another line as well. She also helped me transfer my stuff from my old phone to the new one. Overall this was an amazing service and definitely plan on coming back here for any future problems that I may have.

Great customer service! I was having issues with my Verizon service and I happened to meet a young man (I believe his name is Mr. Torres?) while at a restaurant and he convinced me to switch right then and there! I followed up with him the next day and I’m very happy with the service I received for my phone and from the employees. Good job!

Just upgraded to iPhone 7 from a 5c yesterday! Dex was great to me throughout the whole process and delivered outstanding customer service. I was reluctant to get a new phone since my experiences have not always been enjoyable but he made me comfortable and was very knowledgeable and explained things to me thoroughly. I will definitely refer my friends and family here and I would feel comfortable to return to ask any follow up questions.

Amazing service. I went in when the store was closed and the lady Annette let me in. She helped me get my phone upgraded and helped me transfer my information. She was very patient with me and took the time to help me and make sure I had all of my information on my phone before I left the store. Such a sweet girl definitely recommend this location. She made sure I was served and Made me feel very comfortable. I kept apologizing for keeping her in the store so late but she didn’t mimd.

I received excellent guidance in making a decision regarding a phone upgrade. As a result, I was able to go forward with confidence that I was making a good choice. Recently, my daughter and I were helped by Michael, the store manager, to get a new iphone and updated plan. Michael was available, kind, patient, and knowledgeable. He made sure the new case was put on and that the new phone was working properly. He helped us get a new plan better suited to our needs.Months back I went to this location when my texting phone was not working properly. I was told to get a new battery for it, which was not costly. That did the trick.During both visits, I felt I was treated with respect, and given honest and helpful advice. I would definitely recommend using this location!

This was the best experience I every had at any retail store. I was helped by the manger named Chris and he went above and beyond for me and broke down my plan. He was able to keep my bill in the same price point and add a line for my son, I was told this couldnt be done by other locations. This AT&T will be my new go to store! Ask for Chris!

Stop by the store to add my wife to my account and get her a new phone November 29th 2017. There was one employee and no customer, should be an easy task. We were told my wife would have to cancel her service first before he can do anything. So off we go to accomplish the task returning 45 minuets later and still no dice! It took him 10 seconds to tell us we have to wait until the following day. We left the store and drove up a few blocks to another AT&T store, where they got us the new phone with no difficulties. I would not recommend this store to anyone just a waist of time!

Man who I dealt with was rude, short and barely responded. Quick to get rid of me. Been there few times before and he’s helped me with phone and other things but this time, very rude. Forgot his name but not many there so won’t be hard to weed out.

People in that store a very rude. I went there to make a payment and its like go away come back later. Also they are very understaffed. They can only handle one customer at a time it keep saying their system is very slow, why havent they updated it yet?

Scammers Alert. They will renew your contract without telling you. My parents were buying a new phones when they offered them a free tablet that they can add to their current plan with only $10 extra. Later i discover that they put my parent into a 2 years contract even though they asked the seller multiple times during the sale but he assured them that there is no new contract. Scammers

This store is so lit, they hooked up me and took me out of my crappy T-Mobile plan and saved me money. The guy who was there Majeed I believe his name was awesome and super helpful.

I bought the phone Apple, i have 13 days for a refund, but I could not give it up even after 5 days. Personally, it told me to send back I called ATT, they told me that I have to give it up to the store where it was purchased. Unfortunately the owner was not nice and arrogant. when I went. ..ATT sent me to another dealer they taken the phone. So watch out for them. is not a certified dealer.

This place has screwed me over with their incompetent staff AND manager. I was supposed to get a Samsung TV but the staff did not disclose the conditions properly and it cost me the TV. I reached out to the Manager named Amandeep and she never responded to my several emails and calls. DO NOT GO HERE!

5 * service thanks to the new Manager, Annette.Be sure to check that your phone is insured by Assurion as my damaged phone was replaced overnight and Annette invited me to return to set up the new phone plus erase all the data off the broken phone which I must return to the insurance company in a prepaid envelope.

Avoid. Horrible service. Waited 30min just didnt want to help. The one lady sales rep annette i did speak to was outright rude, very unhelpful my wife wanted some information then buy, felt like she wanted to kick us out!! Stay away!
