I love coming to this GameStop location over the last 6 years! If you’re kind to others, people will be kind to you in most cases. At GameStop, the associates are very helpful and friendly towards the customers. I know the manager and other associates very well, and they are considerate and kind to everyone. I highly recommend them for all your gaming needs, toys, and apparels at great prices!

Its a chain store. It might have what you want, or maybe not. Pro tip: Best way to find out if a gamestop has what you want is to call ahead and they can tell you if another location has what you are looking for.

I recently came by this store. Although the location cannot allow customers into the store. I waited outside the store and I believe the store manager, Drew was helping me out. I observed this gentleman running around in the store all by himself. I was outside with a couple customers and I felt that they were a bit rude to him. Drew could not have handled them any better, he was so kind and accommodating, despite their rudeness.. He had an amazing attitude and was extremely knowledgeable. I never spoke to anyone in my life as helpful as this fella. If you ever have any needs or questions, just ask for Drew, he will Definitely make the Best recommendations. Thank you so much for being a true professional !!!!

Usual GameStop experience, and customer service was alright. Although we waited on the line for a while and there was another worker that could have helped us.

Patient staff, willing to take the time to answer questions regarding promotional items on the last day of a sale. I know that couldnt have been fun. Truly appreciated not being rushed while trying to maximize my store credit so I could get extra stuff for the kids. Ended up paying a little bit on top of my balance of store credit because the deals were so good. 5 stars.

Honestly games are cheaper at Wal-Mart

This store is so much better then the one on Jericho Tpk, its two times bigger they have much more of a assortment of product and most importantly the manger is Nice and Freindly all the time and to everyone. I really enjoy everything about this location!

GameStop clock towers the best of them all Ive tried them all Queens Boulevard Brooklyn Long Island Green Acres Suffolk County all over and the one on Atlantic Avenue at the clock tower is the best

This game shop in Lake Success is the standard game shop with really nice people working there. They always have the newest games and a large selection to choose from.

Terrible service, Absolutely terrible. We asked to take home a certain display about 2 months ago and the guy said that they probably gave it away because it was free or threw it out, Even though we were the first people to ask to take it. Do not waste your time there

Its not the cleanest game stop Ive been to and they dont seem to ever answer the phone when I called. Which I did repeatedly call for them for the 27 minute drive to the store.But with all those negatives out of the way once I was there the staff were incrediblely helpful. I was looking for an item that there computer said they only had one left in stock of. Most stores would just say if its not out there its probably sold already. I had infact looked where they pointed me to so I said I already looked there.The Manager who I wish I took there name cause they were so helpful, he actually came to the section with me and moved around quite a few pegs worth of items until he found what I was looking for. I was very greatful cause from what there website said this was the last of this item on Long Island.Definitely recommend coming here cause of the very friendly staff and they also didnt try to upsell me on any memberships or preorders like other stores do.

Well i must say that i was very happy walking out of this place. I received great customer service and was happy with the interest they showed in helping me save money!! Who doesnt like to save money? Alex and Vishal are really awesome and i am happy i walked in that day. I was looking for some accessories for my WII and Vishal went out of his way to find all the equipment i needed to play my game. I saved a lot money and i will be returning! Thanks guys!!

Sold me a used game as new, i didnt check the bag till i got home, the game was not wrapped and the disc had a smudge so i could tell it was not new, and i explicitly asked for a new one, otherwise no complaints.
