Came in to buy a new phone. I wasn’t greeted. The woman who was the only there did ask what she can help me with. I wasn’t shown to where the phone was on display to look at it. She just went to retrieve it from the back. She didn’t let me look at the phone nor ask me the color I’d like to purchase. She also opened the box without asking me. It could have been a gift. Her mask was only covering her mouth and she touched her nose at least 5 times during the transaction while she touched the new device. Meanwhile there were 10 bottles of hand sanitizer all over the store. It also makes no sense to charge an upgrade fee if it is not charged online and I was buying the phone for full price, not upgrading. Will not return to this location. Every interaction I’ve had with T mobile online has been exceptional. Sad to see it is not the case in this store.

I came in with my father and the representative Sam helped us on buying the newest iPhone. He was very helpful and knowledgeable and made my father understand since my father did not speak well in English. Sam was very patient and made our experience very pleasant! I recommend this store to customers than other ones!

I came to this location for an upgrade and I was not disappointed! Sales associate Sara is amazing and has exceptional customer service. She was very patient with me and answered all of my questions informing me on all of the new software that would be on my new phone. She made everything easy and understandable. Love her!!

Had to pleasure of visiting the new T-Mobile store in new Hyde park. Went in there with some sprint questions and Gabriel was able to fix my phone as well as save me money on my plan!! I also got an iPad For a great deal ! I highly recommend this T-Mobile store ! Went to 3 stores and he was the only willing to help me fix my issue and show me how to use my iPad ! Patience is everything ! Thank you !

This was not my first experience buying a cell phone, but definitely my best and easiest experience. I was helped by Sara and Gabe, both of whom were very knowledge about the phone that I was interested in (I-phone 11) and demonstrated expertise at transferring the information from my previous phone to my new phone. 5 Stars with no hesitation.

The manager Brianna was great! Im a tmobile customer and I came in for some assistance with my device & she went above and beyond to help me out. She also answered all my questions regarding an upgrade I will be doing very soon. Shes fantastic I will definitely be coming back.

Horrible customer service. Every person in this location is very unprofessional. I order two New IPhones 12 and no follow up to tell us that one of them will arrived in February. I went back to the store to re order a different color and the manager was trying to assist but again no follow but a continuation of lies. I called the store to give them an opportunity after sharing with the manager how she can handle this issue and all I needed was a phone call but No One did . when I showed up in the store to cancel the this transaction I was told to take the one phone otherwise and the employee chase me out to my car and started hitting my car glass window. While I was on the phone with Tmobile 1800 for help. After 2 hours on the phone with corporate they finally were able to close this account .Lesson learn go to a corporate store.Do not buy from this Authorize dealer.Just judge by the greeting and the attitude.

I went in with my family to upgrade our phones, and even with this whole pandemic going on, they were quick to transfer all the data from 5 phones. Even though it took time, they still worked very hard and I appreciate that from them. If you ever need help with a phone or if you want to make an upgrade and don’t know what phone to get, Gabriel and Sarah could help you out, like they did with me

Had a spontaneous time at sprint went to switch from T-Mobile met a young girl with the name sara I think. She was great, she answered all my questions and elaborated them for me. She had so much patience. Will come back service outstanding!

I have been a long time Sprint customer...over 7yrs. The coverage and plan are great. However each time I go into this location...the staff provides no customer service. They are lackluster as no matter the issue. They refer me to the corporate store. I am not sure if they are poorly trained or disinterested in helping customers. On my last and final visit, they refused to transfer a SIM card that I purchased from Sprint to my phone. Thankfully I was able to get help at the Franklin Store location.

Worst sprint store I’ve gone to hands down. They are not knowledgeable at all. I had saw my bill go up tremendously and I had to call the actual sprint customer service rep to help me and they said it’s because the people at the new Hyde park store put unauthorized charges on my account

Sprint customer service asked me to walk in to this store and get a new sim, very slow response from desk and asked me to pay as service fee, sim supposed to be free as per Sprint representative, not happy

No more sprint not a good service provider when I switch Verizon to sprint they told me your bill not go up 130$ I pay first bill 146$ and second bill 171$ only two billing circle make me disappointed

I was just about to switched to Verizon and I walked in to this store and ended up walking out with an IPad and my bill being 80 cheaper . Great customer service skills and sales rep that actually know what they’re doing . I highly recommend them, change an angry sprint customer to a happy customer

Very poor service, brought new phone from sprint and went in empty store to transfer info and was told it cost $20 dollars. Called sprint and was told there is no charge to transfer since I was a customer for over 11 years noted it on my account was informed to return to store. Manger told me he doesnt have to honor the notes on my account. Very rude.
