Unreal, fixed my phone in an hour. My battery was dead, my phone wasnt charging. Highly recommend. Great service and they know what they are doing!

If I could give them 10 STAR I would.Took my grandsons Switch to replace the cracked screen. Turns out, the screen was fine, it was the screen protector that was cracked. Amount charged $0.00. Just have to order a new screen protector, which unfortunately they dont carry.Any other person would have said nothing and charged me to fix the supposedly cracked screen.I wish I would have asked the very trustworthy gentleman behind the counters name. THANK YOU. Theres hope for humanity after all.

I had my IPad Pro screen fixed here. So far the screen looks great and works perfectly fine. The 90 day warranty on the screen if it doesn’t work properly is also a peace of mind. I wished they lived up to their name. I dropped off my laptop after I accidentally broke the screen. I was told by Michael he would call me with a price. After a week of calling and being told he will get back to me, I decided to walk in and get my laptop. He handed it back to me with no apologies not even a reason why he didnt work on it I guess I was a customer that didnt matter. Ill take my business elsewhere. SAD!

Please don’t come here unless you want to waste your time. Traveled across town on three separate occasions to get my phone fixed here and each time I was turned away for different reasons. If you don’t come in the door before 3, even though they close at 7, with your phone you probably won’t be serviced but good luck.

Came here because the speaker on my Google phone not working and when my son broke my charging port. Verizon was going to charge me a $200 deductible and give me a used phone. These guys fixed everything in an hour and a half for $85. Its good as new.

Asked for an OEM part and they did not use one. Had to bring it to another shop to get it repaired properly.

Crazy quick service; Pixel 3a screen went from cracked n dead to working in under two hours. David was especially helpful and hospitable through the whole process. Couldnt have asked for more.

This place is absolutely terrible do not go here. I came here to fix my broken iPhone screen. It was almost $300. After this I got home and realized a part of my phone was missing. Had to go all the way back for them to fix it. Then, after a day my home screen button stopped working. Had to go back once again for hours to wait for that to be fixed. My phone then cracked from dropping it while I was sitting on the floor a foot away from the ground. This time I decided to purchase a screen and let my boyfriend fix it. We opened the phone up to find out they didn’t put back all the screws needed. Don’t waste your time and money.

I brought my Galaxy s9 in with 2 small chips in the screen at 4pm on a Monday. By noon the next day, they destroyed the OS and gave me back a totally inoperable phone. The techs Alexa said this happens a lot with S9s. So, did she back it up or tell me beforehand? Nope. Stay away from this unprofessional mess. They should change their name to uBreakiDestroy

Worst experience ever, brought in my phone to get the screen fixed through my asurion insurance... they didn’t fix the screen right, which made it more worst then when it was broken . The sales rep that helped me was David, he was extremely rude and disrespectful and didn’t want to help me at all. There were three different reps in the store and they were all in the back of the store and wouldn’t even come out to help the other customers that were there. Overall i would not recommend this store for anyone to get there phones fixed at. Please do not trust them!! Would give them zero stars if that was an option!!

Kind staff with fast repair. Got fix my galaxy note 8 screen in here. They didnt fixed, they replaced my phone. And back up completely, it was good and great. Took about 2 hours of repair and ready to go. They also sells goods for your screen and phone protection.

Had a droid issue. They were able to fix in the same day. Sometimes there is a wait. And from what other patrons mentioned - there is only 1 part at the store. They do not keep a supply of parts - assume its to prevent stealing? Not sure - but if you do come make sure you tell them to hold the part for you and that you are on the way. Good luck!

Was so distraught my computer was badly damaged from spilling a cup of tea. I originally went to Apple who made me wait almost an entire week for a diagnostic, I was then told it would be 900 dollars to repair (before tax).I came to ubreakifix and Chris was wonderful. He explained everything to me told me my options and with data transfer to a hard drive it was just 400 dollars. My computer was ready pretty quickly and is working GREAT.Chris is great, everything I was told was accurate...time, price, etc.I highly recommend

The one time I didnt have a case and a screen protector on my 9-month old Google Pixel 3 phone, I dropped it on a concrete driveway... Face down! My beautiful, then-flawless screen turned into a mess!! I called U-Break-I-Fix the next day and they thankfully had the part in and BAM: 2.5 hours later, the phone looks the the day I unboxed it! Went in with my samsung galaxy S8 that would not turn on after not being in use for a few once after i started using the galaxy s9. On my initial visit, Chris took 20-30 minutes to diagnose the problem and told me the part had to be order to and come back in a few days, which was no problem at all. I did not know how to rate them as there were both good and bad. I brought an Asus 2 in 1 for repair of the screen at a very fair price. Without getting into too much detail they damaged the case so it would not turn on or off. Without accepting responsibility they agreed to repair at no additional cost. That was on June 16. After two weeks of replacing a part or two they agreed to replace the unit. I worked through my issues with the corporate office and SR Ali was most helpful. I finally got the unit back on July 11 and reduced the price of the repair.I give 5 stars for customer service as they did the right thing, 1 stars for repair as it took 3 weeks to repair a cracked screen. I personally would be hesitant to use them again but in the end I was satisfied. A a company they have outstanding customer service

I came here to get my s9+ screen fixed and they quoted me 298 dollars the kid kevin who works there then told me that if i wanna replace the glass on the front i have to replace the glass on the back. WRONGO. i went to the one in rockville center and they quoted me 170 dollars n they didnt have to replace the back screen

Horrible place. I went through Samsung to find an approved place to fix my Note 9 that just turned off and wont respond. Same day repairs advertised on their windows and online. After telling the guy the issue he says it wont be ready today, he has too many phones in the back. I ask when can it be ready, he says tomorrow. I call the next day, he says tomorrow again. Then they didnt pick up their phones for 3 days. Dropped it off on Saturday, I showed up to get my phone on Friday working or not. THEY DIDNT EVEN TOUCH IT, but he says they tried a new battery and screen. I took it to the Samsung store 10min away at the mall and IN THREE HOURS i got my phone back WORKING!!! I asked if the phone was opened, they said no. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS PLACE.

Staff is friendly and they repair phones at a decent rate. The pricing for screens can be expensive due to the nature of the Galaxy curved screens. Other than that, they process warranty repairs with ease. Will go to them again if needed.

I live in New Hyde Park for 4 years and I havent experienced friendlier shop around the area! I went there with my broken Samsung galaxy S7 edge and it was fixed the same day. Besides the fact that I received my phone in a perfect condition (Literaly like new), the person who fixed my screen, Chris (very cool guy), was really fast and I got my phone back in a very short amount of time. Highly recommended for those people who want quality service!

I was about to write a bad review for these guys, but I have to say they came through at the end. Without me saying anything about the service or arguing, they fix my phone at a reasonable price. 4 stars because it took longer than originally agreed to.
