Was is the store yesterday and the store was over run with customer but Douglas as always has the answer ever when a customer walked in and rudely asked him why the phone werent out on display. Douglas quickly responded by saying the phone are out. I am sorry there are several people ahead of you I will help you as soon as possible customer stated wow how rude and left I was sitting g in front of him

If you are going for a new phone anywhere in the South suburbs of Chicago, go to the AT&T store in new Lennox and ask for Douglas . Over the top helpful

Awesome work!!! Melissa helped me with all my needs. I was in and out in no time. The staff was very helpful and friendly even when backed up. They acknowledged everyone. I recommend this store and will be coming here for all of my AT&T needs.

The minute I walked into the store the sales associate starting complaining. He explained he had been gone for one week and didn’t now where anything was. He continued to explain the store was a mess just without visible garbage. I personally felt like I was being a burden to him. He explained I could not get a phone without being an authorized user on the account. Which is fine, but I will not be going back to the store with an authorized user just because of the first impression he has made.

I have had a problem with my android phone because of a website issue and Douglas fixed the problem !!He was very polite, the only employee working at the time, and took care of 4 people before me and 2 people behind me and never got flustered. The guy is amazing and deserves 👏 a bonus for his dedication....THANKS DOUGLAS

This location is horrible!! Manager takes no responsibility for her lack of knowledge and her staffs lack of training. Cost me $1200 in the middle of a pandemic. No return phone call. Not available when called. Answer to all concerns when she couldn’t dodge me anymore was “I did all I could do”. No ownership of the manager and staff mess up. As a first responder (which is signed all over the store with appreciation) I see nothing but being out 1200 dollars because they messed up. I highly suggest going with another company for your cell phone, cable, and internet needs. Cause I got $1200 dollars taken me from a huge company in a pandemic and still am under contract for $400 a month for the next 26 months. All this location cares about is the commission they make and could care less about the customers that pay their salary.

I switched over 5 lines from Verizon to At&t, and had the pleasure of working with Doug. He was very thorough and patient with me when explaining all the promotions and what exactly I qualified for. He was also able to help me transfer all my data over. I would definitely recommend my friends and family here!

Unfortunately we ended up with a bad experience with this AT&T store. Our first visit the staff seemed very helpful. Then the bill came and charges were there that were not explained well to us. Abby is the employee who helped us and unfortunately lied to get a sale and make her quota. When questioned about charges on the bill she could not answer. When told what the customer service representative told me Abby replied that the information was not correct. Unfortunately the right hand does not know what the left is doing here. Abby also does not care about customer satisfaction. Not once did she apologize. The only thing she did say was that she did her job right. I guess she did by not explaining every charge correctly just to get a sale.

Jose, Are sales rep, did a great job. We werent sure what phone we wanted or needed. He was very patient, and gave us pros and cons on the choices we were considering. He made the transaction easy, and was very knowledgable. I would highly reccomend him.

I needed help getting my phone activated (ordered it online). I got instant help (no waiting), and the man was very friendly. He got my new phone working, and he didnt try to push anything else on me. I was out of the store within 5 minutes, and he fixed my problem quickly and politely.

I had a great experience in the store. The manager, Katie, was friendly and incredibly helpful. She explained the plan that I am now on, answered billing questions and was great in setting up/activating new phones for me.I am accustomed to being talked down to when I need help for my cell phones, but this was not the case last week. I will absolutely visit this store again and ask for Katie when I do.

Went into Att store earlier today having issues with my phone losing connection. Both people jumped into help Abby and Doug were kind and courtoues quickly replaced my my sim chip and I was out the door within ten minutes. Great customer service

A phone store is all about the service. We visited this store twice for my wife to upgrade her iPhone. The 1st sales person there was very busy with other customers but was able to answer my wifes questions and provided good support. My wife upgraded to the 8 Plus iPhone. After leaving the store wife went online and ordered a case for her new iPhone. Unfortunately she ordered the iPhone 8 case (not the Plus) and of course it was too small for her phone. She went back to the store to ask the salesman on duty what she should have ordered. This was a different person. He looked at her phone and told her she needed the case for an iPhone 8S (?). Apple does not make an iPhone 8S. This confused my wife. I went online and ordered an iPhone 8 Plus case for her (which fit perfectly). Dont know what this 2nd sales person was thinking but bad experience from what was supposed to be an expert. Hence the drop in my rating.

I highly recommend this store because Joe helped me step by step to show me how to program my phone for cloud back up. Joe was very patient as I was frustrated and helped me try to understand the process. AT&T is very lucky to have Joe. I will always go back to see Joe when I have questions with my phone. Went in trying to figure out what was wrong with my new phone. The man was very nice and sat there for over an hour trying to figure out why my texts were coming in so weird. We couldnt figure out the issues but he was more then willing to help and try everything he could find to make it work. It ended up being my time & date setting wasnt on automatic but he was very helpful and even showed me some other tips and tricks with the phone.

We went to the New Lenox AT & T store because it is close. What a mistake! There were no customers in the store when we arrived. The man working there was beyond rude. Felt like we were bothering him. We had wanted to buy an IPhone 8. Asked what the pricing difference was for an IPhone 6 and IPhone 8. He pointed to the phones on display and said The prices are over there. I will NEVER go in there again. We will go to Mokena AT & T. They are always busy but always helpful.

Justin and Patty were extremely amazing on their dedication in resolving some personal conflicts and issues with my phone that in no way related to AT&T.They were insightful, generous, compassionate, understanding, professional, and enjoying to work with that I felt at the end of my visit both of them should come over and have dinner with me.I think I might go out and buy a Starbucks card for each one of them to get a cup of coffee on me. The experience was just quite that delightful.

I was very excited about this New Lenox location because the one in Mokena/Frankfort (whatever they say that store is located) is always crowded...so when you are in a hurry New Lenox is where its at. But after today...I will be going back to the other location and taking my chances with a longer wait. The girl that helped my Mom and I was NO help. Her answer to every question we had was I dont know...very unprofessional. Not to mention we told the girl about 50 times that we had insurance on our phones where we could do the insurance claims and get new phones next to nothing but still insisted on pushing the s7 for 585 bucks. Finally after huffing and puffing with us and acting like a child my mom and I paid 118 bucks on new phones doing the insurance claim we asked for...and guess what...WE ARE GETTING THE SAME PHONES BRAND NEW IN THE MAIL AS THE ONES SHE WAS PUSHING US TO BUY FOR 585 BUCKS! I understand they get commission or whatever...but really? No customer wants to be ripped off.On top of dealing with that. The girl that helped us gave us attitude the whole time, ignored us to goof off with her fellow employees, and was answering personal text messages on her phone AND TELLING US ABOUT IT. Such a terrible experience. I will not be going to the one in New Lenox.
