-2 stars. I went to this location wanting to order the 13 pro and the dude ordered me the wrong phone (12 pro). He wasn’t paying attention to what he was doing and didn’t really seem to care and in a rush. When he tried to correct it, he didn’t really take it seriously. So now I have to pay more $$$ to correct his mistake because according to T-Mobile, they can’t cancel the wrong order that was HIS FAULT. Worst location to go to so I’ll continue going to Mokena even if it’s a farther drive. Pathetic. Don’t go here or you’ll be disappointed big time…

I received the best and most friendliest service this afternoon from Alexis, she was AMAZING! I was in and out with a brand new iPhone 12 in no time, she was not trying to pressure me to buy or oversell things to where it was overwhelming like you’ll see in a lot of other phone company stores. She gave the facts, and let me know what she thinks would be the best option for me. Alexis and the other girl she was working with (I believe her name tag said TK) were outstanding. I am so happy with my phone and now my new service at T-Mobile! I’ll definitely be telling all my friends about this place, thank you Alexis!!

The service was not good. The women that worked there didnt really know what they were doing. Information they gave was incorrect. Do not recommend.
