I actually started going to them a lot more compared to my other Gamestop. Really solid service, cool people that want to help you with your choices, and its not too far from home. Definitely recommend them!

I used to go here every week many years ago, it always had what I was looking for, and the people were amazing! Then something Happened. They (corporate) sent the good workers to other locations and filled this one with new people. The store was rearranged many times over the last few years. Now the layout is terrible and the store feels more empty, with mostly empty cases and boxes scattered across the walls, not at all what it looked like 10 or even 5 years ago. They are out of stock of many things, and feels like they don’t care about the customers as much anymore. I’ve started buying new games from other competitors now, and I haven’t been too sad about it.

This place sells the best video games ever. It also sells awesome T-shirts. The customer service I have received from them has not been perfect though, because William, one of the people working there, has hung up on me three times and has never apologized for it, and I’m still waiting for GameStop to retrain him or fire him or at least get him to apologize, hence the four-star rating. Other than that, this is a good place to look for video games, especially if Target or Walmart doesn’t carry the video game you’re looking for.

I hate giving places bad reviews, but not this one. Games have gone to the online world and you can just buy them online. When I walked in to buy a game for my playstation 4, I was instantly greeted by a disgusting, disappointing, disorganized store. The floor had sticky spots and boxes of Fortnite toys. I walked over to the PS4 section and was greeted by the half-filled shelf with overpriced used games. When I went to buy my game I was greeted by a rambling employee trying to scam loyalty cards left and right at me. When I finally got out of there I told myself that it’s time to never buy a disk and only go digital.

These guys were so informative and incredibly helpful. We were not only impressed with their level of knowledge but their friendly disposition and willingness to help us. We will continue shopping at this GameStop. Thank you guys.

I used to love this location. Keywords being used to. Rudy and Jimmy were the best managers that the store has had. The employees in the past two years have been less than desirable to deal with. Its unfortunate because we used to have such a great experience and have actual fun coming in to buy games and talking to the staff that worked From 2012 to around 2015. Its just not the same and The staff today did not want to help any of the customers. Ive had it with this location its ridiculous. GameStop shafted their best managers I hope they lose a lot of business because of us I hope they have lost a lot of business because of this because its just terrible going in now. It says something when you would rather go to Orland Park then go into your local game stop.

I was in the store to buy a new Xbox one s 1tb. I walked up to the counter and told Jay that I wanted above he told me No. He then proceeded to tell me they had gamestop refurbished systems and I stopped him saying I asked for a new system with no games since I owned all of them already. He proceeded to stop me saying that was rude lets not do that again. I told him fine Ill take my business elsewhere. He then proceeded to get the console I asked for. During the credit card transaction he proceeded to help another customer while we were waiting for him to print the receipt. This is unacceptable behavior for a customer service representative. I will not be coming back.

Just left the store a half hour ago, getting 3 games for my family. Got home and one game was not the correct game i brought up there... Took up lego movie and got lego super heroes. Then purchased the game Brothers, got home and the box was empty!!! Tried to call and they were closed. Id recommend driving a little farther down, for better service! Months ago they also gave me a non working copy of final fantasy, took it back then got another copy and the access code wouldnt work said it was already used! I wound up going elsewhere. I figured Id give them a shot today, but never again!Went back this am to get the correct games and talk to manager, the new manager Timothy was very helpful pleasant to deal with and made things better, hopefully he can make the service better, he saved a customer.

Went here on a Saturday afternoon to get a game for my brother. The line was terribly long, but what else do people expect? Its Saturday after all. Once we got the register (probably 10 minute wait) the girl behind the counter (Steph) was soooo helpful and friendly! I work in Joliet and live in Manhattan but would drive to this Gamestop every time if Steph was the associate on duty!
