I was on vacation up here and on the way up I noticed shimming in my front tires. I stoped at BTs and got my tires balanced and rotated. My Lexus rode smooth as silk through 85 mph. They got me right in @ 9:00 am no muss or fuss! Thanks BTs!

I have brought my cars here for years, and had respectable service. But my last visit left my car smelling so much like smoke that I cant get the smell out. IveIbeen Driving with Windows down, several bouts of Febreeze, and blowing out the vents. Still it smells very potent like cigarette smoke. I dont have a gentle nose for smells either. I nirmanor dont even smell things that everyone else is smelling.The whole garage where they were working was hazy with smoke, like a back-road bar in 1987.Im almost gagging at times :( I cant risk bringing my car back to them.

The only place I will be taking our cars for repairs, great service and will not cost you your first born.

If I could give this tire shop 0 stars I would. Mark Mcnutt and his wife are very disrespectful. Sharing a billing statement that isnt theirs to share and make threats over facebook all over a tire that the manufacturer said should have been covered under warranty. They are very unprofessional and I would not recommend this shop to anyone!

Had an issue with BRAND NEW tires, his wife then got on FACEBOOK and threatened my sister . This company is a joke

Mark got me in right away for my rim swap in my Challenger.

The manager told me his daughters cooling system froze because her cooling fans weren’t plugged in. If that doesn’t say much I don’t know what will.
