This place is horrible. Horrible workers who doesnt even give you the time of day or offer to help you in anyway. Its like they cant be bothered with you. I have been a customer for at least ten years and finally had enough.

I don’t even know where to start. The service they provided me was great, they are very friendly, they explained the whole process to me very well and thoroughly to where I understood very good. Samantha and Buddy are amazing!!! If I could give it more than 5 stars I sure would!!!

Very unprofessional i ported my number from Verizon and ordered my phones online I went to the AT&T store and the rep took the sale for themselves and gave me a new phone number do not go to an AT&T store to activate your device they have extremely dirty practices

They never help me with my problems. They arent very knowledgeable as to what theyre talking about. Idk why half of the people even work there. They cant even tell the different chargers apart.

The store is nice, dealing with them on the phone not the store but att can be challenging.

Did not have the replacement cover for my phone. Guys very nice better then that long haired guy who locked the door in front of me during open hours and left!

At&t has superb customer service and the team at this store is top notch. They know their products and services, take time to explain them, and really care about the people.

If I could give this store a negative stars I would! I have been dealing with a mistake on my bill for 8 months. I was supposed to get a b1 get 1 iPhone deal. However, my bill was never credited. I called customer service and they said I needed to go in the store. I tried to explain my situation to the manager “Ronnie” who refused to listen and flat out called me a liar saying they NEVER had a buy 1 get 1 on the iPhone XS Max. He refused to look up my account. He refused to listen to anything I said cutting me off and saying I was lying. He said the last two managers were stealing and they had to get rid of them. He made accusations that I was in some kinda scam with them. I don’t even know them, only from coming to the store. He also told another customer he recommends them switching to T Mobile. I will be taking my business elsewhere also! AT&T will be losing a loyal customer. This man is not fit to work in retail, let alone be a manager. Ps.. I called customer service and they verified indeed that promotion was valid when I bought my phone and assured me it will be fixed. However I still am moving my service!

Ronnie, the manager is amazing! He helped my mom & I with setting up new internet & made sure that we understood everything before we left & when we couldn’t get it to work at home walked us through it on the phone. He was patient & knowledgeable & we appreciated all his help! Definitely recommend this store!

I have been an AT&T customer for years and I love coming into this store whenever I need help with my devices! The employees are incredibly helpful. Most recently, Tyrone helped me figure out issues with my iPhone and answered any questions I have about my upcoming upgrade and contract. I am very pleased with the service I was given! He was knowledgeable and courteous and I am extremely grateful for his help!

We were ready to switch to another account when we went to the New Philadelphia store. Tyrone Washington worked with us and was able to show us how to save money on our cable television, phones and Internet services. He stayed late to work with us after already working from open till close. He was fantastic and saved us as customers. I have to comment that AT&T is doing something right with this employee, he was very informative and knew answers to all our technical questions. I highly recommend working with Ty if you have been disappointed in any way with AT&T, he will do whatever it takes to satisfy and keep you as a customer. We had a great experience for the first time in our local store, and we have been with AT&T for many years. Thank you Mr. Washington!

So where do I start? I met Dave at the Macedonia location. He signed me and fiancee up with new cell service and U-verse service. He said that my bill would be a certain amount, which was lower than what i was paying with my old provider. Everything was ok until I got my first bill. I called him and he said that he would take care everything. Well he didnt and i had to call him several times to fix my bill. Now i have my 2nd bill and it still not what was promised by Dave. I called him about it and he took my number down to call back and discuss but he never called back. I called Dave again and left him a message and he never returned my call. He adjusted my bill without ever calling me back but it is still not what we discussed when I signed up. I called again to discuss my bill and he still has not returned my call. I feel like have been lied to and swindled. And now, Dave, the new store manager doesnt want to address my issue. This is poor customer service and I regret ever switching. And the TV service sucks. it always loses signal and the on- demand blows especially if youre into binge watching shows.

Ronnie was very friendly and helpful and took care of my internet problem and saved me money on my bill !! If you need a phone or internet stop in and ask for Ronnie

Dont get me started about how slick they are to sell you stuff. When the sales person is done, you have an expensive bill and we are still waiting on my husbands discount to be on our bill. And be prepared to spend at least an hour in the store on a question or problem. But on the plus side, the staff is friendly, knowledge, and seem genuinely eager to make sure you have the best of everything. Plus they are willing to work with you if you fall behind on your bill a service you wont find in any other cell service.

I changed over to at&t over a year ago and i love the service we recieve here. All the reps and Managers are so nice so easy to talk with and have answers to all questions... 5 stars to the new phila store... for sure fast and great service.

Great experience with getting my phones set up. Talked with them about saving money on my cable bill, Chelsea showed me how I could save around $80 a month just by switching to directv. Got my brand new iphone7 and I love it. Great store and great people!!

Been with a&t since 2004. Still trying to resolve problem which started 5/14/16. Nothing but lied and excuses. Went with Verizon 1 month ago. Got bill from AT&T for $23.65. The bill said due 8/24/16. Went to local office to pay on due date. I was there for 40 minutes trying to pay my final bill. I felt sorry for the girl working there. Awful time trying to find a person to talk to find out why it listed as send to a collection agency for collection. It was not overdue. She finely talked to someone who was able to figure things out. If I had a dollar for every minute I wasted trying to get service this last three months. should be no stars.

They dont answer phone in new phila, messages r full, at store nobody here and it is past opening time. They must not want any customers, need to change my services
