Akiesha was very polite and helpful in selecting a unit. She allowed us to tour the site and showed us the direction to our unit, helped with getting set up with gate access etc. They had locks for sale incase you don’t have one. Very clean site and again, the service was very pleasant.

Had a great experience at GoodFriend Self Storage New Rochelle. We arrived 10-15 minutes before closing on a Friday. Akeisha C., the storage specialist, was courteous, informative, kind, professional and knowledgeable. She got us in and out in less than 15 minutes. Cant say enough about how she happy she was about working at GoodFriend, she is a great example of a loyal employee and her work ethic was impeccable. She is a great individual; I was very happy to have been guided through the process by Akeisha!! Great people skills!

If you are looking for a wonderful self storage experience, I recommend you come visit with Jason and Akeisha here at Good Friends. They made an otherwise two brutal days a little more pleasurable. Their good spirits and welcome assistance made the whole process very smooth. On a side note, you will be amazed by how much can fit in a 5 x 5 x 4 locker. As long as you don’t have furniture bigger than that, you can pile boxes and suitcases and guitars and speakers sky high. Happy storage adventures to you!

I am currently renting one of the big units. The location is very convenient, accessible and clean. I happily visit on a weekly basis to add/remove items and I was always able to park and load without waiting or being rushed.I definitely recommend this GoodFriend storage for short and long term.

Very clean facility, care is given to maintaining facility clean from the loading dock to the inside facility. Plenty of dock space available at all times of the day, well lit inside, help is always friendly to assist customers. Great convenient location as well.

I decided to check out the new storage place in New Rochelle called Good Friend Self-Storage. I use storage for my office files etc. Anyway, the staff were very accommodating (they are trying to rent units) and also went out of their way to be helpful. The price was less than half of what I was paying at my other storage location (hopefully it will stay that way for a while!). The place was sparkling clean as well. I definitely recommend this location.

This is the cleanest, most efficient self storage place Ive ever seen. The place looks brand new, is brightly lit, immaculately kept and has a staff that is friendly and helpful. As part of a Trump complex, security is tight so belongings can be stored here without any worries. There is ample room for loading and unloading, carts available for use, and a very convenience loading dock mini-elevator to make things super easy. The price is fantastic relative to every other place within a reasonable distance to Manhattan. The only drawback, which they certainly cannot control, is traffic on the Cross Bronx getting to them, lol! Otherwise, its a dream of a facility that I highly recommend!

Let me start off my saying a huge Thank You and hats off to the GoodFriend Self Storage of New Rochelle, New Rochelle.It has literally been a little over a year since I have been a client here and it has been an EXTREME pleasure. About a year ago I was away on business and had to return back to NYC suddenly and while at the airport I decided to look up online for some suitable storage space to rent asap and came across Good Friend Storage. When I called from the terminal I spoke with a young lady named Akeisha who I must say was a breathe of fresh air. She was extremely kind, helpful, fast yet very patient and help me get all things resolved as it pertains to me being able to move in right away upon my arrival.When I reached the storage Akeisha was off duty and had left but had thouroughly communicated to the GM by the name of Jason. From past experience I was alittle on edge because I wasnt used to such fine and accurate customer service as such. But the batton was passed and Jason closed the deal where Akeisha left off and with absolutely no issues I was checked in signed my papers and moved in within the next hour or so. I had to pinch myself and wondered if I was being pranked but this all was to good to be true. A year later and still I along with many others that have come on board some that I personally recommend continue to enjoy the seven star treatment and customer service. I have observed and seen how others were treated even in some tight situations and the staff was always able to bring about peace to every and any situation that the client may have had. They each have been swift to resolve and follow up with those they said that they would follow up with. For me integrity speaks volumes. Many morning and some evening even Victor has been a great help towards anything I had need of as it pertains to my unit. Jason, Akeisha, and Victor a GoodFriends true ROCKSTARS in my book. I give this place and staff ******* and will continue to HIGHLY RECOMMEND this storage to anyone I come across.
