Ive stored with a few different storage company and Public Storage is by far the best. This location is really easy to get to and the building looks new. The customer service is great as well, the ladies in the office are always friendly and helpful.

Jasmine and Michelle were so helpful! I needed to change my autopay card and they were so friendly and really made the process simple!

I don’t write a lot of reviews but have to say, experience here so far is solid. Did everything online, and it all worked. From picking a space, to having the space ready for me with a brand new lock when I arrived, to being able to drive my car into the covered garage, all thumbs up.

Me and my husband are in the process of moving and wanted to inquire about a storage space. We were greeted by the property manager Monique and her customer service was outstanding. She showed us multiple units and covered everything in great detail. Thanks Monique!

My experience at public storage today along with Jasmines and Joes help was great. Between the two of them I had no trouble with anything. They were very respect and assitful with all my questions and concerns and I was very please with their professionalism and wanted to let them along with the rest of the public storage company know about it.

I have never been to public storage until today, and had the best experience with one of the staff at the front desk. Monique was very helpful and resourceful. I only signed up for $1.00 and I received a unit and I was very grateful for that in a time like this while we’re in a Pandemic. I would highly recommend anyone needing extra storage space to come here to receive a Unit.

The manager Brianna was super helpful, kind and answered all of my questions. The facility is very clean, safe and what I enjoy the most about it is the parking and large garage where renters can safely and privately unload their items, as opposed to other facilities where you are exposed to the elements when unloading. The entire process was very quick and easy. Their prices are unbeatable! I highly recommend Public Storage.

The customer service is lacking at this Public storege they dont show you type of space you will be renting. They just give you a space and your supposed to take it and thats that. A customer should be shown what space what they will be renting and if its big enough or small enough or even wide enough for their use. I am not pleased with this facility at all. They showed others customers the space that they were interested in, but I was not shown so be mindful of that when you go here.

I went to public storage in New Rochelle not knowing a single thing about storage. I had a bad experience with my previous storage unit and Jasmine has been extremely understanding and helpful. So far so good. It’s located in safe neighborhood. It has a professional team working at this location.For my move-in, things did not go as planned at start. Movers came from the West Coast and arrived on a day that our nanny was not available. My wife could not miss the day of working. I went there with my baby on a Uber ride. Contrary to my anticipation, things went nice and smooth. I couldn’t have done it without their help and accommodation.

Rented a space today at this property and the representative Trish-Ann that assisted me did a very good job helping me moving in and satisfying my storage needs, I recommend her to anyone.

I reserved a 10’ x 6’ unit a week before I planned on moving in. The day I planned on moving in, i emptied my unit at the old facility and went over to Public Storage. Went in, told them I had a reservation for a 10’ x 6’ only to be told that they have no more and they can only provide a 5’ x 5’. I explained to them I had reserved this a whole week ago and received 3 calls to confirm and no one told me anything about there not being anymore. Then was told that it is a “first come first serve” basis. Absolutely horrible! Do not recommend this facility.

This Place is Brand New!!! or so it appears! I dont think there a storagethat is cleaner, and the staff is so friendly and helpful, despite me asking questions with obvious answer (sorry its my first storage rental) Forgive me if i got the wrong name, but i think it was Brianna that helped me through the quick and easy process, but there were two other women working there that were just as nice, so my hats off to the entire staff!!! And the rates!!!!! For $118 a month (first month was virtually free) i had reserved a 10 x 13 space online and i wondered if it was big enough, because you dontreally know if it a large enough space until u see it, and as soon she opened the door to the unit, i saw a space that is practically a 2 car garage in temperature controlled and secure building, FOR $118 a month!!!!!!!!! I was having an ok day before arrived, but afterward, holy moly! It brought so much sunshine to my day, i thought i was gonna go blind! I can go on and on,but I dont need to say more!! Best storage facility ever Located on 5th Ave in New Rochelle!!!

Awesome experience..Very personable staff..From day one Leana has taken the time to explain and accommodate in order for this to be one of the best rental experience ever.Both Leana and Cecily were helpful in closing my account..The storage was clean and I really like that the elevators were not tied up.To be able to pull into the garage to load and unload was great..I would have love to see a visible restroom sign for customers and would also have like to see a bigger yard with more parking space ..Overall the price, customer service and cleanliness was excellent.

I strongly recommend Extra Space Storage on 5th Avenue in New Rochelle. Attractive environment as extremely clean and bright. The people working there are very friendly and could not have been more helpful as our move date kept changing.Lots of room to pull your vehicle in to unload and 8 large dolleys(not sure the right word!) to get your things to your unit easily.The only thing we had an issue with was getting one very wide and long piece through the barrier poles. Required us to wheel piece to barrier, carry over and then put back on dolley. Really only a minor inconvenience.Again, cant say enough good things about the employees. They went above and beyond to ensure we had a positive experience.
