It was my first time to use self storage. Vincent was very helpful and patient by explaining to me how the system works. It made my life easier. The assurance he gave me made me feel safe walking around the cubicles. The lighting is good too. Thank you Vincent for the customer care I got!

I referred my mother to the CubeSmart store 0668. Even in the light of the aftermath from the storm/flood and the pandemic I have to say that It was a nice transition for my mother.Vincent was extremely helpful, patient and knowledgeable. I recommend this facility as I have been a customer for the last 2 1/2 yrs.

This location has been decent for most of the time we’ve used them (Other than their constant increases in rates). But lately there was some flooding and it knocked out their ability to have customers access their property independently. This also resulted in the hours changing and for some reason it didn’t seem necessary to alert the customer base. When I called to complain I was basically told, “well it’s hard to email over 500 people”. *No it isn’t- you hit select all* I use storage for equipment I need for work. I wound up losing a significant payday because of the lack of communication resulting in me not being able to access my gear. Cube Smart for some reason doesn’t seem to care about that and have offered nothing by way of compensation other than a half hearted “sorry” We have never payed late, never left a mess, never complained about anything. This is the treatment a perfect customer receives. I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone. There are plenty of other options. Perhaps choose one that can afford to make necessary repairs when needed.

Renee is great! Just so friendly. I don’t typically write reviews and have done so because of here. Honestly everyone here has been great thus far. Feels family run almost. Units are clean and easy to access. Not much more to ask for.

Stored here for three years. It was acceptable for most of that time, except they do love to raise your rental rate significantly a couple of times a year without warning. However, during the last few months I stored here, first the roof leaked onto my belongings - not great, but a relatively minor issue at the time. Then, in the final week, the entire facility got flooded with nearly a foot of water during a storm and destroyed much of my belongings, and most others in the building as well. I dont believe this facility is maintained well enough to protect customers belongings from the elements.

René was welcoming and management was understanding of my specific situation.

So my unit flooded (act of God) but the staff at the location particularly Renee at Winthrop Avenue and Rob at cedar street were really amazing helping me both move out and in and navigating the process of insurance. I imagine that this was a really challenging time for them but they were available, responsible and their customer service was fantastic.

Such a great experience. Had to pick up the dehumidifier my husband bought for his office. Renee showed me where the storage unit was located. The dehumidifier was a little heavy for me so she even helped me lift it into my car. Thank you, Renee!

Vincent was a class act - he criss-crossed the entire building with us multiple times, helped us understand every detail of the fees involved, and answered my endless questions with patience and humor. Ended up with a great unit and the process was painless.

Our storage facility endured an epic flood, the likes of flooding we have not experience in the Northeast since 1938! During the whole clearing out process you need to know about 2 sterling employees. Renee Archibald was both kind, helpful and compassionate. She guided all storage tenants through the next steps and kept us well informed. Vincent Pedraza was very helpful in assiting us clear the unit and ensured the records keeping was updated. Both employees are great assests to you team and should be acknowledged for their hard work and dedication to their employer!

Out of code water pipe busted, most renters lost valuable items and are left with having to move their belongings to another unit.

Through the entire process, Israel helped me with every question and I had a lot! He was not annoyed and was polite the entire time. Israel also greeted me at the location with my key and was very helpful in the move-in process, because of the experience I had with him I would 100% recommend CubeSmart. Well staffed with knowledgeable, helpful managers. Clean as a whistle and clearly well maintained. Easy access. Well priced in line with similar facilities in NR. The drive-through loading area is very convenient but beware the clearance 116 which is marked on the way OUT, by which time you have already discovered this limit when trying to drive your truck IN. If the truck wont fit it is still a very short distance to the entryway, All floor surfaces are smoothly paved. A superior storage spot!

We use this space for our business storage and have had a great experience with the staff and manager Matthew. The space is accessible when we need it - 7 days a week, parking spaces are always there, the price is fair, they have worked with us on deliveries and disposal, accepted and implemented some minor suggestions we made on improving access (like getting more carts). In general we are very happy with the space and service we receive.

Service at Cubesmart, Winthrop Avenue, New Rochelle is usually brusque and rigid at best.Roberto was a rare exception. He was understanding and showed some empathy. He went out of his way Totally disarmed me. There should be more like him with a culture that trains and rewards.Cubesmart management might want to take note. They were totally disengaged when my unit was burgled two years ago. Would not take a call on the subject. Happy to just keep bumping up rents by 10% a year. They should be encouraging loyal, paying customers.

The agents were friendly very professional and informative. They offer ideas and recommendations on best solutions for storing items. We found the u it and the surrounding areas extremely well kept painted and a feeling of all newness. Thank you
