Rented a pontoon boat April 9th .. Cruised the waters north and south of the marina and had a great time. This was our second time renting from here and both times were hassle free and easy. The owner and staff were helpful and friendly. The waters are full of wildlife and its nice to be able to beach the pontoon boats on the shore for a walk. I dont visit Florida often, but when I do, River Deck Marina is where I get my boats!

Excellent clean boats. The prices are very moderate compared to other places in the area. And the customer service is outstanding. Quick and easy check in, their staff offered us utility carts to load our stuff on the boats, the boats are equipped with the navigation device and have the outlets to charge your phones that actually work! (unlike other boats we rented from other places). The staff were quick to pick up the phones to answer any questions we had! To add to the customer service, prior to our visit, we had to reschedule our appointment twice - first due to being sick and second time due to rain; the staff were very gracious to reschedule without any questions. We loved the customer service, the boats and will definitely be back!!! They do a great work to retain their customers! Thank you, River Deck Marina!

Food, drinks & atmosphere were great!Review for mobility challenged patrons;.I currently use 2 canes to walk, the deck part was easily entered & there was plenty of room to maneuver.The bathrooms, however, had very slippery floors. Felt like a mix of oil & water & I almost fell several times!I couldnt use my canes to hold myself up, as they would slide out, the minute I put weight on them. I finally made it to the door & onto the wood deck, were I could walk normally again. There were non-disabled people slipping on them, too. No, I wasnt drunk, thankfully, as I surely wouldve fallen then.Maybe wheelchair users would have an easier time, but Id think you, or any help, would still need some traction with the floor..Idk, maybe someone will enlighten me..?They were pretty clean, I think its just because theyre so close to the kitchen & open to the elements. Maybe they have other bathrooms upstairs that arent as slippery...?I dont know though. Probably some degreaser would be helpful.Again, the food, service & atmosphere were great; just giving a heads up to my disabled brethern; this was several days ago & Im still recovering from the slips. 💜

Rented a Pontoon boat to cruise around and fish, so much fun!!! The kids had a blast watching dolphins jump and swim and we caught a bunch of fish. Awesome day on the water!

The food was great. The gator bites were flavorful and served with freshly made honey mustard. The shrimp scampi was delicious. The shrimp were large and properly cooked. My cousin had the breaded white fish and it was tasty and crispy. The pieces were large. You get a good portion of fries with it. The server was attentive and knowledgeable. She explained information about the dishes on the menu. She also had a good hand in making the drinks. Give them a try. Youll enjoy the ambience and the culinary experience. The outside bar is right by the water.

They are always pleasant, and very helpful! We have rented several times form them and will continue to use them. Their boats are always very clean and their prices are great!

Our third rental was today. As usual, the staff is awesome and friendly. The boat was in good repair and clean. All that and the best prices in town. Thanks as usual. We will be back with more friends!

We had a great time with our rental! The boat was clean, nice stereo with Blue Tooth and plenty of room. The Ladies in the office were friendly and the deckhands were very helpful by assisting us in loading and unloading our coolers, gear, etc. We will definitely be returning to rent from them again!

What a great little hidden gem. The atmosphere was perfect waitress was amazing! I had the fish sandwich and it was very good, husband had the burger and it came out over cooked, daughter-in-law got the Monte Crisco and she said it was the best one ever, son got the seafood pasta and he said it was very good.

Hurricane Elsa almost threatened a great day on the water! Almost!….. thanks to Autumn and the Sun Gods and Jake, we were able to enjoy sometime on the water! From start to finish and many questions along the way the staff was friendly and helpful! Due to windy conditions we ended up beaching the boat! Everyone had a great time swimming and shell hunting. When it can time to leave….. we were stuck! We tried in vein to get out, but not wanting to ruin any equipment we sent the S. O. S. signal! Autumn did a great job of coordinating Jake to the rescue. Once he got there, it only took him 5mins to get us off the sand! If you’re looking for a day adventure, pack a nice lunch and some drinks and head to these guys! The price was spot on, the best cancellation policy of any I saw and honestly…. The overall concern for us having a great time meant the world to us! We will be back!

We rented a pontoon for the whole day. The booking was easy and the price was lower than others we considered. The gas was included. The boat was ready to go when we arrived and we just simply hopped on and had a blast! The staff was helpful and did all the hard work for us. We just got to enjoy the boat and never had to worry about a thing. I highly recommend this company!

We have decided to rent a pontoon boat for eight hours beginning at 8:30 AM. Made our reservation very easily through the website the evening before. There was a bait shop right next-door so that was very convenient. Underway at 8:30 AM boat perform flawlessly nice big pontoon boat full of sun pads. The trial hall or the pontoon made for very smooth ride. The boat itself was older but had been re-powered with a Suzuki hundred plus force engine. Only issue was halfway through the GPS and depth finder froze. While swimming we noticed one of the wires have become and cramped so that explain that. Overall it was a very fun and easy-going day. The people Working there were always very friendly and informative. Cheerful staff would highly recommend

Went to lunch (3) today (7/24/21) at River Deck for my third time. The first two times food and service were very good. This time food was below average and the service about the same. One of the meals (jambalaya) we felt like it was leftover from the weekend. Other two okay although not as good as before.It would be nice for the owner of the 38 Bertram express docked their since the restaurant opening to either remove or replace the American flag on their boat. It is ripped and torn to shreds.

Pontoon boat was great it was very clean the employees were awesome my only compliant would be the 18 pontoon had a 75hp Mercury on it and it was very slow I think the fastest it would go according to the gps was 14 miles per hour and anytime I tried to give it more throttle it didnt do anything but act like the prop came out of the water and drop in speed but all in all it was a great day on the water.

We love going there. Food is great and very reasonable. Cant beat the view.

We had an amazing time! When I asked my middle son how the day was he said, “Best day ever!”. Everyone at the marina was extremely helpful and friendly! We rented the 18’ hurricane deck boat and it worked great. We saw dolphins within 5 minutes of being on the boat and I actually got to touch a manatee when we were at sand dollar island!

River deck marina provided us with all the tools to have a fantastic day on the water. All their equipment was in perfect shape . They did a great job getting us in and out of the water. The staff is amazing. Super friendly, helpful and courteous. They made our last day in NSB a day to remember!

Not bad....a but pricey for what you get. Paying for atmosphere I guess? Im not a tourist so not overly impressed.

Just don’t bother. We had warm beer, cold nasty food, and long and bad service. They ran out of shrimp which was part of a drink order and never said a word about it. Replaced it with bacon! Too many nearby descent places. A mere step sideways from the old place.

Staff accommodated my changing days. The Bass Bugy was awesome seemed brand new! 18ft poonton with fish finder/GPS, swim ladder, and fast engine. Definitely going back soon and renting again! Staff are friendly and had boat in water ready to go .

Good place... Got the mahi mahi tacos with fries, Gator tail nuggets and my boyfriend got the mild buffalo wings. My tacos were good, but bland, the Gator nuggets were good and the wings were just wings. The service was really good. Servers were attentive and very nice... Will give it another try!!!

Their food is delicious and the staff members are courteous, fast, friendly. Also, the riverview scenery is to die for.

You cant beat the location. This is the only place to eat in NSB mainland on the River. I took a large group of my family for lunch and we all found something food to eat. The Sea Harvest Sandwich is a throw back homage to the restaurant that stood in this same location for years. I had a blacked salmon cesar salad and it was so good I ate every bite.

I have rented 5 times from this place and every time has been great. There are a bunch of different boats to choose from, all of them nice.The crew are very helpful with getting everything ready and helping to get all of your gear to the boat. I would highly recommend River Deck Marina to anyone looking to have an awesome day on the water.

As a Daytona Beach resident, Im highly familiar with the Ocean Deck. This sister location, the River Deck, holds same quality of atmosphere, staffing, and of course food. I was in the area and I figured Id try it, seeing as if this location held up to the original. Long story short, it did (in spades). Staff was kind and efficient, and the kitchin got my food out super quickly! All around a great experience and I definitely will be returning when Im in the area!

Is 4 1/2 allowed? River Deck Marina is a pretty sweet little spot in New Smyrna Beach. The only reason I had to scratch a bit of the star off was due to our first visit being put on the slowest, ugliest boat that was falling apart on Memorial wknd(not ugly by preference). We rather have been told that there were no more boats available. I do want to say that we were given 4hrs of boat time divided in two, to make up for this for our next return. In other words, next 2Xs we rent a pontoon boat we can add 2 more hours to our days. Fast forward to yesterday. My brothers and I rented a tiki boat for our parents 40th anniversary. The tiki boat was absolutely fabulous. Extremely comfortable and in much better condition. The check in was quick and easy. My family and I were given a cart to load and carry our things to the boat. Much appreciated. If there is no parking available up front, you will have to park across the street at the police station where there are no Sheriff signs. Thank you for making up for the water hoopty. We thank you and will return again.

Service was excellent. They were very pleasant to deal with. Only reason for 4 stars was because rear door could not stay latched and rear anchor we wished was a better anchor like the front anchor.

We had a great experience with River Deck Marina boat rental. The booking process was easy and the boat was perfect. Their staff was very friendly and efficient. A lit like the Ocean Deck, however outside is on the water. You can drive up in your boat. Some of the tables were close together, if they spaced them out more it would be better. Give them another month and all the food would be on point. The wings were, the calamari not so much.

I highly recommend River Deck Marina for the best prices in town—rented a tritoon for 4 hrs just $200 with the gas included! They have a great central location on the InterCoastal Waterway conveniently located right off Route 44. We had a great time! We saw so many dolphins up very close, a sea turtle (a rare treat), Ponce Inlet Lighthouse, disappearing island, beautiful islands, amazing homes, restaurants to dock at for a drink or meal, and more! Vern is super nice! Thank you for fantastic customer service. We will be back!

This place was amazing from start to end.Me and my husband took out my mom and 6 kids for there senior trip out for the day to make 2020 graduation better and it was also out 2 seniors birthdays . We got to the boat and the lady in the shop was super nice. She helped us get life jackets for my mom who had never been out on the water on a boat and my son . She told us where to find the carts for all of our stuff and off we went to meet the really nice guys who showed us how to work everything and where to go and not go. We had an amazing time out on the water kids had a blast .when we got back we where greeted by a very nice guy who helped us get the boat back in the slot of the Marina . My son had treasure that he found and he was nice enough to stand and hear his story . We will be definitely be going back to rent from this place again soon . Super affordable too .🐬🦈⛵⚓

Service was great. Very friendly and even worked to upgrade me to a pontoon if there was a cencellation. Even though that didnt work out I did appreciate the effort. Boat was relatively clean except for one area that didnt drain water and had watermelon bits from previous renter. They provide gorilla carts to haul your gear but we had brought our own. The hurricane deck boat was good for our needs and had plenty of dry storage for a beach cart and three beach chairs. Our 55L yeti and knee board fit snugly on the boat with 5 passengers and two dogs. The 140 suzuki was not very reliable and made it difficult to keep a consistent speed when kneeboarding but we made it work. Steering was also odd as the boat kept wanting to swing right. I have been boating for over 15 years for reference.

Very nice view of Hwy 44 bridge N of New Smyrna Beash on the West side of the river. Most tabled are on the river front devk. Food was good but pricey.

A little more upscale than the old sea harvest that used to be in this location. Table service instead of ordering at a window but the food was good and its still on the water.
