I have had Boost for years and while I love the service and have never had an issue that wasnt handled right away via customer service line I have found that when going to an actual location they are never in the office when they are supposed to be. For example this store was supposed to open at 10am and I am here at 10:15am and there is no one in the store. I would normally not complain about this happening one time but I have found that it happens constantly. Not just at this store but at others in my area as well. The customer service people could teach the employees at the stores a thing or two on good customer service. If a business is supposed to be open at certain times and closed at certain times they need to stick with that.

Never been there. I guess it thought I was going there when I parked and ate at Pappas right next door.

We brought our iPhone to make some adjustments and Taniatta was super cool and patient taking care of our request. This is the best boostmobile store within our travel area.Weve been here more than couple times.

The guy there is amazing. He took his time and was very helpful explaining our options.

Best pre paid cell phone company around. Phones are not only priced reasonably but quality devices as well. Plans are priced for any budget or family size. Cell signal is excellent I havent had any problems to date.

The young guy that works there always outside smoking and knows nothing about trouble shooting ur phone if the young girl is working shes great and very helpful and knows her job very well
