Just got my phone from here and the representative spent many hours making sure all of the information was moved over. He saved my bacon! All the reps here are very helpful.

Kayla is the best rep you can deal with here. She is knowledgeable, helpful, and always goes above and beyond. I can see why she is in the “Presidents Club”. These reps work on commission and when you work with someone that you can tell their main focus is customer service and not commission, that’s when you see stars. It doesn’t matter what you need, she will take care of it and own whatever is being handled. The follow up is outstanding.

The staff was great . Difficulty transferring all my stuff over, but I can say they didnt stop until we were sure everything went over. Sahvan who waited on us was fantastic . Didnt try to sell us something we didnt need like a lot of over companies. Was very honest. Gave us the facts and pros and cons of different phones and let us make the decision. Only draw back was they didnt have any accessory inventory for the product I purchased. But Amazon is always more affordable on certain accessories. We had to go back a second and third time, but each time they were exceptional with their help and expertise. I think maybe Sahvans manager help us the third time, just because Sahvan wasnt there, but didnt get his name. but he was excellent as well. Great store

We met with representative, Sam Swaringen. He spent about an hour with us. We were set to leave Verizon and go with another company because of the poor reception we were getting in and near our home. Btw...we have been with Verizon for probably 30 years or more. Since the first cell phones came out. Sam not only solved our problems, but he also kept us from leaving Verizon. We did not buy anything yesterday; but are pretty sure we will be back to Sam very soon to take advantage of some of the deals he told us about that expire on June 30th. Good job Sam! You are the best.

Staff seems to know basically everything about every cell phone they offer and will spend time with the customer if they have any questions.

Not an authorized store...told twice untruths that has affected my bill to go higher...they do not tell you all the details...just want to make sales ..like upgrades and new phones...will not go there ever again..only to a store that can assist you with whatever your needs are .....Dont believe what they tell you...When the new bill comes ..you will be shocked at the increase.....

Was going to switch due to coverage issues with AT&T. Went over all the details in DEPTH. Asked every question possible. Ordered phones. Was not notified when they came in, had to discover that myself by going to the store and asking. Then they changed their story on the promo and told me I was out of luck. Very irresponsible establishment. They seem to lie just so they can order back-ordered phones and have them in stock. Buyer beware, they do not keep their word. Very nonchalant attitudes with zero effort at fixing their lies and misinformation. BAD BUSINESS.

I have been dreading getting a new phone. (My old one was only holding a charge for an hour.) Request a young man named Christian Hale. I only spent about 30 minutes getting the new phone!! In the past I have waited and the total time was 2 or 3 hours. I was SO GRATEFUL to him that he didnt waste my time with small talk and got right to the point of the deals that he had to offer. I got an Apple 11 smartphone for $660! The new Apple 12 has come out, so the Apple 11s are on sale.

Visited this Verizon location in April of 2020 and was disappointed with the first two sales representatives that I first dealt with. They were not enthusiastic about helping and did not follow through with my request. Extremely upset and disappointed with the customer service, however, I decided to give it another shot and get a different opinion from the same location because it was most convenient in conjunction to my home. Anyways, SAM SAM SAM green eggs and ham!!! This Verizon Sales Representative was absolutely phenomenal and extremely helpful! He went above and beyond to exceed my expectations with a heart of servitude. Highly recommend this gentlemen for any of your customer service needs or any phone initiation. Sam was very knowledgeable and sociable. Immensely helpful in that he went to the extent of setting up ICloud and made sure no stones were left unturned with my new purchase! Sam! He is your guy for efficiency, proficiency and unmatched customer service. He won’t leave you hanging until he finds a resolution. I had a problem with one of my phones, it was locked by google we thought Im not even sure what exactly was happening but I do know that Sam was probably the only one who could figure it out because my husband who came in first came home with a new phone and a S7edge paper weight (they called it) so I some time later brought the phone in and happened to sit with Sam who figured it out. I would like to share with you how impressed I am with Sam. I have been to multiple locations to address a problem with my phone. They were unable to help me. A friend recommended that I see Sam. I come every month to pay my bill. Today we replaced the screen protector on my phone that just got paid off so nice seeing the bill go down and had assistance with updated information on the Google assistant since the update. Great service at Cellular Sales. I think they are 100 times better than the corporate stores. The cool thing is they are the owners of most of the Verizon stores in the nation. I always get so much extra help at these locations. I read a few reviews saying authorized retailers are not as good. However I have noticed I get better service and better deals. I guess things are changing. They sure helped me today when I locked up my phone and didnt know any passwords. No other stores would spend hours assisting me like this. They didnt charge me a dime. I bought the phone at this location 2 months ago the store was immaculate and sales people were friendly. Visited today and they showed me how to delete apps that I accidentally downloaded. Also had some data overages they explained to me and offered an updated plan. Will definitely visit this location in the future for all my wireless needs.

I needed help resetting my gmail password. They were very patient and explained everything to me. They sat down and did not just do it, but they explained step by step how to do it. We were able to fix everything and get me going. We also signed in to all of my other devices. Very nice guys at this store.

Our representative did very well. I came into the store with my mother who is 81 years old and we were very confused about her bill. She was not on an unlimited plan and had over 50gb in overage fees because she did not understand how to use the phone or what data even was. The worst part of it all is that she is on auto pay and did not recognize the problem and this was the third month in a row that his has happened. Her bill was over $1000. The lady who helped us really took her time with is an got to the bottom of the issue. We were there for about an hour and she never seemed annoyed at all. She walked us through all of our options and what we could do. She called over 5 people in customer service to find someone to fix this for my mother. She truly held our hand through this and never hesitated to fight for us. This is a true representative with true passion and empathy towards her customers. She moved my mothers plan to an unlimited plan so she could listen to all the music she wants to now without any problems or overages. Thank you Verizon for being superb with your customer service and going above an beyond. My mother walked in with tears in her eyes and walked out with a smile. This is why we only have Verizon!

The gentleman offered me a coffee and we then sat down to discuss the deals Verizon is offering for a new phone. The rep showed me all of my options and explained a lot of promotions to save me money. They offered to keep everything from my old phone on my new phone. My iPhone was not working! I was very upset! I came into the store to look at getting a new phone and fell upon some really cool Android phones. Im going to make the jump to Android and so far I seem to love it. The service was great the guy was very friendly and we love our new phones.

We switched from Sprint to Verizon to try to save some money. Boy was that a mistake. Not only was our plan double what we paid for sprint the service where I live is awful. The customer service at this location is awful. When we started our plan (14 days ago) the new s10+ was not released yet so we were informed that as soon as it comes out we could bring the s9 in and change it to the s10+. Well apparently that was a lie and when we tried to talk to the representatives at this location regarding the situation we were treated very poorly, and of course the guy who helped us was on vacation. One of the employees stated well you are still in your 14 day timeframe so cancel if your unhappy because we do stuff different than sprint (such as the next program). Well needless to say that is exactly what we did. Upon having to return our phones today we were hardly acknowledged and waited a good hour before even being helped by the 2 useless employees they have working. Glad we dodged the bullet with this one. I would never recommend Verizon to anyone after the awful experience we received!

After years with AT&T, I finally switched over to Verizon. I love it! I can actually use my phone inside my house 🤣 and I have service all over Edgewater where I didnt previously. Logan, our Verizon representative, was just wonderful and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and had what we wanted

I came in today because my phone was completely messed up. There were ads everywhere on the phone and I was missing calls. The gentleman here got it all fixed in a timely manner and he even helped educate me on how it happened and how to keep it from happening. He didnt make me feel bad for the problems. Every time we come here the customer service has been great.

My phone had an issue with the speaker not working. The gentleman here showed me all of my options. I ended up getting 2 new phones for a great price. They are very helpful at verizon. I recommend this store to anyone.
