Richardsons staff was professional and friendly. The receptionist asked a gentleman to come up front and help us with a project. Might want to control your drivers. On 161 at 4 pm on 1/29/2020, your driver was staying constant in the passing (left) lane when there were no vehicles around in the travel (right) lane. When I was forced to pass on the right, and made it know that he needs to be in the right lane, by pointing at his van and then the right lane, he decided that it was a good idea to show me how much he really doesn’t care about who he is representing at that time, and flip me of continuously for about a minute. Fortunately for him, I value my freedom or would have pulled him over and caused him to be extremely late, and I still would have gotten home on time. Control your employees. Unless you really don’t care.

Office staff was great. Technician took time to explain things. The guys that came to my work took the time to explain the entire process to me.

I had to have 1 double pane window replaced, just the glass. I called multiple local shops and they wanted me to remove the window and bring it in. After calling Richardsons they sent someone out to get the measurements and replaced the window in just a few days. The price also seemed very fair. Thanks again for the fast response and quality work.

Quick and easy to get my windshield crack repaired.

This place sucks! Ordered window 3 weeks ago, they had to come to our residence to measure, they said it would take 10 days to two weeks. Called them today, talked to a cutesy, nasty, rude person, who informed me that they received it last Friday and that they would be calling me this week to set up a scheduling installation time. A week goes by and nobody calls and nothing happens, we call them AGAIN and now they inform us the the piece has not been ordered . Stay away from these people as they are not professional.Surprised they can stay in business with that kind of service and bad attitude.
