If you want a simple part. Great. But dont allow them to work on your car... employees know nothing and act as though they do. Staff is rude and unhelpful. Left my car for simple suspension work, it apparently ended up taking 3 months and twice the amount and the car ended up coming out missing parts and damaged, altogether worse than when I originally brought it in.

When it comes to customer service the owner has none he’s very disrespectful I wouldn’t give him your business it’s better places around

Owner guaranteed a working engine but delivered an engine that did NOT work; to the mechanic who was replacing our old engine. Thankfully that mechanic was honest and didnt install the bad engine but instead notified us of this and asked the owner at International to send a good working engine. In the end they did send the good engine but customer service there is horrible!!! BEWARE! They just want to take your money and RIP YOU OFF!! I advise to try the junk yards before this one on Avenue P. Dont say I didnt warn you.

Honest ppl good prices many parts available and many more could be ordered for you as needed. They have new and used parts. They sell cars of all kind. You can also request specific cars and they get it from the auction for you. They are busy so expect to wait. I have been buying cars from same owners for 15+ years. 7 cars in past 10 years

Their yard and inventory is huge, and vast, And prices very ideal. Reading the negative Reviews, look, When you’re in or around a junkyard, and old cars, the nature of the beast is it won’t be Clean like a 5star hotel.Their phone rings off the hook all day long with people shopping for the lowest price literally calling 50 shops, so the workers can get annoyed and rushed. But they work hard all day long outside in the elements just to get your stuff taken care of. The owner is very understanding and refunds people that weren’t happy. I’ve always had everything taken care of.

Very unprofessional. I called to order a door for a customers car the guy Mo told me Ill deliver it the next day I called the next morning to reassure it was coming and the time, they told me 2pm at 2pm I called no answer so I called from another number it so happened that they answered and told me they would call me back its almost the end of the day and no call from them . Please be aware these people dont stand by there words.

Wasted two and a half hours of my time sitting there for them to end up giving me a refund but yet trying to send me an hour and 25 minutes away to their other lot

I called this place for parts for a vehicle. I was told that I need to drive there and find out what they have because he was busy. I replied my time is important also that’s why I’m calling. He said whn I find time to drive dwn cause they r very busy and hung up.

New management, Excellent Job and good working parts. Experienced mechanics car would get fixed while you wait and guaranteed.if you have problems with parts they fixed, they will replace it at no charge.it may take a couple days to take care of it if theyre busy.they would go out of their way to get the part elsewhere or give you the location where you can purchase your parts.
