I bought my car from this dealership last October. At the time of the sale I was told that my title would be provided to me shortly. Since that time I have repeatedly been given the run around and still no title. At this point the owner has just flat out stopped answering phone contact and I am unfortunately going to have to file a law suit. As an extra added bonus (after having just had a mechanical issue) I found out that the wrong battery is in my car. Don’t buy here!

TERRIBLE!!! I bought my 2008 Infiniti over a year ago & before I pull off the lot he tells me it needed the catalytic converter and that I could go next week to his mechanic to get it done through my warranty.. for a year it’s been different excuses, “next week” “he’s too busy this week” “he used the part on another car” “I’m waiting for the new part to come in” etc… about 2 months ago he disappeared..completely stopped answering my calls & text messages.. I passed the place 3 times & it was closed with only 3 cars in the lot.. smh… He sure is a fraud. His name is Tino. Stay away from this place!

Very sketchy. I didnt do enough research. I advise anyone and everyone who goes there to TEST DRIVE THE CARS ON THE HIGHWAY. I made the mistake of only test driving the car in town. After I actually bought the car transmission issues occurred 25 mins after leaving the dealership. I called and complained and all Ive been getting is the runaround. They send me to their mechanic and the mechanic sends me back to the dealership. Now nobody answers the phones anymore. I wouldnt believe those other reviews those are friends and family.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! I was just forced to get rid of my 05 Honda Accord($4,000) after only 3 years. I was told that the engine was swapped out with an engine with lesser mileage, however they were unable to provide any documentation or proof of that. I would have known from then this place was a SCAM. When I first bought the car the check engine came on days after, I called the office to advise the manager that this had to be fix before getting the car inspected. I was told by Anne the manager that she knew someone who could sell me an ILLEGAL inspection sticker. When I called the office again, I spoke with the associate that sold me the car (I don’t remember his name) and advised that autozone ran the code on the check engine light and the car needed a coolant sensor. He basically told that wasn’t true an I didn’t know what I was talking about. I desperately needed a car at the time and didn’t have the luxury of taking it back. They prey on people in desperate situations with not much experience on during cars. BUY FROM HERE AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!! Hopes this helps someone.

The worst ever out of all of my cars I have had! The first week I got this Jeep from them my alternator went out that got fixed. I had to pay for the labor. Then two weeks later the transmission went out. It was in the shop for 3 weeks because warranty people said this dealership did not purchase the warranty yet. After the transmission got fixed I was like well I got a new transmission and alternator. I should be able to drive this with no problem for at least a year. Wrong, two days after that the car started smoking come to find out I had a anti freeze leak and engine oil leak. This dealership basically sold me a lemon car that had not been driven in a while and when I started driving it everything they BOTCHED UP started falling apart. Now it’s been almost two weeks and my car is not working again. Will not crank or turn over. I paid for two diagnostics and the ECM and is PCU is gone. Mind you the car is not registered in my name because it was never able to pass emissions where I’m from or any place. Now it won’t even start. The dealer told me someone will be contacting me higher up in the dealership but no one has contacted me. Now he is not answering and when I call the dealership no answer. I have consulted with my attorney at this point and I’m writing to the better business bureau as well. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME ON THIS PLACE. IF YOU DO GO THERE TAKE A MECHANIC with a scanner and you will see.

BUYER BEWARE. THOROUGHLY EXAMINE THE VEHICLE. Drove over from NYC to see a Jeep that had been listed on Carfax, after calling to check that it was still available. First, the Carfax listing was completely inaccurate. It stated that it was a hard top when it was a rag top, and listed probably 20 amenities that the vehicle did not have. In the photos, the interior was clean, but in reality it was pretty dirty. Oh well, it was an older car (2005), and a good deal, so I was staying optimistic. As we were initially looking over the car, I pointed out some bubbled paint on the front end that indicated some rust beneath the paint, and the sales guy made a point of telling us that it was the only rust on the vehicle. After taking it for a test drive, we proceeded to go over the body to look for any red flags.... and imagine my surprise when I got down to check the undercarriage and discovered that the passenger side floor was COMPLETELY RUSTED THROUGH. Beneath the rug was a hole so big you could fit a football through it! There is NO WAY that a reputable dealer would be unaware of a giant hole in the floor of a vehicle they intended to sell. So not only did they falsely represent the condition of the car, they also let us test drive it when my fiances foot could have gone through the floor while we were moving!Perhaps theyre more trustworthy if youre looking for an expensive vehicle, but if youre looking for a bargain, beware theres a *reason* for the low price.The 1 star is specifically because they let a 200 lb, 62 dude ride in a passenger side with a rotted out floor. Completely unethical and unsafe.

Ive been driving past this dealership on my way to and from work for nearly 2 years. This place is located on Kennedy Blvd right off 495 just out of the Lincoln tunnel. I never stopped in until recently but always noticed a nice selection of cars on the lot. It was time to let go of my old car and I decided to stop in to see what they had.The place is owned and run by a girl named Anna. She is far from your average car salesperson. She actually hand selects each car on her lot and oversees the whole sale process from start to finish. There are lots of different cars on the lot, from BMW and Lexus to lower priced options that are super affordable.The biggest issue for me was my credit. I have two foreclosures on my credit from 2011 that have really hurt my credit score. Ive been trying to fix it ever since by financing whatever I can and paying on time. Anna was able to get me financing in a matter of hours, where other dealers flat out said they couldnt help me.I ended up with a great deal on a 3 year old BMW with financing and an extended warranty which had 3 more years left on it. Couldnt be happier. Im not big on writing reviews, but I would like to see this dealership continue to grow and help people like myself who want to fix their credit with the purchase of a use car.

Was looking for specific vehicle that i always wanted. drove out to see the car of my dreams to US Auto in Newark, NJthey have a huge location on Broadway, there was convenient street parking. the staff was super helpful, all of their inventory is in perfect condition, unlike what i have seen during my research. i got to test drive, got all info and more details on how they conduct their post sale inspection prior to retailing their vehicles. i would absolutely recommend this dealer. while i was there, i heard so many customers that drive from different states. i will only buy my future vehicles here. i am very happy with everything, service and my vehicle is exactly what i wanted!!!

Drove over an hour to get there and saw the nice, clean cars they had. Was ready to buy a car and no one was available to help me. How do you sell cars but have no sales people? Had about four people moving cars but no one to help actually do what makes you money? Would have loved to be a customer but customer service was nonexistent.

I went to the dealership January 18day is the worst dealership I’ve ever dealt with they make you sign a waiver saying that the dealership does not supply warranty if the car doesn’t pass inspection the dealership we’re not I’ll give you back your money I had a problem with the car onSame day that I bought the car I contacted them The engine light and a tire monitor sensor light was on I emailed him and he gave me the runaround for a whole month finally they picked up the car February 18 took it to the auto shop the auto shop Asking $3000 to put a new alternator they are the worst they’re gave me a run They currently has have my car since the 18th it’s been three days and now I have to wait till Monday to take it to my warranty Auto repair which is nothing that they supplied me I paid for $1000 so that I don’t have to pay for any repairs on the car don’t Mess with them they’re so bad

Sold me a car with clutch issues, stated they would refund for cost of repair and never honored that. Did not provide extra key for vehicle. The icing on the cake was they changed the price of the car with the financing company without informing me so now I’m paying way more then the car was posted for. Don’t return phone calls or text and I was an out of state purchaser. I have filed a complaint with NJ attorney general and am gathering information for a case in small claims court. PLEASE spend your hard earned money somewhere else. These people are scam artist.

My husband wanted to buy me a new car and he knew I been wanting a BMW X5 a white one with a cinnamon brown seat. Guess what ? He found what I wanted in this place. I’m not going to lie they do have nice cars and my truck is beautiful but these ppl are scam artists. The price they had for the 2013 BMW X5 was 14,999, my car payments a month is 533 dollars for 5 years . Do you know once I’m done paying for the truck it be a total of 32,000 dollars . Mind you my husband put down,5000 and mike mention that the 5,000 doesn’t go towards my car and that if the bank calls me say I gave him 8000. Two months of having the car I need new brakes and control arms. I have out an investigation out on them with the bank. Also reached out to a lawyer that would help me take them to court .

Ive always prefered getting new cars just to not have any hassles or disappointments that come along with a used car, but recently with a divorce my credit took a big hit, and I was in need of a car. None the less to say I had already heard great things about this place, but they are the real deal they were able to get me approved instantly at a manageably weekly price in a decent car. I couldnt be happier! its been almost 6 months now still running like new!
