Wayne and Diane are the greatest. Wayne was 15 minutes early for an appointment to measure my house and they have now replaced every piece of flooring in my whole house. Everything from hardwood, tile and carpet. They are the best! Will never buy flooring and or tile from anywhere else.

I wanted to do local business, look into church st. And found carpet I want and vinyl flooring. My carpet first round was a breeze. Looked great and could trust them in my house and had peace of mind. How hard is that to find?! Year later I use them for more carpet and vinyl flooring for my house and I was on vacation, and they had to remove existing flooring and I told Diane to use there best judgement for any questions Cuase I was out of service for two weeks. I came home to complete nice and clean area and very professional work. My house was a lot of weird odd angles that they had to cut around and couldn’t be happier with the end results. Not to mention Diane worked hard to find my exact flooring that I wanted! Great people and really good to work with.

Really dissatisfied they came and did a repair job...on my tile ..used old grout and told me it would be fine..less then two months later..the grout has cracking..and the owner says there is no guarantee...I called two companys that do remolding the said the floor was fine and the grout is the problem....I really tried giving my business to a local company...but if you are not willing to fix your mistake....that speaks volumes...if you need work done. And want them to stand by it ....this is not the company....will be contacting the better business bureau....

We highly recommend Church Street Floor Coverings. We had gotten an estimate from a big box store in Heath for new carpet and vinyl that was much more than we expected. Church Street Floor Coverings saved us over $3000 compared to the big box store for the very same products. The installers were fantastic. They showed up on time and very professional. Our new flooring looks fantastic! Diane and Wayne were wonderful to work with. If you need new floors, please give this wonderful, locally owned business a chance!

Was an hour late to original estimate appointment then never returned my call and when I finally caked they were rude. Definitely look elsewhere when looking for flooring!

Poor customer service!!!! Had an appointment for some carpet repair and pad replacement and the workers did not show up at the scheduled time. I understand that there can be delays, but we finally called the office 2 hours beyond the appointment time to check on the status. We were told that they would get to us when they could. Called again 5 hours after the scheduled appointment time and were told they wouldnt make it to out to the house today. Whats the purpose of having an appointment and taking time out of our schedules if a business doesnt have the integrity to do the job they said they could do? Very disappointing and I WOULD NOT recommend this company.

Terrible experience from the beginning. Wayne- one of the owners came to our home to measure and was over and hour late. When I called to see if he was still coming he said yeah just about to leave, and acted like it was no big deal. Then proceeded to come in our home with no apology of being so late! My husband and I went the following weekend to pick out flooring and took a few pieces home to try out, diane assisted us this day and she was more helpful. When we went to order the flooring it took over a month to hear back from the owners to have any update on when it would be in. The guy who came to install the flooring (we had both carpet and hard wood installed) somehow forgot to put the flooring under the refrigerator. We didnt learn this until months later when the refrigerator started making odd noises and my husband pulled it out to find that it had been on a decline due to the flooring only being in the front of the refrigerator. I went in to the store with a picture of the missing floor hoping this would accelerate the process only to be rudely spoken to and he told me that he couldnt find our order and the person (meaning his wife Diane) who orders the flooring wouldnt be in for two weeks! I called back two weeks later to hear that the flooring we had is not available until April, I was calling in February. After many phone calls to this awful business they finally had the flooring in and the guy who had done the initial install came to put it in. While he was there I showed him other issues we were having ie. Transition piece next to stairs was loose, after less than 6 months of being placed! Also the carpet was coming up next to the dining room and needed restretched. He tried to fix the transition piece only for it to look even worse and its still loose and never even considered looking at the carpet. Needless to say highly disappointed in this family business. We chose this place since they were local and had a few good reviews. After all we have been through and carpet that still needs fixed and hearing others in town complain about them, I will never recommend them. Sadly disappointed and regretting not going somewhere else!
