They schedule a meeting and it was fast and took care of what I needed.

When I called trying to get the vinyl replaced in my laundry room due to damages caused by the movers the flooring rep said they would only come do a patch repair because no one would want floor replaced in a new house. Extremely rude on the phone. No wonder only builders seem to use them. Do not recommend.

Customer service is ridiculous, they lie, and have consideration for your time. Came out to fix uneven subfloor but was told he needed two people. So I wasted a day for nothing. They come back with two people and his helper is doing all the work while he’s talking. They leave a mess in my master bathroom and great room. Had to come out at 4 times to fix the same problem. Seems to me that you don’t know what you’re doing or you don’t take pride in your work. Wouldn’t recommend them at all!!! Side note...if they work with/for Benchmark Builders you’re already being setup for a less than desirable experience.

I would give them ZERO stars, but it doesnt give me that option. I only used them because you arent given a choice with Ryan homes. My house is 3 years old and we have had them back SO many times. Unfortunately, they cant seem to do the job right the first time, so they have to come back over and over and over again. They use cheap, unskilled laborers who do not speak English most of the time, so trying to explain a problem is virtually impossible. Thank God Ryan homes has been able to get them to come back out because when I have tried to contact them directly- no one EVER answers the phone or returns a voicemail. They do not know how to tile. My hall bath has been fixed five time and to date I am trying to get them back out because the tile near where they fixed is cracked (again) and all of the grout is coming out (again). What a waste of time and money! Beyond disappointed and Ryan homes should be ashamed still using them!

Creative floors took care of us while we were building our home last year. They were very responsive to any need we had. We are very happy with our carpet and hard wood floors.

They do not ever answer or return phone calls. The only way to get them out is through Ryan Homes but when they come, their repair work is done by unskilled labor who don’t speak English so it’s hard to explain problems to them.Wouldn’t consider using them unless it was your only choice.

I stopped by this store to get pricing on a specific floor that they carried. I was told that they wouldnt speak to me without an appointment. I left my contract information and told them i was ready for immediate purchase, cash and carry, i just needed a price. After a week, i had not recieved a return call so i called back and left almost message. As of two weeks later they still havent bothered to call me back. This is terrible customer service and they obviously dont need business so i wouldnt patronize them.

Their showroom provided plenty of quality choices and well displayed. I met with a sales person who was very helpful. She sorted out the myriad of choices down to what would suit my needs. I would recommend them!

Customer service is non-existent. Selection is limited to choose from. Quality of work is poor. I had no other option but to use this company when having my home built. They made a huge mistake when installing my flooring. This company did have the work corrected next day. However, 5 months later, our floors look like they are 5 years old. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

The reason why they do such a mediocre job it’s because they don’t even pay their contractors. They’re known for that. I wouldn’t trust them if they were the last flooring company in the planet.

Customer Service is non-existent and they do not even have the courtesy of responding to emails or phone calls. There has to be better options available.

They will not call you back, take forever to come out to your house

Second this statement no one EVER answers the phone or returns a voicemail.They dont reply email,pick up a phone call,never return a voicemail after they have your signature on the contract.
