Where do I start?Hired this company for a basement installation. Very unprofessional service.For one they showed up 1 1/2 late. Installers were arguing and cursing loudly all day even with my 5 year old daughter around. Stepped out and left my wife to supervise, when I returned the carpet was cut too short against the back wall so you can see the ground, there is a large lump in one of the steps. They moved the pool table and when my wife asked them to move it back they refused, leaving it in the same spot. Turned out they had broken one of the legs thats why they refused to move it back while she was watching.Myself and my wife have called on many occasion to have them correct the lump on the step and the cutting of the carpet too short. To this day the owner hasnt come out to make the necessary correction, he is also on his way or or cant find his guys. I would advise to stay away from the company.

Do not use this company. Not reliable. Not trustworthy. Not professional. I was told that my old carpet would be picked up and brought to the front of my house the evening before my neighborhood’s bulk pick up day. After the owner (Francois) came to get the balance of money once the job was completed, he even assured me again and stated anything he said he was going to do would be done, meaning, he would be back bulk day to remove the old carpet from the side of my house to the front for pickup. Well lo’behold, the evening before bulk day I contacted him and text him and no response. The morning of I contacted him again and no response. Basically, this is not a trustworthy company. The job wasn’t even great at all. What I should have done was made sure he took the carpet with him that day or he wouldn’t have gotten the balance of his money. He overcharged me and I didn’t even get passing under the carpet. Do not use this company. He’s only about getting his money. So I had to pay extra for someone to come remove the carpet from the side of my house to the front. He’ll return the call quick to come out for a new installation, but afterwards or any promises he will not answer for you! But this is my fault, I needed a fast job so I used this company.. never again! I hope someone rips him off in the future!Never callOn this company again! He also uses very unprofessional installers! If you want a ghetto and hood job done use this company! It’s sad because this is why “some” businesses don’t grow, they don’t know how to be reliable and professional. I guarantee he’s not getting anyone of high class or from the South Orange or Maplewood area... I hope everyone’s reads these postings because they use this company!
