My experience with a male person that was working at Vision Works at the Christiana Fashion Center was terrible customer service. I came in to pickup my glasses the Tuesday after Memorial Day. I don’t know if he was overwhelmed because he was there by himself or he is just rude or doesn’t know what he is doing. I will not go back there if he is working.I gave the review 5 stars because I took my 2 pairs of glasses and left Visionworks and returned that Friday, June 4th. I was greeted by Stephanie. She was very helpful and very personable. She was a pleasure to work with getting my glasses fitted correctly to my face. She even helped me to make a change in one pair of my glasses. KUDOS to Stephanie. She is the reason for the 5 stars. Have used Visionworks for years living in Philadelphia and never had a problem. Move to Delaware and have to deal with people like this male. I wish I knew his name because I would definitely write it in this review.

I worked with Tammy at the Fashion Center location and she was great! She explained the whole process of lens selection and made it all very simple and easy. Top marks for Tammy! I will definitely recommend this location!

I’ve been trying to book an appointment and have used both my iPhone AND my computer. When clicking on book appointment NOTHING HAPPENS!!!!! This is frustrating!

The staff at Vision Works went above and beyond resolving a problem with my mothers designer brand eye glass frames that broke. They fell apart where they were not supposed to. Now I know why she loves this store so much. Her glasses broke and we called to see if they would replace them even though they were 7 months old. Im not going to give the details or list names but I will say the response was super impressive. Thank you Vision Works super stars! You are awesome. Mom is thrilled.

Same as Americas best you buy glasses they say you have so many days to return them but heres the catch the new glasses are more money.🤔 SMH all yall are full of it!!!$dont go here trust me

I had visited two other places looking for flex frames. They had a good selection of them. I found a nice frame and while being fitted, the associate said I should have a smaller size, and he went and found a smaller size but a different brand. Turned out they were even nicer looking and cheaper than the frame I had picked. I chose them instead.

I came in without an appointment hoping my glasses with a bent arm could be fixed. Even though they seemed busy I was greeted quickly, Chris G put time and care into fixing the arm (which he did successfully!) and cleaned the lenses for me. Thank you!

My experience here was amazing. Courtney was extremely professional, very kind, and easy to talk to when ordering my new prescription lenses. When I picked them up today, the rest of the sales team was very professional as well. Very fast and east service. Dont trust the one star review, I as well as many others experienced the exact opposite.

Didnt really help. Just felt like I was being rushed out of there, because I was trying to get an eye exam n glasses but was told they dont do eye exams at this time because of covid

Very great experience the store was helpful every step of the way. The store associate Mystique provided great customer service and helped me choose the best frame possible she was very informative providing me with the relevant information regarding to each different type of glasses. The store manager Chris was also very helpful in the process this all made for a great experience and landed me wonderful pair of glasses.

My husband and I have both had the opportunity to shop at this Visionworks location. Both the staff and management are hands on and answer all your questions for selecting your glasses. I did have a chance to watch the staff work with customers needing repairs or adjustments to previous purchased. Very knowledgeable staff!

What an awful first visit, that only lasted less than 5 minutes. We walked into the Christiana Vision works and introduced ourselves and requested we needed help for my son getting his first glasses. We were immediately met with an attitude that we were annoying the representative, Mystique. This attitude was not met well because our son was already nervous about the whole process. We were asked these questions in succession without a response from her, “well, do you have a prescription for that, well, do you have a insurance, well, are you using insurance, well, what is it called, where’s the card”. This very short experience let us know that we were not welcome and they did not want our business. This store was completely empty and almost like we were interrupting the downtime.

First time buying glasses and the salespeople could not have been more helpful; even took the time to figure out if it was better to run it through my insurance or the sale they were offering at the time.

I started visiting this vision works in April 2018. Finley created a great experience for me and Ive gotten atleast 5 pairs of glasses and contacts over the year. This is the only place I go for eyewear now.
