I took my mother to Bath, Kitchen, & Tile at her contractors suggestion. We were able to schedule an appointment with Christina and she took us to see a selection of granite countertops. Christina was very friendly and knowledgeable and there was a huge selection. My mother made her selection and Christina will communicate her choice to the contractor. We were both very please with the experience and the showroom and selection is all beautiful.

I would NOT recommend this place at all. After my initial interview with my designer, Kristin Marks, it took a week or so to get in contact with her again to finalize details. Then she screwed up my work order of a double vanity which arrived with two asymmetrical cabinets and only one of them prepared for its sink. Well.. five months later and I’m still waiting for the drawer that is supposed to fit the second sink. She never returned my calls. Their customer service is terrible. The lady at the front desk doesn’t care and doesn’t really want to help you. She is just there to transfer calls to a voicemail.
