I reached out to this company to inquire if they can do a rush job because I had a upcoming event at my apartment. I reached out to them on Monday and inquired if they can have an installation by Friday. They told me Saturday would be the soonest they could do it and my event was Saturday. so, I decided to go ahead and trust their professional recommendation. The guy that I was communicating with, instructed me to go to their warehouse and choose a specific product that I wanted to install. They also required that I had my countertops removed prior to them coming to physically do an estimate. They would not give me an appointment date until the countertops were removed. I still went ahead against my better judgment and remove the countertops on Tuesday. They came on Thursday to do the template and the measurement and after the technician left, I received a text message that they were unable to do the job. Due to the fact that I live on the third floor and the product would be too large for the elevator. they refused to use the stairs. They didn’t even have the decency to pick up the phone and call me. I received a text message stating that I would have to find someone else to do it. I expressed to him that my neighbors also had the same type of work done and other companies had extra help to bring the product up to the third-floor. Whether I would be charged extra for it, didn’t make a difference to me. I wanted the job done. This guy was totally dismissive and clearly had no investment in building future customers.Needless to say, I found another company who was more than willing to accept my business, even if I’m on the third floor. I found this company on Google, therefore I’m putting my experience out there in case someone else is unlucky enough to run across them.
